the ambience good, the staff very polite & helpful, the breakfast very good & various.. overall is good and pleasant.

the information between the front desk and the staff sometimes not tally, please make more coordination regards to the informations.

Hotel is not deserve 4 stars

Breakfast, kids swimming pool,

Toilet, can't sleep from mosquito, refrigerator is not cold, the hotel and room photos in the booking website are unrealistic. Not deserve 4 stars, assessment of the hotel is not more than 2 stars.

The location is great, not crowded as puncak and near from exit toll. The lido suite is spacious.

it was a nice stay except fot the spots of unclean room facilities.

location, weather, the pool, ease to communicate. Got complimentary due to late check in.

cleanliness can be upgraded, room facility also (no hand towel), my room have this old kettle that is not clean but the other room had newer one. Think the hotel staff was overwhelmed due to high flow of check in and guest coming in the weekend. The refrigerator can also be a little more clean.

My stay in Lido lake resort.

All staffs including security are polite & friendly. Best value for money. Hotel building is well maintained, environment is fresh, great location (easy to reach from toll road).

Towell seems too old. Parking area is small compare with hotel capacity.

Amazing resort just an hour from Jakarta

Staff is friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a lot of space. We got a room with pool access, and it was completely worth the upgrade. The pool was clean, big and accommodates people of various swimming skills.There are a lot of things to do in the resort: playground, pool, two hanging bridges, outdoor obstacle course, paintball, archery. They also had a bicycle and golf cart for rent which was worth it as the whole property was very wide and nice to explore. The location was also easy to find, just 5 minutes from the toll road.

All was good, though maybe the bathroom can be upgraded

Very good

The staffs are very nice and accommodating. I left some of my things there and they send them back to me without charging me the delivery cost. Really nice service ❤️❤️❤️

It's a bit hot there, I thought it would be cool. The room is rather old. The breakfast is standard.

Good hotel, sure will return back again

I like the hotel, the view, the pools, the food, the facilities, everthing just perfect.

Only the location, it's a little bit hard to find restaurants nearby the hotel.
