Location was good a close to the thermes.
The hotel was a bit old and price is high for the quality.
Breakfast did not have so much fruits.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.
The village of Santa Chesarea Terme is fairly quiet with just one bar for young people to go to. It is not as lively has we had expected.

Single room was really comfortable though small. Perfectly positioned in the centre of the town just above the main sea access and thermal pool. Breakfasts are served in front of the hotel where you can see the sea. Staff really helpful. Would come back!
Shower was a bit small and water was leaking around (I don't know why) but otherwise all was good.

Big rooms, great sea view, good breakfast, hotel parking. There is a spa with sulfur water next door.

I really enjoyed my staying, the staff was friendly and very helpful, I asked them about a bus stop to go to Poggiardo, as I am a solo traveler and I travel by public transport and the staff was so nice and helpful that they said they would bring me to the station! The room I got was better that what I paid for! It had an incredible view to the sea, also the hotel has a terrace on the roof where you can chill. The terme swimming pool is just in 3 minutes walking distance. The breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended, i will definitely come there again

Absolutely LOVED my stay here! To start off with they gave me an upgrade to a sea-view room which was BREATHTAKING! Made my trip 100 times better because the view was really amazing. The actual town itself and the street the hotel on is beautiful too, filled with lights and the perfect amount of shops below, so as to not be too busy. They also went another step further by providing something for my room I'd asked for as a special request. The staff were wonderful, including the room service staff, and made such an effort to help me discover the best places to visit, from beaches, to towns to amazing sunset spots. They really made an effort with me, even the ones who couldn't speak English still made an effort to acknowledge me as much as they could when they saw me. Breakfast was great, and there was always someone around to come and take your order or clean up your table. Everyone was really really friendly and I was honestly so sad to leave. Thank you all for making this one of the most enjoyable trips!! :)

the facilities are a little old and could do with a little refreshing

On booking Website they show a pool and they do not have a pool. You have to pay extra since the pool is a different company. We choose this hotel because they had a pool and it was not the the case. For an additional 31€ per day you have a pooland sunbeds a availeble. Feel like this is a scam.....

This is the closest hotel to the spa of Santa Cesarea and offers a discount on treatments.
Despite attracting a mostly Italian clientele the food on the included meal plan was shamefully poor. Never inedible but neither traditional Pugliese goodness not upbeat spa cuisine, it felt like boarding school mensa.
