A REAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, CALM AND CLASSY. BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB. WE SHALL RETURN.

Ein kurzer, aber sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in sehr guter Lage und eine Wiederholung wert!

Das Hotel befindet sich in hervorragender Lage und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar! Das Frühstück war vielseitig und sehr gut; auf Sonderwünsche wurde umgehend eingegangen. Der Frühstücksraum vermittelt eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl! Auch das Badezimmer ist modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet! Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, herzliches Personal (als wäre man bei der Familie).

Liebes Orangerie Team, ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich war zwar nur für einen Tag da (wegen dem Coldplay Konzert) würde aber immer wieder gerne euer Hotel wählen wenn ich mal wieder in Düsseldorf sein sollte. Es war sehr angenehm bei euch. Mein Zimmer & der Ausblick waren toll. Das Frühstück gefiel mir auch sehr und es war total süss dass dort im Frühstücksraum im Hintergrund die Songs von Coldplay liefen ♥ Herzlichen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die den Aufenthalt so schön gestaltet haben. Man fühlt sich wirklich(!) wie zu Hause. ♥♥♥ Ganz liebe Grüsse & nochmals herzlichen Dank♥

What a gem of a hotel! Great property under friendly and always helpful leadership.

Breakfast was the best!!!! extremely friendly service and staff, all spoke English fluently and the capuccino's were to die for (even as native Italian)! The location adds to the charme of this hotel: you are literally 3-4 minutes away from the banks of the Rhine (Rhein) river with unlimited possibilities for activities. What a gem!

The hotel is located in the middle of the city and we visited the property during the Euro 2024, it got really loud when fans were celebrating! But I am assuming this was unique to this event.

vriendelijk personeel uitstekend, gevarieerd ontbijt rustige locatie en toch vlakbij het oude centrum

kamers zijn klein, zeker voor een wat langer verblijf: weinig zitruimte voor een bezetting van de kamer door 2 personen het lijkt erop dat er geen A/C is: dat kan problemen geven in de zomer

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Tolle Lage - fussläufig zur Innenstadt (Kö), Rheinufer - einschließlich schöner Spaziergang am Rheinufer bis Hafen.

Charmantes Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück

Gemütliches Hotel mit familiärem Flair, Altbaucharme spürbar, aber modern und geschmackvoll renoviert. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zurvorkommend, ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das familär geführte Hotel bietet einen sehr guten und freundlichen Service. Die Lage am Rande der Altstaddt ist sehr gut, abends alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen.

Dieses Hotel hat eine aussergewöhnliche Lage. Eingebettet zwischen Altstadt und Rhein und doch ganz ruhig. Die Menschen sind wahnsinnig nett und man fühlt sich sofort wohl!

Very good experience, I would stay in this hotel if I go to Düsseldorf again.

Hotel is first of all extremely clean and the fact that they don't allow pets makes a big difference. Very good breakfast buffet with personal touch gives you a good start of the day. Hotel is situated in a quiet, secluded and secure area but you are still within 500 meters to all the nicest restaurants / Hausbrauerei's and 800 meters to the KÖ Galerie.

Beds/pillows are a bit too soft, at least for me.

No parking. Don't speak English at the reception.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A PARKING. AT ALL. Upon arrival, they direct you to a paid public parking (€35/day) at 300m distance. Receptionist in the evening doesn't speak English and won't try. Couldn't bother to explain me where the public parking was.

The location was an absolute dream. Lovely Boutique Hotel. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast but a bit pricey at €16 each. Would recommend the hotel but if using an agent make sure you get what you ordered

I was expecting a superior executive room and we were given what I would call an ordinary room which had a very small toilet and shower room. I was disappointed by this and I don’t know whether it was the hotels mistake or Booking . Com. Whatever it spoiled our expectations and reduced what would have been a great trip to an ordinary affair.

Exceptional

Orangerie is the authentic hotel you don't find anymore these days. The management is perfectly efficient, yet extremely sympathic. Just a few steps away from Carlplatz and its market, the old town and the Rhein, in a super quiet pedestrian street. From the bedding to the room temperature, the towel softness to the toiletries, the furnitures to the decoration, everything is carefully prepared to receive guests.

Orangerie is a small, well-situated hotel (walking distance from the town centre, the Old City, and the Rhine river). ALL the staff were exceedingly pleasant and welcoming. It doesn't have the stereotyped, cold atmosphere of big hotels. Definitely a bonus. As was the excellent breakfast.

Great experience, warlmly recommend!

Exceptional service. The 2 person I met at the reception weher very nice, made sure I had everything I needed (and beyond) all with a beautiful smile. The breakfast was also very good (and I am not a breakfast person...).

No air conditionning in the rooms but a ventilator was available. This was ok for the night I stayed but might be a bit light on high temperature days.
