Отличная квартира. Все необходимое есть, кухня очень функциональная. Стоят 2 небольших обогревателя, вполне хватало. Чисто, район хороший. Заселение по коду, спасибо собственникам, все было отлично!

Единственное, не хватало дополнительных подушек, до 23:00 в соседнем заведении звучит фадо, вроде и минус, но очень уместный для города))

Tout. Très propre et au cœur du quartier populaire d'Alfama. On était là pour la fête de Santo Antonio.

Very good for short stay, great location, lovely staff.

Staff lovely, very clean, room my husband and I shared could have slept about 8 more people, breakfast very good.

Had a shared bathroom but luckily we were only people staying on this floor, no lock on bathroom door. Little bit street noisy.

Bra läge, fin och modern lägenhet centralt i Alfama, nära buss, tunnelbana och sevärdheter

Mycket enkel incheckning genom god information via booking- whatsapp från värden samt Kod till nyckelskåp. Snabbt svar från värden vid frågor. Det låg i mysiga Alfama området i en gränd intill en fado restaurang, nära gamla Alfama torget, gångavstånd till Baixa och tunnelbanestation. Lägenheten fin och modern, väl ljudisolerad, välutrustad. En trappa upp. Bra dusch. Bodde här med min Mamma och vi hade underbara dagar där. Mycket nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Appart hôtel moderne et très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne

Confort, propreté, modernité, espace grand, situation géographique de l’appart hôtel. Fonctionnel, on s’y sent très bien. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte ( via espace booking ou whatsapp), a indiqué un endroit où nous pouvons laisser notre bagage le jour de notre départ avant de prendre notre vol retour. Adresses de bons restaurants dans le coin à disposition. Changement des serviettes de toilette en cours de séjour.

Bruit d’une chaufferie ou ventilation en continu tous les jours de 11h à 23 h ( venant du restaurant à proximité?), désagréable. Escaliers un peu abruptes pour aller au 3ème étage.

A cozy apartment with a kitchen, good location

Good location, near attractions, bus stops and metro station

We were given the ground floor apt. B, it’s tiny and can smell the fried food from next door when opening the window, no view like the picture in booking.com, the shower head makes loud squeaking noice, the hand soap bottle is half broken but still works.

Balkon na Alfamie, to jest to!!!

Piękny, nowoczesny apartament we wspaniałej lokalizacji jaką jest Alfama. Był mały taras, ale bardzo przyjemny do posiedzenia wieczorem i w nocy. Przez otwarte okna słuchaliśmy fado z pobliskiej restauracji :) Gospodarz zamówił nam taxi na lotnisko o 5 rano, dziękujemy. Chętnie tu wrócimy!

Malgre les petits problèmes cités plus haut nous avons bien profité de notre séjour. L’appartement est complet et se tru

Nous avons séjourné près d’une semaine. Les essuies ont été renouvelés à deux reprises ce que nous remercions étant donné que nous ne nous attendions.

Quelque détails au niveau de la salle de bain : la porte ne fermait pas, les portes de la cabine de douche n’étaient pas étanches et on attendait une fuite d’eau dans le wc sans interruption.

If you can handle the stairs up, it’s a nice apartment.

The fact that the apartment was on the 3rd floor (that’s 4th floor of Americans) and the stairs incredibly steep made our arrival incredibly challenging and stressful. I should’ve asked before booking, as I knew I would have two very large bags with me.

Superb

We loved Alfama and the location of the apartment, but had some trouble finding it, as we did not know that cars could not drive through the Alfama streets. It was a bit of a trek with luggage. The people nearby were very warm and helpful, and we really loved our stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

At the heart of Lisbon

It was such a lovely stay!! We had a wonderful holiday at Lisbon and the apartment was perfect!! Extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable with lots of natural light and large windows. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding was like new. They kindly left for us coffee, jam and biscuits! :) The apartment is situated in Alfama, the old town and in my opinion the heart of Lisbon, it was so lovely to walk around and specially at night that neighbourhood has lots of life, very close to Miradouro Santa Luzia, Rua dos Remédios , Portas do Sol and Casa São Miguel, one of the loveliest coffee shop is one minute away from the apartment! They have the best pastel de nata in town. The communication with our host was smooth and helpful, Luis and Marisa are very kind, Thanks so much and all the best!!! 🌺🙂

Excellent location to explore Lisbon. We would definitely stay at Alfama 44 again in the future.

