A modern apartment just 5 minutes walk from beautiful & uncrowded Casuarina Beach with its pristine white sand & rolling surf. Apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, open plan living which spills out onto private patio with lush tropical landscaping.
Guest membership to Rec Club with 2 pools opposite, Osteria Restaurant and Surfing Australia HPC.
The apartment has been recently renovated with new kitchen and bamboo floors throughout. Complete with linen, towels and toiletries. Just bring your suitcase and relax. Please no parties.
Just 12 minutes to Coolangatta Int. Airport, 40 minutes to Byron Bay.

Stayed for wedding at Osteria. Convenient

The unit was plenty enough space for me, husband and father for our stay over xmas. It had everything we needed for our stay to cook for ourselves, do laundry, etc. The living room opens right out onto the leafy garden and there's a table to eat on the patio. It's only 5 minutes walk up to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the supermarket (Coles). The beach here is unpatrolled (and therefore it's very peaceful and uncrowded with a long stretch for running/walking/contemplating life). It's only a very short drive to Kingscliff or Cabarita for shops/restaurants/patrolled beaches.

Our stay in the unit was quite enjoyable. It was a central location to our family in Kingscliff, so we enjoyed the proximity to the walking paths and to the beach.
Our main bedroom was very quiet with a wonderful view of the back garden with it's lush vegetation.
As my elderly mother in law was staying in the front small bedroom, she found the early morning (5.30am) noise and music coming from the boxing gym opposite, very intrusive and incredibly noisy. There was absolutely no chance of sleeping in or resting in the room until after lunch, which my Mum would have chosen to do.
The only other little issues were the lack of washing up detergent and there was no aluminium foil, cling wrap or baking paper available for utilising in the kitchen.
It was a very clean and functional little unit which catered for our social needs. We frequented the local coffee cafe, the Mexican restaurant and the swimming pool.

We were so lucky to find this property for our daughter’s wedding at Osteria across the road…. Wonderfully convenient (clean and with all amenities). The only downside is the security lights on at night, and the early start at the gym across the road.

The property is very centrally located and is very convenient to shops and restaurants. It was quiet and well planned out. The outside area is delightful - it was so nice to look out at the garden. The property is light and airy, well-equipped and very comfortable.

The property was lovely & clean & comfortable with a fabulous Cafe for our morning coffee close by.
The second bedroom would probably suit small children with small bags rather than adults with adult bags.

The apartment was well equiped with everything you need. Short stroll to the beach and park area just out the back door. Mark and Bev were great hosts and really quick when communicating. There is a pool right across the road which we made use of with the kids.

Property good layout.No coffee machine as listed.Needs a very good clean. Thin linen with holes. Noisy area due to gym classes very early morning and evening.

I visited for a weekend to attend a wedding and was really pleased with the cleanliness and modern furnishings. The complex is a short walk to the beach, ideal accommodation for a weekend beach getaway with a couple of friends or partner. Check in was super easy.

PROS
Great location, a nice club with pool and gym right in front of it, a cafe a stroll away, the beach in walk-distance with the majority of the way under shades, nice unit layout. We loved our time away.
CONS
Unfortunately, the unit was quite dirty with dust balls around the main bed, hair in the bed, dirty marks in the bath and leftover food in the freezer, not a lot of basic kitchen supplies (like oil, salt and so on) in the pantry for cooking.

Unusual but interesting apartment with every need for the tired traveller. Tropical plantings and beachside position make for a relaxed stay. Excellent bed and handy nearby facilities. Good value.

My home is on a main road, I thought I was ok with some noise and also enjoy exercise and a party myself. However, the walls seem thin hearing upstairs residence walking around and neighbours in complex having disputes, others party till late. This along with cars arriving as early as 4:30am at gym/. Pool across road, will very early gym classes with instructors yelling over load motivational music. It was a stay with Australia Day mid week, maybe every other week would be more peaceful. Neighbour Steve was very nice and welcoming.

Fabulous location with gym/yoga/pool opposite. We loved the light-filled living space, large eat-in kitchen, access to walk/cycle tracks, beautiful beach walks. Plenty of space for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). Owners very helpful, quick to respond with any queries. Plenty of space in hallway to store our surfboards inside.

Lovely place to stay short walk to coffee how ever No food close by other than cafe. Beach is close and unit is tidy and lovely aspect onto a small private garden. The only issue I would note is the couches are not very comfortable. And there no light in the second bathroom. That said we enjoyed ourselves.

The property was right across the road from Osteria where we were attending a wedding, so the location was perfect for us. It’s 700m to the local shops, and close to the beach also, which was spectacular. Bev was very helpful and went above and beyond. We definitely recommend staying here.

Property was very clean. Master bedroom had a great feel about it. Kitchen well equipped. Teenage son loved the access to the gym across the street. Do need a car if you are staying here. Restaurants within the vicinity were not open the nights we stayed (however we were told they were very good when open). Beach was a short walk away - well worth it. A few bush turkeys roaming the yards. Highly recommend.

There is a coffee shop on site with the best coffee. The acm was quiet with a beautiful outlook, very clean and comfortable. Lovely place to stay.
