Nice garden and plenty of seating space. Comfortable room with good shower. Location in more relaxed area than the bustling center. Good laundry service. Friendly staff.
Breakfast (buffet style) was good, but service could be more efficient.

Well connected to transport and security is good. Location is superb with shops in the vicinity. Breakfast provided was very good. Staff were very kind and helpful.
A hot water kettle in the room would have been nice and ideal for a cuppa of tea.

the breakfast was excellent
my stay was too brief. i would have loved to stay longer

The property is nice, the location wasn't bad either. Big room with a huge bed.
Btw it's called Banda Inns in Google maps.
For the first two days there was no one at the reception to ask a question or book a tour or something, then when someone came on the third day their first and only conversation with me was "u r checking out tomorrow so pay now", but they didn't take card payments, only cash which I didn't hv. She asked me to go on foot to the nearby market which to get cash at 2pm!! I asked for a ride and they gave me one but then they charged me money for that!! I said what the hell! I had to go out to get ur money bcoz u don't accept card payments!! Very rude, stupid, and unprofessional.
During my whole stay no one asked me if I needed anything
The water pressure for the shower was not good, and water kept getting hot and cold.

The location is perfect. Safe and near important city areas.
Breakfast was really bad. Lacked variety. Sugar bowels and coffee tins were all dirty. And it was very expensive.
Just avoid this item!!

Nice guest house in a beautiful house in a quiet aera in Kampala...there is a beautiful tropical garden, it is quiet. It is very clean, with strong wifi, breakfast is good...all the staff, included the driver are very kind and helpful. I travel alone and they helped me to organize my trip. I recommend this guest house ,you will be quiet...very good value

very quiet
the staff was very friendly and helpful
the green garden is such a highlight
the breakfast
simple and at the same time comfortable and everything was very clean
the area felt very safe to walk around
the city center was relatively easy to reach (depending on the traffic of course;-) )
rooms are very big and have big tables, that are very useful if you are on a work trip
in someway, I am not how, it feels very homely!
thank you so much!

free breakfast: by 7am everything is ready. you could even sit and enjoy tea and toast at 6am. a wide variety of egg dishes from boiled egg to Spanish omelet and French toast. waffle is an exceptional here. The garden is green and green. Trees with white fragrance flowers. Dogs would protect guests.
No sign board outside of the compound which is good for security but a bit difficult to find. I am not fond of dogs.

Breakfast was both cooked and continental with fresh juice and fruits. The property had a very homely feel and nice terraces to relax on overlooking the garden. Its situated in a nice leafy and safe area with lots of NGO offices nearby so a good work option. Lunch and dinner can be ordered at a reasonable cost. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are simple but good value for money.
A little difficult to find as the street name has changed and it is not updated on Booking.com or google maps, nor is there any signage. The new street name is Ssemakula Close - look for the NGO Johannitas or Holy Crepe Restaurant

Beautifully greenish tranquil garden.
water of shower smells musty but hot enough.

Everything! The location is convenient, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and the price can't be beat.
I like everything about Banda Inns! Sometimes when it rains your laundry doesn't get dry in time, but nobody can control the weather.
