Consigliato!

Ottima posizione, camere curate, ben arredate e spaziose. Abbiamo apprezzato il distributore di acqua fredda/calda all'ingresso della struttura, la possibilità di avere caffè e tè in camera e nell'atrio, la comunicazione e il self check in. Consigliato!

Erano in corso numerosi lavori in tutta la zona centrale, il risvegli non sono stati piacevoli. Per chi cerca più quiete si può valutare una zona meno centrale.

If i had to do it over again..

- Location was great (nice & quite) - Staff was awesome - Daily clean is possible - There is a water filter machine at the entrance where u can tap water for free - Key free rooms. You enter the room with a code - Espresso machine in the room

- Price (150€ pn) was way to high for what u get. I understand its high season (June) , but unfortunately there was no much option in the old city. - We had the standard room, just a bed (soft and big), tv, closet and a bathroom. No balcony no view etc - Internet was freaking slow, streaming on tv was heavily affected. - No other facilities, breakfast other food, no common area, a terrace or whatsoever. - This one is the most severe if you ask me. There is no freakn refrigerator in any of the rooms (checked with staff) Madness if u have small baby and u need to keep stuff chilled.

Absolutely charming place. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved this place. The building and the interior is very charming. The location is perfect, just near the main cathedral and other tourist spots, but in a quiet tiny street. An individual coffee machine inside the room and other unexpected amenities made me feel very welcomed 🙂 Self check in is available which was very convenient for me. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in the city.

Nice hotel, with basic facilities

I booked a superior room, which was very spacious, the bed was big and comfortable. I liked that we used codes instead of keys to access the hotel and the individual rooms. The hotel provided drinking water for free.

It was pretty cold, we had an AC which worked in heating mode, but it didn't make a big difference since the floor was cold and the bathroom wasn't heated.

enjoyed our stay in a small hotel with individual character

good location in city good sized clean room very helpful staff - Roberta water cooler in reception

- it would have been nice to have milk capsules provided in the room - the property adjacent had very noisy people on the roof terrace some nights into the early hours disturbing our sleep - the front door latch to OttoH wasn’t very secure as we often found the door open when we returned during the day or went out in the mornings

beautiful hotel in the heart of valencia, quiet location, large beds with wonderful pillows.

the location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the historic centre of valencia and still very quiet as the little hotel is at a dead end of a tiny road. quiet neighbourhood. also the code-system on the doors is very easy, so no key needed. coffee and tea makers in the room, big bathroom, lots of towels. nice!

when guests close the central door, its quite loud as most of them donot close the historic door softly but just smash the door. maybe an electronic door system with gliding doors would be perfect or just a sign on the door "dont smash the door".

Lovely spot with large rooms great for relaxation

The room was beautiful — extremely spacious and well decorated. The location was perfect, just a few minute walk from major attractions in the center of town but also just a few minutes from bus or metro to see the rest of the city and beach.

Nice hotel in a good location.

The room was a good size and comfortable. Location wise, it's just a 5/10 minute walk from the food market and other restaurants/bars, and just slightly longer to the main park. Staff member on reception was happy to help and room cleaned daily.

The shower wasn't great, and could do with a bit of upgrading (although rest of bathroom fine). It was difficult to communicate with reception staff who didn't speak English (not their fault, but did make it hard for us to get information).

Amazing!

Great hotel, such nice rooms!! We appreciated that we didnt have to check in and out, we were contacted before our arrival and given the code to our room. Room was very clean. We didnt have anything to complain about ;) Location was very good!

Must Visit!

Let's start with this that Valencia is the safest city we have ever been to. The hotel was in a great location, close to public transport and lovely restaurants in the middle of the city center. The fact that the room had its own coffee machine was a big plus for us as we are coffee lovers! It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the water dispenser in the lobby, it was good to have it. The keyless system was also very practical, we arrived very late so we didn't have to worry about checking in. There were no extra charges which was very good compared to other places. We would love to come back!

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, Roberta in reception was very helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom were very clean. Super location.

The weather was unseasonably cold and the warm/cold air heater was at one end of the room, so it took a couple of hours to warm up the room.

Lovely small hotel on quiet street

The bed and bedding were excellent Couldn't fault the cleaners, very efficient. Water filter in reception so no need to carry heavy bottles. Thammaso on reception went above and beyond, excellent customer service to ensure a stress free last minute extension on our stay.

The aircon/heating only worked on two occasions during the week so had to put an extra duvet on at night. No curtains at the windows just nets so was light in the room at night. No safe in the room for valuables.
