cena za noc v hotelu neodpovídá tomu co bychom čekali, personál na recepci byl arogantní, pokoje nevypadají jak na fotká

hluk z restaurace, který se ve dvě ráno ozýval z restaurace nad naším pokojem, asi hodinu a půl personál nad našimi hlavami chystal stoly na příští den, když jsme se obrátili na personál, paní na recepci nám oznámila, že je třeba stoly na další den nachystat a že jsme si ubytování s restaurací v horním patře vybrali a musíme s tím počítat, žádná omluva nepřišla

Die Lage und die Aussicht, gute Restaurants in der Nähe, gute Verbindung in die Stadt

In der Küche fehlte sauberes geschirrtuch. Spezielle Kaffeemaschine, dessen Kapsel wir nicht fanden im supermercado und diese an der Reseption zu teuer beziehenmussten

Excellent accueil Personnel charmant et serviable; accueil, restaurant, service; Chambre spacieuse et literie impeccable et confortable; Petit déjeuner copieux et bon, face à la plage, Et surtout un excellent rapport qualité prix.

RIEN Les très mauvais commentaires sur Booking, qui ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité constatée pendant notre séjour!

Disappointed

Location and view.

No sleep due to outdoor very late loud music nearby every night. Rooms are very dated. No balcony, which was a pity as you couldn't appreciate the view properly.

Necesitan un fontanero

Ubicación

El baño de la habitación principal del apto ático (3 piso) tiene serios problemas de olores de cañería. El personal intentó excusarse diciendo que era el mar, pero el otro baño del apto olía perfecto. Y las otras suites de éste mismo hotel donde nos hemos hospedado anteriormente tampoco tienen ese problema de olores. Cuando nos quejamos, nos dieron un ambientador y que no podían hacer más.

La situación

Falta de empatía y franqueza por parte del hotel. Venden habitaciones con salon de fiestas al lado. Sabiendo que íbamos ha hacer un ironman - se lo dijimos si era ruidoso etc…-dormimos 1 hora máximo.

we would stay in the location again but not the hotel

the location was very good as were the staff. the receptionist that greeted us on arrival was extremely friendly and helpful.

we had a dog and therefore were required stayed in one of the apartments rather than directly in the hotel. the apartment was disappointing. it was tired and in need of refurbishment

Cockroaches and noisy

The pace is nice. It is right on the beach with many restaurants nearby.

There was a cockroach (seems like they are in the ventilation system). They provide breakfast, but I didn't go for obvious reason. There are loud parties around the apartment and the walls don't help much. There was a family with a baby, and I had trouble sleeping event with earplugs. I was tired for most of my stay.

Ligging, zicht vanuit de ruime kamer, hygiëne prima. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam aan receptie

Personeel in het restaurant niet vriendelijk. Paar keer grote geluidsoverlast van beachclub. Hier en daar kon kamer beter afgewerkt worden: voegen (silicone), kap van lamp die ontbreekt, oude ramen

La atención del personal y la limpieza

Llegamos el sábado a las 1:30 con el niño dormido en brazos y la puerta del hotel estaba cerrada tuvimos que llamar para que nos vengan a abrir

Traurig, schlecht Erfahrung für zwei Tage Urlaub

Zimmer Ohne Fenster, nach aussehen. Innere Zimmer. Schrecklich Hotel Personal sehr unangenehm. Personal unhōflich ( Nur Laura von Restaurant (aus Uruguay ) war gut) Nicht zu entfehlen

Zimmer zum Hoff, ohne Natural light, ohne Luft… Ventilation null… nicht zu entfehlen, und außerdem kein drei Sterne Hotel 🏨 (140€ per Nacht für zwei Personen.. 31 Marz.) und Personal sehr unangenehm

Enttäuschend

In der Nähe des Strandes und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

Ich hatte ein Innenzimmer ohne Fenster mit Tageslicht, aber mit Blick auf den „Innenhof“ des angrenzenden Hotels. An diesem Abend war Disco und ich konnte kein Auge zudrücken. Das Badezimmer roch nach Abwasser, die Glastür ließ sich nicht gut schließen und Wasser drang in den Raum ein. Das Frühstück war recht dürftig, die Teller blieben lange leer, bis sie wieder aufgefüllt wurden.

we zijn geschoffeerd door personeel in restaurant. Mijn vrouw verliet het restaurant huilend Kapotte liftdeur stond een hele avond te bonken op onze verdieping. De technische man die ik aansprak zei gelijk te komen, maar verdween en kwam nooit meer terug.

Great location, super friendly staff. We got the "attic" apartment, which I would actually call a "penthouse" Huge apartment with a large terrace overlooking the beach right above all the restaurants.

They had a clause about cleaning and taking out the trash, which is not a big deal, but a little surprising from a hotel.

Location is great.

Breakfast can improve a lot. This is a breach front property and there is a restaurant in the first floor. Staff is not happy if u enter via the restaurant to go to your room barefoot, come on it is a beach hotel.

Location was fantastic. Overlooking beach and lots of bars and restaurants and other facilities in walking distance.

Although it said no smoking the place stunk of stale cigarettes. Quite unpleasant smell.

Fabulous food.

Excellent staff. Great location on Malvarosa Beach. We took advantage of the the evening meal option in the restaurant and it was excellent. Room had a safe, tea/ coffee etc.

The room had a window which opened into the atrium so there was no fresh air and it was both stuffy and noisy. Had I realised this when I booked, I probably wouldn’t have booked. This was made even worse by the constant thrum from the nearby Marina Beach Club.

OUSTANDING VIEW, WELCOMING, FRIENDLY STAFF, DELICIOUS EVENING MEAL; IMMACULATE ACCOMMODATION

A family run hotel less than a spit from the beach. Our junior suite (107) was immaculately cleaned, kitted out, and had an outstanding view across the beach to the sea. Breakfast was plentiful for this hungry Englishman first thing in the day. We dined there both nights of our stay; dinners were well presented, timely, delicious, more than enough and value for money. Staff to mention: On reception - Maria, friendly, efficient and helpful (watched her assist a couple from the UK with their transfer, most impressive). All the restaurant staff were smartly attired, quick to attend to any needs and very friendly - a special mention for Diane, Ellil and Romana. Watched them deal with a huge party of Chinese on both nights and a Canadian coach party on our last night; all done with a smile and an outstanding level of service. For dinner alone worth a visit, chose the 1/2 board tariff for 3 courses and a free drink of choice. One is also presented with a free bottle of wine on arrival. If you are still in the sight seeing mode, bus and metro links nearby. If in the relax mode - sunbeds on the beach come in around 7 euros a pop for the day; take your own drinks as the beach booth mark up is significant.

It has to be mentioned. There is a Beach Club night venue across at the Marina which starts its music at 1100 hours and goes until 0330 hours. With our window shut I slept well (could have been the limoncello after dinner), however my lady not so good. All the hotels along this short strip have to put up with this, they can do nothing. Advice: either (1) tolerate it (2) drink enough to ignore it or (3) be in your 20s and go there! Not a game changer. A kettle instead of a coffee machine perhaps for thick people who couldnt work it to make tea...I know I should of asked how, but again, not a game changer!

Nice location, right next to the beach, 30 minutes to the city center

the location was good right next to the beach, and the staff were nice.

we could not drink from the tap water, there was no close supermarket, when we asked the receptionist for drinking water, they charged us with a ridicules amount. The whole place felt more like a restaurant rather than a hotel.
