Kosta en iyi kalabilecek otellerden

Otel yeni Odalar geniş ve konforlu konumu çok iyi şehre çok yakın etrafında her zaman park yeri oluyor kahvaltısı çok iyi

Spacious and modern rooms. Great location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful, modern, spacious and clean rooms with big bathrooms. Lovely heated outdoor pool with bar area. Easy walking distance to port, shops and restaurants. Handy shop next door selling water, sunscreen, alcoholic drinks etc.

Large buffet breakfast but selection not as good as previous year.

Biz çok beğendik.

Otel genel olarak hem oda hem ortak kullanım alanları olmak üzere gerçekten çok temiz ve güzeldi. Oda parlıyordu sanki odada kalacak ilk kişi benmişim gibi hissettirdi.Türkiye’de kendimde resepsiyonist olduğum için otel konaklamalarımda daha çok ayrıntı dikkatimi çekiyor ama genel olarak memnun kaldım.Çalışanlar yardımsever,güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydiler özellikle kahvaltıda çalışan erkek garsonlar çok ilgilendiler.Resepsiyonist arkadaşlarda aynı şekilde valizlerimizi checkin saatinden önce bırakmamızda ve check out sonrası bırakmamızda olanak sağladılar.Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi çeşit çoktu sadece ek olarak patates kızartmasıda olabilirdi bence tek eksik buydu.Biz çok memnun kaldık. O yüzden Blue Lagoon City ailesine 10 puan ;)

Great choice

The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to the centre of Kos to make everything accessible, not that near to be bothered by the downtown noises of the nightlife. The breakfast was so full of choices that made it impressive. The staff at the pool bar and the breakfast lounge were polite, energetic and eager to help any way possible, no matter how early in the morning or late in the afternoon it was. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Some of the tables of the breakfast lounge are not visible from the entrance of the room which created a little chaos on our 1st attempt of having breakfast. The hotel must have been totally packed with people or close to that so the people trying to get breakfast, not being able to see the available tables, created a queue of around 20 people in the hotel lobby. There was a member of the staff welcoming the people but maybe a breakfast usher on the fully booked days could be the solution. Different subject maybe the fridge in the room could be a little cooler.

Close to town

We loved the location. It was only a 5 minute walk to Kos Town. The included Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

Very high quality stay.

Perfect hotel, very clean, modern. Great choice for breakfast, good central location not far down to beach and shops. One thing I was very very impressed with was when checking out, the flight was 12 hours later, but no problem in storing the bags, using the pool and even the use of a room to shower before leaving for the flight. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Maybe a extra pillow on the bed, only one pillow each for the both of us, having said this, I'm sure if I asked reception for an extra pillow or two they would have provided.

Loved the location of the hotel close to a lot of great restaurants and bars . Breakfast was good . Enjoyed our stay.

No bidet in toilet but that's a minor thing can't complain everything was good.

Overall a fabulous stay!

-Great location - a 10 minute walk to the beach and harbour with lots of lovely shops and restaurants within easy walking distance - Amazing staff who were really friendly, helpful and professional - We had a great size suite with a balcony - The breakfast was pretty good with freshly ‘cooked to order’ options such as omelettes available - There is an outside pool with pool bar and dining options

We only have some very, very minor negative points: - the dreaded saving of sun beds is very active and normal here which is very annoying so we chose the beach over the pool most days (also the pool was half in shade from around 2pm) - there was a tea tray in the room with everything provided except the mugs and spoons😊 - more hooks to hang wet towels in the room would be helpful - the bedroom doors are super heavy so when people start heading to breakfast from 7.30 it can be very noisy

rooms were spacious and staff was ok. decent breakfast and spa services (had a massage and it was good)

manual paperwork. you have to fill in a check in form with all details by hand which in today’s world should be automated to speed up check in.

Wonderful vacation at Blue Lagoon City Hotel!

Pool, public areas and room were all updated and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding and offered everything you could ask for. The staff throughout the Hotel were warm and extremely helpful, in particular the front reception. Had a wonderful massage in the spa and great food, drink and service at the pool bar and restaurant. We definitely will return.

I prefer toilet and shower to be separate from each other.

Location was great. Room was large Modern hotel. Well built. Lot of marble Breakfast was excellent 👍
