Run down with worn out soft furnishings and in places very dirty.

The location was excellent.

Unfortunately the apartment did not meet the standards we expected, and did not correspond to the photos. The main problems (but there were other problems too) were some of the furniture and cleanliness. The sofas and some of the chairs were completely worn - the surface had come off. The floors and carpets were very dirty in some places. The host responded, and made some excuses (without denying the facts) but did not offer to do anything about it, nor give any compensation. We had to go to booking.com who negotiated some compensation for us.

We loved the location, right in the centre of the gorgeous town of Beaune. We would have liked to stay longer but were travelling south. It suited us well to use the lockbox, rather than having to specify a particular time of arrival

Some people wouldnt like the spiral staircase to access the apartment but it wasnt a problem to us and it had been clearly stated in the description

Clean, spacious apartment in central Beaune

It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. With everything you need for catering etc. the owner was very helpful and offered us a place for our bikes in the courtyard. Central location bit quiet. Very happy with everything.

Superb location with parking immediately outside. Generally very comfortable.

Uncomfortable pillows. Second floor, up a winding staircase - not a problem for us but maybe for some. Sofas a bit tatty.

Very spacious, so many TVs in the apartment.

The road infront of the house, to stop there and to drop off the luggages is really difficult, not much space to park and cars behind are not very patient. The recommended parking spot is Republic car park, a few minutes walk away. Location is great, right at the doorsteps of the main sights. The stairs are spiral, not easy with heavy luggages.

Beaune is a wonderful place to visit and the people we very friendly. The Apartment is only moments away from the bars a

very comfortable with plenty of room. Excellent shower.

just a written note on the heating and Wi-Fi but that does not detract from the lovely stay we had.

Excellent and we would love to stay there again.

Great location with fabulous close up views of Notre Dame. The lovely centre was mere yards away yet we were tucked down a little side street. The free car park was great and although approximately 750 yards away was a pleasant easy walk. The apartment has gorgeous high ceilings and is beautifully furnished (although there are some occasional signs of wear which were absolutely no issue to us). You can eat at the kitchen island or at a six seater dining table. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and there were 2 loos.

It’s a vey minor point but it was unseasonably cold (max 12 degrees) on our trip so the apartment was a bit chilly. We couldn’t get the heating on but there may be a shared boiler which only runs from October, as there was at our previous place. Here however there were lovely throws so we were comfortable using those.

Wonderful location and helpful host who answered questions promptly.

Location is excellent. Right across from the cathedral in the old town. Municipal, free parking available a short walk away. Everything in old town right at your doorstep.

Somewhat challenging stairs to get to the second floor apartment but they are manageable as long as not too much luggage. Also, furniture is comfortable but very worn, and the kitchen is not really equipped for any cooking (but why would you with so many great restaurants within five min walk).

Very clean and beautiful apartment. Very well equipped. Easy walk to everywhere and parking. Laetitia contacted me very often and I was relieved.

I would gladly stay here again! Fully equipped and large apartment in the very center of Beaune. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge were all modern and the gas stove is great.

The stairs up to the property. We were travelling with our elderly mother. (86) and the stairs were very scary for her. I asked the question about access when I booked and I didn't get a reply.

The stay was fine and comfortable with a great location. Stairs steep for people with mobility probs

No Breakfast. This was a flat only rental.

Parking was stated as provided but it was on-street parking which meant we had to unload everything from the car as we feared a car break-in with so much valuable stuff inside.

ideal location to explore Beaune

my wife and I loved our stay in this spacious and clean apartment. It is centrally located next to Beaune’s cathedral and is within easy walking distance of the hopital dieu and other historic sights

a very minor thing was the smell of garbage in the stairway leading up to the apartment