It had everything that it said it had. No surprises. Lots of space and a good sized terrace. Good central location that felt safe.

Noise levels at night could be disruptive if you weren’t prepared for it.

It was a good value for money

It wasn’t clear to me that we have booked a room without the balcony so it felt a bit misleading. But it is probably me not reading the detail of the room. I am quite confident that balcony pictures were shown for the room when booking.

Really recomended for Alfama visit!

We had a room on a ground floor, so no balcony of course. But this room is very cosy, have everything needed. Just in the heart of Alfama. I would really recomend this room for Alfama visit. Very very good. Smooth check-in and check out. I would say 9.90 out of 10.00 :)

If you know what to expect of Alfama it’s a perfect place to stay!

I knew I wanted to stay in Alfama and was aware of the hills, cobblestone streets, and twists and turns of alleyways so the fact that it was a bit difficult to find was expected. There is a woman named Teresa hosting the restaurant right at the beginning of the alley where it’s located who is so friendly and guided me directly to it. The accommodation is cute and comfortable. I had everything I needed and there are shops and restaurants open late all around Alfama.

No big complaints and I wouldn’t even mention it if there wasn’t this specific section for negatives. There is a slight musty smell in the apartment and had I been inside the apartment more than to just sleep I would have had the windows open to air it out. Also, the front door is very sticky and can be difficult to open. You need to give it a good shove from the outside and pull hard from the inside to open it.

Exceptional

Very good location, close to bus stops and a metro station, and also only a short walk to the city centre. Lots going on in the Alfama area too - lovely bars and restaurants. The hosts texted the codes and information about the property the day before we arrived and we had no access issues at all. It was great to have a fridge too.

Would thoroughly recommend this well located, comfortable, clean apartment

Great location in the traditional part of Lisbon. We had the apartment on the top floor with the mezzanine bedroom and the terrace and it was fantastic. Comfy bed. Extremely clean. Great value compared to some other apartments we looked at in the same area. Loved that we could hear the fado singers from the terrace, but with the doors and windows closed it was quiet.

Struggling to think of negatives. The water in the shower got really hot at times. The top apartment is 3 flights up; but I didn’t find it too strenuous and I’m not very fit!

Very Neat and love the interior.

A suggestion we can make is to add a note to your advert about the property that it is not possible to park close to the location and also that it is very difficult to carry a huge amount of baggage to the location. Also not enough coffee and sugar provided for the amount of people and period of stay (also no milk provided)

Appropriate apartment fot those who like romantic mediaval environment in the city center.

Excellent location. Romantic mediaval environment. Well equipped kitchenette.

The property is in a mediaval surrounding, in an old house, you can approach the room through narrow passages. The room is next to a restaurant. That is on one hand very romantic, on the other hand you have to accept that the pavement on te streets is dirty, the restaurant smells during the nights. You hear the fado music from restaurant every night. These are only tiny inconveniences you can live with.

We've had a great stay

This is a very cosy, stylish and I would even say romantic apartment right in the middle of the tourist district. Super clean and has everything you need for a short stay. I would particularly mention quality air conditioning, a little kitchenette and a nice balcony on which you will absolutely want to have a coffee in the morning.

Our apartment, designated as "T", was on the top level, with no elevator and a narrow stairwell. For us this was not a problem at all, but if you have trouble walking the stairs and/or very heavy luggage, keep this in mind.

Everything you need for a short stay in Alfama. Great location and quiet considering it's so centric

I think you need to put a sign in the room reminding people of a few things . Mainly keys and tax. Reminder to leave the main keys downstairs in the lock. Travellers are thinking about their holiday not about the hotel details so there things I didn't read properly on the emails/texts, and in fact read the part about the tourist tax very late because i was not paying attention to emails while i was away. So there should be some clear bullet points on a laminate in the main room reminding guests of what they must do.

Nice studio to work remote

Great location. Walking distance from many sites, also great restaurants and cafe's. I worked remote while I was staying, and preferred to work from the apartment as it had air-conditioning and a suitable table to work from. Internet speed was good and no complaints. Kitchen was well equipped.

The floor needs a bit of revamping, as some parts have suffered water damage. All that was done was put a mat to cover it up, but it is still pretty obvious.
