Spacious rooms

There were many issues ranging from the water heater not working to there being no working fridge in the room.

It’s been a nice visit with very friendly and supportive people.

It’s in a quiet environment, near the main road. But with a taxi you can reach supermarkets and restaurant very easy. It is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for your support.

The breakfast could have some more options like fresh fruits.

Rundown. TV not working. Noisy AC. Cockroaches, wall gecko and ants in the room.

There was no Fridge in the room. The room / bathroom facilities were a bit outdated The bedding was old. The light kept coming on and going off during the night

It was peaceful

I like the peacefulness and the environment was clean the pool too very clean but I didn’t swim and they attend to my needs with calmness and understanding I really like the reception from the receptionist. And breakfast was way okay. I like the fact that they are hospitable.

Well I wasn’t informed that I needed an ID card before I could access my room, if not I took my ID card I would have been stranded. And secondly feeding was way too expensive including water they should work on that. Also room services shouldn’t be charged I was charged 1000 for the waiters to bring food too my room which is wrong.

Pleasant stay. I will recommend

Breakfast was good. The hotel is very neat and our room was very spacious

The bathroom is outdated and needs to be renovated. The TV had very limited channel options. The sockets are too far from the bed (for phone charging) and the AC(window unit) can only be controlled from the main switch.

I had an a good stay. All staffs that I encountered were really courtesy, helpful and welcoming.

Room really clean and neat.

I didn't get a really big for an executive room.
