looked very nice until I contacted the first rude person at the front desk , hands me a bunch of control devices and points to the stairs . I found my room , figured out the A/C but the TV was a complete joke . I went down to the front desk twice to ask for help , all they told me is “ no Cable , Roku “ well I’ve never used Roku especially not in Spanish , they didn’t care a bit . it’s important to me to have a TV on to sleep , especially with the noisiest road in Oaxaca right outside my window .
the fact that I spent two hours trying to figure out the TV , finally got some music on . the next morning when I checked out I ate at the little restaurant, pretty good actually, almost done eating I asked the gut at the front desk if he could help me with a Taxi to the Airport . 20 minutes later went to ask if taxi was coming , stood there a good couple minutes while he was on his phone , not talking texting or something, finally went out and hailed my own cab . too bad they have such horrible customer service , could have been a good stay . Oh plus a spider crawled across my arm in the Morning .

Great and helpful hotel stuff. Nice hotel and rooms interior, swimming pool with chillout zone.
Little bit noisy from the traffic on main road.
2.5
Free parking, staff were friendly and helpful, the pool area was lovely, the bed was good and the bathroom was great.
The noise. Firstly from the road and nearby traffic...being in a bedroom on the ground floor near the front of the hotel it was disturbing. Secondly the noise from other people, some were incredibly inconsiderate of hotel guests, talking very loudly in the corridor and the staff on duty were at reception making jokes, laughing through the night and watching TV incredibly loudly. We could hear everything and meant a very disrupted sleep.

We loved the swimming pool. And I always love when they have water dispensers to avoid buying plastic bottles.
The rooms were MUCH smaller than they seemed in the photos. And the hotel is right on a very busy road, although the rooms face towards the pool, so noice not a problem.
4.0
very helpful and friendly staff
water pressure/temperature in the shower wasn’t great
4.0
Proper Room Service every day, no power outages, constant hot water, very friendly and helpful staff, we were allowed to relax at the pool until late at night.
unstable and poor wifi connection, and there was construction on the top floor the whole time starting from 7am. sometimes very noisy.

Parking lot lol
Been told that the costumer service in about cultural, front desk personnel is not friendly or nice... looks like the guy was more worried about the charges then give a warm welcome, everything else was so so

It was very clean with a nice area to hang at the pool. The staff and manger were very accommodating to our needs even though we barely knew Spanish. The location is great and within walking distance to restaurants, laundry, and the market. I would stay there again.
For longer stays there is no kitchenette but not a problem as there are great restaurants and gas stations within walking distance.

A good budget choice if you don’t need to be right on the beach but just want a quiet clean room to recharge every night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a nice pool.

Lovely big spacious room. The pool was nice.
It is right on the highway so can be quite noisy with traffic and also means when walking anywhere you invariably end up walking along the. main road.
3.5
it was reasonable and staff were great. good size pool
way too much traffic noise. on a busy street. no lamps, just glaring ceiling bulb for light. no hangers.
5.0
Perfect spot near the airport. Staff veey helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

the pool area was great, and the internet was the best I found in the city
the single bare energy saving bulb in the room gave a horrible light, gave me headaches

The bed was big and more or less comfy.
The staff was welcoming.
We got a room next to the main road, the wildows are sinle glazed, the sound was so load it was like being on the road. Truck and motos passed all night long. The noise cancelling headphone + ear plugs didn't help. We got no sleep.
Maybe of you all for the room in the courtyard or might be passeable.
Shower was not hot. And as well super old and rusty.
Ugly exposed one white neon light in the room. Just bad.
Located in the midst of nothing. There are 2 roads leading to the strip with restaurants to reach them you have to walk 15 min.

Swimming pool, A/C, cleanness, price, we were able to check-in 2 hours earlier :) Great place.

Too loud
Bathroom was not good

The staff was nice and the rooms had everything we needed. The location was good close to the airport. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. There was plenty of parking for cars and scooters. The A/C worked great!
The location is a bit away from La Punta and Zicatela. Our room was a bit dark and musty since it didn't have an outdoor facing window. There was also a lot of noise from the main road. The beds were a bit hard
4.0
The room was huge!
The furniture is quite old fashion.
