Excellent+++

Perfection is the best way to describe our stay. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious and with all details attended to. The setting is wonderful. We did a tasting and loved the wine. Of equal affection, the staff were amazing. The manager, Alison spent a great deal of time helping us to navigate our stay, helping us to understand the country and with effortless ease was personable and attentive to our needs. He helped us to find an authentic tasca for our first night dinner. The second night, dinner at Serenada was beautiful. We are grateful that we found Serenada and will recommend it to everyone. We were able to purchase a couple of wines and hope that it will be exported to the USA in the future as we would love to have it as part of our lives. This stay was a wonderful part of our travels.

We could have stayed longer...other than that- you can't do better than perfect!!!

A great place for people who want to relax from the hustle and bustle; stunning view, silence (only roosters could be heard in the morning). Beautiful smell, the possibility of tasting incredibly good quality wines, clean, wonderful staff

perfect for a tranquil stay in the summer to make use of the pool

very friendly hosts that provided us with a lot of tips, nice view from our panorama room, very comfy bed

you definitely need a car to get there, dusty road to get to the restaurant in the evening, breakfast was fine but very limited choice of müsli or other healthy stuff

Lovely weekend retreat.

Lovely views and overall property was stunning with a lavish breakfast included.

Very hard to find in the dark and lots of potholes in the long road leading up to the place.

Superb

Location and views from the property just amazing. perfect if you are looking for a quiet retreat. pool area lovely. breakfast abundant- we enjoyed the freshly prepared cake particularly. meals that we had were very nice and we enjoyed the wine tasting one evening. room was good size with loads of wardrobe space. liked that their wines were available in the room for a reasonable price.

not a complaint, more a suggestion- we would have been interested in doing a tour of the vineyard and where they actually make the wine.

We had a lovely time and I would definitely go back

A Serenada is a beautiful property in the Grandola hills with amazing views. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a nicely appointed bathroom. The dining room looks out across the pool to the views. Wine tastings are available or you can also do wine pairing with dinner to try some of the wines made on the property.

Dinner has to be booked at least 24 hours in advance and when I tried to book by replying to the message I received from booking.com my email bounced back so we couldn’t eat there on our first night. It’s not so easy to find restaurants in the area on a Saturday night without a reservation. This was no fault of the property just something to be aware of.
