Descanso

Hermoso hotel, tranquilo, limpio, personal de recepción amable. Ersi en especial muy atento. El servicio y bar de playa muy buenos . Especial para relajar

El encargado del restaurante y de recibir a la gente en el desayuno era poco amable, ni saludaba. Es por eso que no fuimos a cenar nunca al restaurante del hotel.

Beautiful isolated resort

Very good breakfast and location. If you come as a couple and for romantic getaway it would’ve been perfect but I was with my friends

Beautiful but isolated place more suited for couples only. Not much to do for single people. Hotel was on the expensive side

The position right on the beach and the room size and cleanliness were above expectations. Breakfast was also pretty good and the staff was kind and present.

Parking could be an issue as moving inside the property with a car is not easy. The area is still underdeveloped with an unpaved road, hopefully the municipality will fix this in the future.

Wifi connection was very bad in all areas of the hotel There was no help from the hotel with carrying our bags to the room Lampshades were broken, fridge was not working Breakfast was simple and did not have variaty

Great stay for couples and families alike.

best hotel to stay at. had all the accommodations. very friendly staff. tend to all your needs. clean rooms and facility. loved their breakfast and restaurant in general. right in front of beach. family friendly. would go again and highly recommend.

all was excellent besides the road which could be chipped in by all hotels to get fixed so that you can go to and from restaurants and hotel. making a boardwalk would be great for cars. but it was not the hotels road but would be nice to get it fixed.

The worst Staff

It was the worst experience! The front desk Lady was very very rude, also the Manager, my brother came to visit us one day, and they try to Charge me 100€ , the manager and the front desk Lady they start screening in the Lobby, I was with my Tow daughter going to my room. They started crying because they were scared from them. ANIMAL PLACE. They mess up my vacation. I will never never never go back to that place. And I will never recommend that place to anyone they are ripoffs.

Nothing to like at that place. Never again.

location was very good, the beach access and the sun beds they have although the first row of big sun beds were chargeable. the breakfast had a good variety

Nice stay at the beach with a short walk to the restuarants

Huge room, great pebbles beach with a crystal clear water and nice beach bar.

The breakfast wasn't as good as you would expect from a 4-star hotel. But it was OK

Very good

This is the only good hotel on Borsh beach, nice rooms, great location.

Music on the beach is terrible and very loud. The staff could be more polite. All beach facilities could be included into the price paid for the hotel.
