A superb three bedroom town house situated in a quiet location on a private complex in the centre of Caleta De Fuste, which offers a beautiful sandy beach, a variety of bars and restaurants and an 18 hole golf course. The house is furnished to a very high standard and offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs toilet, spacious lounge which comes with FREE Wi-Fi and UK TV channels, DVD player, Smart TV and a fully fitted kitchen which comes equipped with washing machine, microwave, hob, cooker and fridge freezer. Two bedrooms have their own private balconies and fitted wardrobes the third bedroom has an en suite and is downstairs. The third bedroom has its own lounge area. All rooms are fitted with fans for your comfort. The house has its own private patio which is furnished with table and chairs and loungers are provided for around the pool. There is a large shared pool ( which is acclimated during winter months) which is set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

We’ve been to Caleta lots of times since 1995 this is the first time we’ve stayed in this property. The Property Managers Shari and David were great even before we had arrived in Fuerte they were in contact with us. They helped the trip run as smoothly as possible David picked us up from the airport and dropped us back 2weeks later.
The property was 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms it was so well equipped there were fans everywhere a hairdryer, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, sugar, even bin bags were supplied. We didn’t have to take towels or tea towels they were supplied. A massive TV with all programs and of course WIFI. Lovely fenced and gated communal pool and beautiful tended gardens would definitely be using again thankyou x

If you are looking for a large accommodation that allows you to feel like you are on holiday but with all the modern comforts of home, then youre nto a winner here.
There was nothing missed in the detail and description. Spotlessly clean. Totally accomdating as we could get into the holiday home as soon as we arrived from an early flight as we were not crossing over from previous guests. This opportunity was a very welcome gesture from Chris & Chris.
Shari our accommodation manager is outstanding. Collected us from the airport, offered trips to the larger supermarket to save money on the big shop, checked on us to see if we had settled in and was available should we have needed any assistance. She is a treasure.
Kitchen cupboards fulling stocked with cooking equipment. Shopping bags, foil, clingfilm, coffee, tea & sugar were all available. Not sure if these are provided or left behind but they were a great addition.
Cooler box and ice packs for the beach plus beach towels.
TV was fabulous. We dont bother with TV on hols but i was ill one day and had an early night so my husband and daughter watched a film on the firestick. Internet very good.
2 bathrooms, one with bath plus a downstairs loo aswell. Basement room was a fantastic addition for independent living for our teenagers who obviously slept late!!
Straight out of the apartment into the gated pool.
Sun on front all day then on main bedroom balcony until about 8pm.

Our family had a fantastic time and the property was a huge part of that. It was everything we needed, it was spotless, had great facilities and was walking distance to bars and restaurants. The communication with David and Shari was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Thanks very much we will hopefully book again in the future.

Excellent visit from start to finish , immaculately presented apartment. Never found anything where I thought ‘I wish there was one of those’. Caleta is currently blessed with what can only be described as the biggest pavement improvement program with roads dug up , parking on rough ground and a calema, still the apartment was clean and well presented. Will definitely be back

Overall our stay was great shari and David were amazingly meeting us at airport and taking us to property. The house had everything we needed and having all the sky channels made a big difference with 2 teenage. Very close to all bars and shops. Only downside was because I have a mobility scooter if the steps at the entrance to the amuley mar complex had a small ramp it would have been so much easier for me.
Overall first time trying holiday home and definitely would do so again 🙃

We have just returned home after a 12 day holiday to Amuley Mar No.12. Shari was amazing nothing was too much and constantly checking we were ok. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very well decorated. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday would definitely recommend and would definitely book to stay there again x

The property is over 3 floors which is great to give one another space, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Shari and David were on hand if we needed them. We just really needed a base for visiting my parents who have lived on the island for 17 years. We have stayed in a lot of different accommodation over the years. This suited our needs perfectly. Despite arriving at the property and finding a pipe had burst, which was outwith anyone’s control, we had a lovely holiday. Shari, who manages the property, and her partner David were amazing, quickly relocating us into temporary accommodation until the owners other 3 bed property was available for us to move into. She also went out and bought us some shopping, organised a discount for a water park trip and dropped us off at the airport for our flight home. All properties we stayed in were impeccably clean and I would highly recommend them to others! Thanks for a lovely holiday, despite the unforeseen hiccup, we will be back 😊 x

Well kept and very clean, very pleased with the apartment. Loved the fact there was beach towels for us all as well as plenty of clean towels. The cool box came in very handy for our family as well. We also loved the location as family have an apartment just around the corner. Oh and the coffee machine was a great wee bonus!

