We had a lovely stay at the hotel and would stay there again.

Breakfast was really good. Room was beautiful and comfortable with a great view.

Bit off Centre - Taxi that was ordered by reception for me was a disappointment and rip-off. My husband got great service though. Not sure if it depends on who orders the taxi.

location great cozy place view of the bosphorus magnificent near the embankment if I am in Istanbul I will stay only in this hotel

rested in the hotel for 10 days, the bed was changed only 2 times after 5 days of rest, only garbage was removed

A great stay awaits you.

The hotel is located within a short downhill walk from the bustling centre of Ortakoy which offers a host of excellent eateries and shopping facilities. The room I stayed in was spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The shower was excellent and the water pressure was almost therapeutic. Above all, the staff were extremely kind and always happy to help with a broad smile even when they struggled to understand me. I highly recommend this place.

The location was near to most of the shopping malls, restaurants & sightseeings. The room size & bed were very good.

I would like to leave feedback on our stay at this hotel. At first glance, it may seem that when you’ll enter the room you will see a beautiful room, with good repair and a beautiful view, but everything will be different. I'll start with the state of plumbing. The pipes in the bathroom are leaking, wet water marks can be seen on the floor in the photos. Hot and cold water is uneven, there is a risk of getting burned. Mould, peeled wallpaper and greasy spots on the walls are often found in the room. The carpet in the room is very dirty too. The lights in the room are sometimes turned off. A very important thing to say is windows. If you go to Istanbul in the cold season and choose this hotel, you need to be prepared for the cold wind from the windows, which will probably freeze you. The photos shows the condition of the window sill, on the balcony we met a lot of cigarettes that were left by past guests. There is a school in the backyard of the hotel (it has not been said anywhere) so you should buy earplugs, because every day you will be awakened by the joyful cries of children on the playground. Deluxe Suite A soundproofed suite with a balcony and a seating area - None of this matches . Photos from the room do not correspond to reality.
