Hidden gem of a tropical retreat

Beautiful lush rainforest location, neat and comfortable accommodation, and gorgeous pool, close enough to everything but removed from the noise and hustle with onsite pool ideal for kids and adults alike. Don't miss the gorgeous waterlily-filled wetland with boardwalk, perfect for an early morning walk.

Only concern was difficulty with internet, modem stopped working on first night, and I couldn't get the TV to work without it. Host was in touch and worked on problem solving straight away, and was able to provided alternative internet access within 24H. I wouldn't expect this to be an issue that recurs. The host was really quick and effective in his communication and problem solving. It probably wouldn't even be a problem for most people, but if you have work requirements or plans to have a movie night on hols with the kids, maybe bring back up 😉 I would have given the accom a perfect score but for this hiccup.

Exceptional

As soon as we entered the place we fell in love with it. So spacious, cosy.and beautifully furnished. Very well equipped with everything we needed. It was nestled in such a beautiful and private location and close enough walk into town. The warm pool and its surroundings were stunning. Loved the provision of shampoos and body wash.

No complaints at all as everything was wonderful

The whole complex is pretty n peaceful. Awesome little Cafe around corner

Unit was dirty .. dust on window sills glass all marked showers all had water marks from last guest . Only Basic cleans ever done here. No High standards at all almost slap happy. Don't mind style old but cleanliness IS A MUST considering all guests pay for this also Won't recommend here for that price

Good price and close to everything but could use a good clean up and better parking.

Good price and the location was really close to everything but still not in the busy part of time. Owner was friendly and accomodating and they had internet and a good TV for relaxing.

Could definately use a bit of maintenance and a good clean as it was a bit musty and dirty in places. It was also full of mossies which was a bit of a nusance. The parking was not that great for a large car as most of the spots were taken up by the neighbours and the garage was full of stuff. They could clean the garage out and let people use it for parking as it's not clean enough to store things like mattresses! Also the smoke alarm went of randomly on our first night and scared the hell out of my child. We just had to remove it in the end after checking with the owner.