Nice apartment and good location
Lovely apartment but needs a bit of work. Pool was freezing cold and not heated as advertised. No problem with Internet but TV only works intermittently which was disappointing for my elderly mum. Definitely needs replaced. Good secure complex and well kept gardens and pool.

Amazing
Beautiful town house in a central location. Communication with owner was efficient and informative. We were met by Alan who was polite, helpful and is on standby at all times should you need him. Pool is cold but that’s only to be expected at this time of year and once you’re in it’s quite refreshing. Would definitely recommend and would most definitely return.

No TV, No WIFI
Lovely apartment, great outdoor space. Gardens well kept. Alan, the maintenance guy met us outside the apartment and showed us around, he was very friendly. He clearly felt very uncomfortable having to inform us we had no WIFI and no TV as the router was broken and he was clueless as to when this problem would be resolved. It never did get resolved, we were there for the whole 6 days without these facilities. Our teenage children were less than impressed to say the least. I did email the owners regarding this problem but their attitude seemed to be Oh Well, there's nothing we can do. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded too.

Lovely property in a great location with use of a good pool.
Well maintained property with plenty of space for six. Private gated property group with a communal well maintained pool. Everything that we required with high quality appliances newly installed just before our stay. Good location in a lovely little town with plenty of good restaurants only a short walk away. Quiet at night as it is away from the central bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful property manager and owner. We have now used three of the properties on this complex during our multiple visits and we will definitely be using this one again.

we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was bright and spacious, centrally located with everything you need within walking distance. Alan who greeted us was helpful and informative. Would recommend the apartment to anybody staying in Fuerteventura.

Great location house has everything. We were family of six and loved it , very spacious right by the pool lovely patio area with table six chairs. We were greeted by Alan the manager he was very helpful and is on hand anytime you may need him. We had a faulty kettle and within ten minutes Allan brought a replacement to us. Would recommend it to all ages.

Fantastic house in a great location everything you could wish for.
We really enjoyed our stay house was great and access easy with Alan showing us round. Had a small problem with a toilet that wasn’t attended to and the pool was out of use for half of our stay. The kitchen bin needed a proper clean but none of these things stopped us really enjoying our stay. The owners were very nice when we contacted them. All in all fabulous.

Lovely spacious property over 3 levels.Very useful having ensuite shower room in basement bedroom saves queueing for showers, and also a toilet and washhand basin off of living room.Top floor 2 bedrooms each have a balcony which we located to, to read books in the sun, when sun had moved from our private patio [off of patio doors at kitchen].Bathroom for top floor bedrooms has overbath shower great water pressure & unending supply of hot water.Kitchen has a washing machine which is very useful as it enables you to travel light & wash clothes ,beach towels through etc whilst on holiday.Patio area is lovely, with what looked like brand new high quality patio furniture.Property is set in a beautiful development with well maintained gardens and pool area.Location excellent.Very central to some great restaurants,marina,beach & commercial centre.We especially like Fusion 22 [excellent Indian restaurant],15 [excellent restaurant also,starter of tequila lime chicken salad wow!,in fact we,ve eaten there so many times over numerous holidays and all food has been fantastic].All in all great holiday! Special thanks to Alan who manages the property.He met us at the property with the keys & explained how things worked ie washing machine,tv etc,& showed us round the property.Lovely guy! He even arranged a taxi for our return journey to the airport, as we had said on a previous holiday at a different property we struggled to get a taxi.Thanks Alan

