Overall, it was a very good experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and attended to throughout our stay.
The resort itself offered a range of amenities that ensured a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. While they might not have been as luxurious as those found in higher-rated resorts, they still exceeded my expectations and met my basic needs.
One aspect that stood out was the resort's facilities. The pool was clean and inviting, offering a refreshing escape from the warm weather. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, providing a convenient and satisfying dining experience.
Although the resort might not have had all the bells and whistles of a top-tier establishment, it was evident that the management had put effort into ensuring a pleasant guest experience. The customer service was attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries I had during our stay.
While the resort may not have been the epitome of luxury, it provided a solid experience that left me with a positive impression. Honestly, the worst thing for me was the bed, the mattress was to soft and bunkie boards were just falling off.

Very friendly staff, beautiful gardens and a good selection of food
Lots of people smoking in the bar!

Good selection of food. Staff were so friendly.
Nothing really. Maybe more selections on all inclusive alcohol drinks would be great

Staff super friendly. Beautiful and very well maintained place. Plenty of activities. Great location everything can be reached by walking. Cocktails tastes better then in bars we visited.

Superb nice hotel and restaurant staff. Breakfast and all the other foods was also very good. Really nice beds and whole hotel area is super good with example gym and basketball / tennis court. Opposite to the hotel is bicycle rental with only 4€ / day.
Room vas very cold , but i guess that was because of April and couple of cloudy days. In the other hand it was good to sleep in cold room.

Staffs are helpful and very lovely. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
Bar can be noisy in the evening since it is closed to the room buildings.

All the staff, from reception to the bar to maintenance, were very friendly and helpful. In general, the place looks beautiful and is very well maintained. It is in a great location for the beach and some nice restaurants even if it is a bit far from the main town.
There were a lot of spiders! It's not the fault of the staff because of the garden surrounds, but it would put me off staying there again as I am terrified of them

Comfy rooms and a beautiful garden with lots of flowers! very friendly staff as well. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
food could be better quality and more choices (e.g. more fresh fruits instead of fruits in sirup...)

Great and helpful staff, beautiful garden, good gym, clean room, peaceful. I had a great stay
The rooms could be a little bigger. Breakfast could include healthier choices

Facilities were excellent - pool was nice temperature, very clean, sun beds plenty and comfy, balls in the pool to play with, good amount of drinks provided. Staff were excellent and helped to book activities. The buffet was good. Close enough to walk to Kos Town but also a bike rental place outside which offer bikes for 4 euros per day.
Would have been nice to have more spirits such as vodka and gin on the all inclusive alcohol menu.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived later at night than expected. They were really nice and had made up a bag with some sandwiches and fruit for myself and my children along with some water. I felt that was a really kind gesture as we didn’t actually have chance to get anything. We were breakfast only so I didn’t anticipate that, so feel very grateful for it. liked the pool and that it had a children’s play park as well. My family just did breakfast only due to only being in Kos for a short time before our ferry to Turkey. The breakfast was really nice. My children were happy to as they got to have pancakes. Really good selection so I imagine other meals would be nice to. As we were travelling from the ferry port to Bodrum the next day I wanted something fairly close. We took a taxi from the hotel to the port and it was a short ride maybe just over 5 minutes and it cost 8 euros. The checkout time is 11 but as we needed to be at the port for around 3pm, I asked if we could leave later at 1pm. They checked and said that it was fine and did it for free. Maybe free as it was just a couple of hours extra but I appreciate them doing it on the house.
For my personal budget I wish it was cheaper as I would love to stay longer some time. Although that being said for the location I felt it was good in comparison to others close to the port.

We did not get the feeling of the room is clean because of white but grey sheets. Slippers and foot towel were needed. Bed was not comfortable because there were two seperate beds

I was so pleased with this hotel because it was such a good fit for 3 generations of our family: my elderly parents, and my toddler were all in their element here. We loved the location of our rooms and the fact they had taken care to keep our family together with two adjacent rooms (our elderly parents next door) and also that they had thought about the needs of our toddler, so we were not too far away from the main hotel complex.
We LOVED the garden setting. I think I saw the most flowers of the whole 2 weeks in Kos at Gaia Garden. It was wonderful.
The layout and landscaping was beautifully thought through, right down to mobility and accessibility - important for pushchairs (although not sure about how you would access the restaurant, on the first floor with a fabulous view, in a wheelchair). The children's playground was far superior to any others we visited on the island. Again, beautifully designed and perfect for kids of like our toddler, but also older kids - we saw 6-7 year old girls playing there.
We also loved the buffet food - couldn't believe it was all included and the drinks. We stayed a week and perhaps if we had stayed longer it might have become a bit same-y, but for a week it was perfect. We ate out of a couple of times - there are restaurants and beach cafes within walking distance (10 mins). And it's walkable to Kos town (20-30 mins) via the beach way, so the hotel was also really well located. I must also mention the staff - so friendly and keen to make a connection, particularly the staff at the hotel bar, which saw a lot of action among the clientele. But also the gardener and the housekeeping staff (although having a toddler in tow always helps to make friends in Greece!) It is a really nice family-run place on a medium scale - not too large and not too small. We felt that staff liked working there too.
The pool was a little cold and our toddler struggled with that. We were there in May so I hope it warms up in full heat of summer! The all-inclusive beer on offer was not my partner's favourite. I could see that he and a few other guests were bringing in their supermarket bought brands to drink on the room terrasse! By comparison, another - for the large part inferior - all-inclusive hotel we stayed at did have better beer.
