Good hotel to stay, but more detailed maintenance is required.

Location is very convenient.Staff are courteous and offer excellent service. Restaurant and food is great.

Very noisy due to the maintenance works going on in the next rooms. The interious are very old and the cabinets are worn. Access to the balcony and the windows are permanently locked. Balcony handrails are rusted. Floor tiles are having scratches due to long use. Bathroom smells bad. May consider room freshner in the toilets. Toilet flush was not functioning properly, though the maintenance team corrected it during our stay. When the switch is on for the bathroom lights and exhaust, a light in the room is also on at the same time. This is very inconvenient for the others at night, as it disturbs their sleep.(Room no 310)

Good food, clean room, courteous staff.

Charging extra for room service. Restaurent needs more staff to attend guests. Water, tea/coffee had to be ordered. Not readily available during breakfast

The mattress was very bad with almost all the springs fully damaged. The cot was of old and bad so that when we even sit, it is tilting and afraid of break. The bathroom tiles broken. Exhaust fan didn't work.

The old casino Name not see there ..........

I have not ordered the hotel breakfast, and the location is good for me.

The room I booked has a TV, but it's not working, and there's a tea kettle, but it's not working either. I ordered food and it was very expensive, but that is OK, that is your hotel policy. I stayed only one day, so this comment is based on that.

nice hotel close to the train station.

the room was so nice and big. the staff were friendly. it was a short walk from the main train station. the breakfast was nice - a selection of hot and cold to choose from.

unfortunately there are renovations at the moment so there were lots of mosquitos in the lobby especially and some in our room.

Poor experience at Casino where I had stayed happily in the 1990s with foreign delegations

We had to ask for each item. Eg. No toilet paper, no shower stool (for senior citizens). Two tea bags for 2 guests for 30 hours. Awful hot water supply.

Unless significant improvements are made, there are other properties that offer better value in Trichur.

Comfortable beds. Spacious executive rooms. Mridula from housekeeping was very efficient and friendly.

The hotel overall has a tired look and has seen better days. For a business hotel, the WIFI is patchy and doesn’t work most of the time. The furniture, closets and the WC had cracks. There was mould on the shower curtains and also inside the water kettle and the shower often only had cold water. The breakfast buffet was insipid and indifferent. The waiting times for dinner service was over 45m (it’s a busy time, sir) and subsequently we frequented the restaurant in a neighboring hotel where the food was great and served in 10 minutes.

Everything Its a very old property, only positive i felt was room was spacious, Everything was dirty or very old, toilets were like a public toilet, walkway to the rooms were smelly not sure it was the smell of urine or waste water, walls were so dirty, when you move the curtain you can see that house keeping was done there before India got freedom, you must renovate your property and charge this price, Not value for money but unacceptable price with this facilities. Not recommending....

Never again to Casino

Breakfast was booked through booking.com. However, when the voucher came it was an EP plan. skewed at first. In the Hotel food was exorbitantly over priced. Rs.71 for a coffee, any vegetable dish cost over Rs.250. In fact it was costlier than 5 star hotels.

Make the food price reasonable so that people can have a decent meal.