Great location
House is in a great location. We had a comfortable stay for four weeks sharing one week with family too. There is plenty storage space and hangers. We booked without air con due to Canarian breeze which was missing at start so we bought and left an extra fan.
Also requested and paid for a welcome pack which was a great start and no need to rush to shops.
Alan appears each week to change bedding and towels... would say a little too early for us but appreciated all the same
Being picky now. Feel house could do with a deep clean and inventory between visitors as there are cracked plastic cups, cracked glass, salad drawers in fridge cracked/broken, lamps in basement not working, wardrobes could benefit a small handle as only opener is the key which 9 times out of ten simply comes out in your hand. None of this spoilt our stay.
The cats were an issue for us as we are not cat lovers. Obviously someone has encouraged/fed in the past as they just walk in, sit on outside chairs or under the sunbeds.
Lastly I think for first time visitors to the island some kind of information pack on the amenities, opening hours, places to visit, local maps and suggestions would be helpful.
Overall had an amazing four weeks stay. There is no feeling quite like waking up each day to the sunshine

Well equipped, comfortable home in a great location. Ideal for a family of 5 with plenty of space. Great communication when booking and on hand manager if any problems. Good decor but could have done with a few extra kitchen items eg tin opener but no major problems. Excellent overall holiday experience.

Fantastic location and a lovely house
Firstly the location is fantastic. The house was lovely. And the pool area is kept well and the gardens tidy. The house Is a large 3 storey house which is quite spacious. Caleta de fuste is a lovely resort and the house is in an ideal location. Close enough to the bars and restaurants but not so you can hear them. The beach is a short walk away. The airport is 15 minutes away and costs approx €14 by taxi. You have local supermarkets similiar to an express store here in the UK. A 30 minute walk away is the Atlantico centre which has a lovely big euro spar supermarket. A taxi costs approx €5. What would be a nice touch is a guest type book that guests could put their favourite bars and restaurants in. And some local information that may be of interest. We would definitely return. Thank you so much for renting out your house to us.

Great location, amenities and property size ... ideal for our family ....
Really enjoyed our stay ... we are family of 5 (2 ads + 3 teens) ... lads had basement room with their own bathroom ... daughter loved having her own twin room ! Nicely furnished ... very clean with plenty of kitchen utensils ... beach towels ... 6 sunbeds (1 damaged) ... a couple of minor things such as TV kept sticking and WiFi only really worked well on the ground floor ... basement and 1st floor not great (very slow), a couple of the patio chairs had holes in seat and only a table for 4 for a property for 6 ... a lot of the other property's had bigger tables and 6 chairs ... even though patios same size ... few other little DIY issues ... Exceptionally quiet considering we stayed over Easter hols ...at times only us round the pool .... pool itself VERY cold but I know heated pool issue already covered ... Easter obviously classed as Summer ! Many thanks to caretaker Alan ... really helpful and friendly/only a phone call away ... Overall a really enjoyable stay ...

Really nice house - pool a bit cold!
I booked this property on behalf of my parents from 27th May through to 10th June, and will start by saying it is a lovely property, well looked after and equipped with everything they needed for a two week stay. Alan the property manager is local and quick to attend to any queries, he also visited them at the end of their first week to change towels and bedding which they hadn't expected and was a nice touch! They hired a car (for which there was off road parking), however the house is located very centrally in Caleta de Fuste and you could easily manage without one.
While they were overjoyed with the house in general, they did feel a little let down by the pool which is completely unheated in the summer months and during the winter is heated to 23'C (this is according to the pool maintenance man, who I spoke to one morning). To put this in perspective, most leisure centres in the UK heat to 26'C or more so basically the pool is never exactly warm (I think the sea was actually warmer during our stay! :). Wouldn't have bothered me so much if the owner had been at all apologetic, but we got what felt like a very reluctant "sorry, most places don't heat in the summer" when we queried the matter. At the time of writing this review, the property description still reads "heated pool" so do just bear this in mind if a heated pool is important to you.
