This was an enjoyable, relaxing place to stay with very friendly helpful assistance when needed.

the pool was good fun. It was saltwater and cleaned every two days. The furniture and terrace were comfortable and had a great view down into Elounda.

I am older and the bathrooms were on the the bottom floor and the top floor. The entrance, living room and kitchen were on the middle floor. There are two new houses being built across the drive. Although the construction is almost complete and the workers were pretty quiet we were aware of them from about 7.00 in the morning. To be fair, it looked like the work would be finished in a matter of weeks.

A great Villa for a family holiday

we liked the view, the pool, the outdoor lighting, the downstairs self-contained suite in Villa 2

Everywhere around the Villa is private and fenced off, even no access to the coast due to large hotels with security guards and barriers. the only public area to walk was the narrow lane in the Elounda.

Very good

Location is a car ride to town but this was easy and not far away. Rooms were very clean with dressing gown and slippers left with clean towels. Great kitchen facilities if you wish to cook.loved the outdoor pool with bbq facilities in full privacy. Property manager met us on arrival and explained everything which was very helpful

Bathrooms so small it was a challenge to get dressed in there and not wet everything. Internal stairs are very steep so would not suggest for anyone who doesn’t have full mobility or balance eg toddlers Damp smell downstairs when we went out each day and the doors were shut so needed airing when we got home each day.

Louiza was amazing and made any minor issues we had super easy. we also had a birthday party organised for us that she o

spotless and very comfortable

on a steep hill and some taxi drivers refused to go all the way to the door.

Wonderful visit in a wonderful villa

Very spacious villa. We stayed with 4 adults and two babies and we all had plenty of room, the apartment downstairs was particularly convenient and I loved that it had its own door access away from the main house. The house was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking and even had a washing machine and drier which we loved. The location was good at just a short drive into the town and beaches and Luisa was great at advising us where to eat ect.

The salt water pool initially was fine but I found it really dried out the babies skin which Ive never experience with regular pools. Not a deal breaker for me as I was fine with it but the babies had more sensitive skin.

Best part of the villa is the outside space Host Louiza really helpful and allowed a late checkout Villa was clean though the downstairs was rather damp

10 day stay

Lovely Villa in a great location just out of town, we walked in and got taxis - no problem. Villa owners were brilliant, really helpful & even arranged transfers & car hire for us which worked out really well.

Thank you , we had amazing stay at this villa.Beds were so comfortable, rooms small but cozy.We enjoyed Pool , views and location 🥰 . Thank you.

Internet connection should be definitely improved. I can say there is really no Wifi unfortunately.

Perfect stay overlooking Elounda

Superb views, great facilities - large pool and outdoor area, extremely comfortable beds, pizza oven, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. You can walk into Elounda or get a taxi. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Easy to hire a car and also easy to get your COVID tests for flying. Louiza, our host, could not have been more helpful. She even helped us organize a poolside massage! She was available on WhatsApp for the duration of our stay and we were extremely grateful. A perfect place; highly recommended.

A wonderful stay

It was our 2nd time in Elounda and Maris Villa was wonderful! We were a group of 4 and leading up to our arrival, the host was very informative and answered all questions which we had. When we arrived, we had a great welcome by the host who were again very informative. The villa was a great size and was very clean when we arrived. Half way through our stay, the villa was cleaned and the pool was cleaned daily each morning. The views from the villa were amazing especially in the evenings after sunset. I would defiantly recommend staying at this villa, you will need a hire car to get you around and a few nights we paid for a taxi back from the central town of Elounda which only cost us €8. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay and we are defiantly looking to return in the future!
