About this house rental
Bwthyn Gwymon is a detached house located on Llechii Road, a delightful road close to the centre of the village only 100 yards from the main beach.
The good sized Lounge/Diner is situated on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular sea views. The windows run the width of the lounge to give a truly uninterrupted view of the bay and beyond. There are 2 large sofas with SkyQ TV and wireless broadband, board games and books. The Dining Area has an extendable table and chairs for a more formal dining experience. The kitchen is modern with an oven, hob, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar and seating. It faces to the rear of the property with a back door and entrance to the large decking area at the side of the property above the garage, again with glorious sea views. There are a couple of wooden sun loungers and a table and chairs where you can enjoy a glass of wine watching the kite surfers or indeed the beautiful sunset.
There is also a cloakroom with WC and Basin.
Downstairs is a new family bathroom, with bath and shower, two double bedrooms with beautiful nautical style curtains in both double rooms - made locally, one with a king-size bed, one with a double and a bunk room sleeping 2. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and free standing drawers. There is a rear yard which is a natural sun trap, with a tap and hosepipe available and stairs giving a second point of entry to the decking area. There is a drive and a paved area to the front of the property.
The property has full central heating and a gas fire in the lounge. Gas hot water heater provides constant hot water on demand. Bed linen is provided. Strictly No Smoking in the property. Dogs are welcome - please mention when booking.

Please note although we have marked our property as No Refunds, we do refund deposits if we are able to refill your dates.
If you have paid the remaining balance and its within 60 days of your arrival, again, if we can let the property we will refund you.

Clean and comfortable house, 100 yards from the beach. Bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, large lounge and dining room with big windows overlooking the beautiful bay. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Backdoor opens onto decking which wraps around the side of the house above the garage with table and chairs and sun loungers

Property was as described but the view has to be seen to be believed. You could happily stay in the lounge looking out of the window and get lost in the view. We absolutely loved it and would love to be able to book again.

Spectacular bay view!
The views from the house were exactly as described, breath taking! We particularly loved watching the variety of water sports being played out in front of us across the bay. Decking area superb for sun bathing and dining. Property very clean and all facilities as described. Many thanks 😊

Location excellent as only a minute from the beach. Great view from this upside down house. Kitchen would benefit from a freezer, but where it would fit is another matter. I’m afraid it could have been cleaner for the times we are living in….window sills, picture frames. Perhaps I am being picky but it did not detract from our enjoyment.

The property is as described on the website, and can be recommended. It's close to the beach and the village centre, but nice and quiet. The owner very kindly allowed us to postpone our booked March weekend for 6 months, due to the bug, and we were rewarded with 3 days of glorious sunshine. We got lucky!

What can I say, a fabulous location and property, Sam was great at all communication and everything was as described. A truly wonderful stay in a lovely village. The fact that we could be walking on the beach in under a minute was brilliant, our dog loved it too. The views from the deck and lounge are the best. We had such an amazing time here. The photos don't do the views justice. It was a stones throw from the sea and the view from the lounge was amazing. It was fab going to bed and hearing the waves! The house has everything we needed. Very well kitted out with a wonderful decking to sit out on and watch the sea or the stars. We would love to come back.

Did not want to leave......
This place is awesome......the location is wonderful, the property is excellent and furnished, and equipped with happy guests in mind.
The upside down house gives you great views of the bay and the RAF base, we spent some happy hours sat enjoying the going ons.
The village is small but has everything you need, the local eateries we used were all great and dog-friendly.
Highlight for the children were the pancakes at Mojo’s, not only eating them, but watching them being made whilst practising their French and just being safe and free to play on the beach.
Communication with owners was brilliant, lovely people who genuinely want you to relax and enjoy your stay.
Highly recommend to anyone, but don’t all book it as we would like to be able to go back sometime!

Nice accommodation for a teenage family holiday. Well equipped. Good decking area for wetsuit changing. One suggestion would be hooks and a small covered area to hang wetsuits.

Fantastic location and a nice clean, bright house.
Lovely house a stones throw from the beach at Rhosneigr.
With the house being ‘upside down’ you can sit in the lounge and look out over the beach and sea.
West facing so you get full view of fantastic sunsets.
Outdoor decking on 3 sides of house at first floor level so you can follow the sun around from sunrise to sunset 🌇.
This was our third visit and will hopefully be back again.
Rhosneigr is a lovely little town to relax and unwind.

Fabulous location
The property is situated 100 meters from the beach, with stunning views from the lounge towards the horizon, and only a two minute walk to the little street with the shops and bars. The house is very comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is very well equipped for those wishing to self-cater. The outside, top level decking area is real sun trap all day, and a lovely spot to sit out in the evenings. Access via the side gate to the hose pipe was most useful with our beach-loving dogs and minimised sand inside the property! A fantastic place to stay, just wish we could have stayed longer.

What a place to go!
We stayed early March during heavy rain and storms. Did it spoil our time? Absolutely not. Jumpers, coats, hats and problem solved.
What a beautiful home. The views are entrancing from the living area, the kitchen is well equipped and the dog not limited to certain rooms.
If you're taking your dog then then it's a perfect place to be. We only came across 1 shop that didn't allow dogs. All the pubs and restaurants, including the chippy, were dog friendly. In Sandy's they even had supplies of doggie towels, beds and treats. The only advice we were given by one of the locals was not to release the dog on the dunes. Apparently there are a number of adders present. The beaches are so vast and dog friendly that it really didn't matter.
If you're having a debate whether to go there or stay in the property then don't. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect break away
Wow! We had the most fantastic time in Rhosneigr. The house was so well equipped with everything we needed and more. The views from the lounge window and decking were fantastic. We spent hours watching the kite surfers and wind surfers. The dogs loved the beach, with miles of sand and rock pools to explore. It was just what we needed for a get away from it all holiday. The village is very quiet and there were only a couple of shops open due to the time of the year, but this suited us. We would love to go back again soon.

Fantastic Property
Our second visit to this property & it doesn’t disappoint. Has everything you would want for a perfect holiday. The views from the upstairs lounge window are amazing. Early morning walks with the dog on the beach make the holiday perfect. Will definitely be back again soon. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else but here on Anglesey.
