Clean and cosy.

Well equipped apartment, with a fantastic coffee machine. Well located within a 5-10 min walk to the centre of town. Very nice little restaurant right next-door to the apartment.

Noisy neighbours. We stayed 3 nights and all 3 nights the neighbours were making a racket (probably students). It would be appreciated if the host could supply a little dishwasher soap, no use to have the facility and not being able to use it.

Gastvrij Groningen!

Locatie was op loopafstand van het centrum. Rustige straat waar we voor de deur konden parkeren, top geregeld. Onze suite was perfect, mooi ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Gastvrij onthaal door de eigenaresse!

Heerlijk verblijf, mooie locatie en zeer centraal gelegen.

Comfortabel en alles was aanwezig, zelfs een koffieapparaat met koffiebonen!

Excellent location

Spacious well-equipped apartment set over ground and first floor. Excellent welcome on arrival with thorough explanation of facilities. We had a very comfortable stay. Quiet location despite proximity to main shopping street.

People with mobility difficulties would find the steep staircase a challenge.

Great city centre apartment

Great location, really close and walking distance to all attractions. Fantastic helpful host who kept in contact with us and organised parking. Really well equipped and clean apartment. The beds were comfortable.

WiFi isn't very strong. Stairs were very steep, but that was part of the Dutch charm.

Great place so stay in lovely Groningen.

Fantastic place in a perfect location, friendly host, good amount of space and best coffee machine I have ever used.

The arrangement of the shower room, placed between the living room and the bedroom, makes little sense, toilet room is super small.

Superb

A lovely typical Dutch house, but with modern facilities and furnishings, so very nice and comfortable. Very close to the centre of Groningen, so convenient for everything. Comfortable beds.

The bed was 2 singles, pushed together, but we didn't mind much.

Pleasant

Location. Place as all you need.

I notified the host well before arrival that I would need WiFi. We arrived and WiFi basically did not work (very low speed, could not connect more than 1 device at once). This only got fixed in the evening of the arrival, so took 6+ hours. In the meantime, this severely disrupted several work-related meetings I had online. I do not recommend if you need WiFi.

Great place. We will come back.

The location is perfect. Typical Dutch feeling, on the banks of a canal in the middle of the city, but still very quiet. We could park the car in front of the house. In addition to that , the flat was very clean. The towels werer excellent, the beds very comfy, even the sleeping couch for our teenage son. The Jura coffee machine was filled with fresh beans. The host is a very friendly person and was very responsive to our requests.

There is one thing that needs a significant improvement: the WLAN. There is a plethora of networks form the landlord and others. None of those really worked. Inconsistent and slow. If you intend to work a bit in that flat and you need a WLAN connection, forget it. I kind of managed to get an access to the network of the pub on the opposite bank of the canal.... :-)

it is an old building and there is some general wear and tear. one side of the bed has no good side table which is not handy, especially since we both wear glasses.

It was like being invited to a friend's beautiful house. A real treat!

Beautiful little house, spacious, calm and clean. It was also very close to the town center.

Nice stay in Groningen center

The apartment was very big, with two floors. There was everything we needed. There were two toilets and a big kitchen. Everything was clean and the location is perfect.
