Breakfast was a typical American hotel (paper/plastic plates, etc.). Better than average, but surely less than any Marriott in Europe.
The bathroom was big and big enough.
Food in the hotel is rubbish. Surely better to visit one of the steakhouses in the area.
There were a few problems with the room (missing towels, missing bedings, etc.), but most of them were corrected.
If you buy a room for 5-person family (two twin-beds and one double-sofa) you get hearing impaired room.
The A/C is way too noisy, we could not sleep! Terrible! That is the worst thing about the hotel!
It was hard to get any infromation about Disney parks if we did not want to buy the tickets from the hotel.
I was waiting for a check-out 15+ minutes just to learn that we do not need to check-out and just to give the keys.
Finding a parking spot is possible, but not easy close to the entrance.
BEWARE: There is another hotel with THE SAME NAME about 7 minutes drive away. A lot of guests arrive to the wrong hotel first.

Der angebotene „Shuttle Service“ ist sehr schlecht.
Der Begriff Shuttle Service ist irreführend, da es sich lediglich um einen alten Bus handelt, der 1 Mal (Universal bzw. Sea World) bzw. 2 Mal (Disney Epcot) hin und abends wieder zurückfährt.
Zu Disney World gibt es folgendes zu sagen:
Der Bus fährt 2 Mal morgens hin. Der Bus hält noch an mehreren weiteren Hotels. Ein Sitzplatz ist also nicht garantiert. Zusätzlich wird die Fahrzeit verlängert. Der Bus hält NUR IN DISNEY EPCOT. Wer zu einem anderen Park möchte muss von dort mit einem Bus oder dem Monorail selbstständig weiterfahren. Die Rückfahrten sind zeitlich extrem unpraktisch angesetzt. Entweder man fährt früh zurück und verpasst das spektakuläre Feuerwerk oder man muss sehr lange auf den Bus warten und kommt dementsprechend spät und müde ins Hotel. Zur Erinnerung: es gibt nicht zwangsläufig genügend Sitzplätze und der Bus hält an anderen Hotels.
Zu Universal Studios kann ich folgendes sagen:
Man wird erst mit einem ersten Bus (Universal und SeaWorld) abgeholt, hält an weiteren Hotels an und muss dann in einen anderen Bus umsteigen, da dann zwischen den zwei Parks getrennt wird. D.h. Man muss wieder in einem vollen Bus stehen.
Zur Rückfahrt kann ich keine Angaben machen, da ich selbstständig eine Fahrt organisiert habe.

Breakfast area was spacious and had a good selection. Pool is open until 11pm which is great if you had a long day out. Staff is very friendly and they accommodate to your needs with no issues. Location is very convenient since everything you need is close by.
The only small issue we had was in the room 433, it seems there’s a leak above the shower and mold is starting to appear.

What I didn’t like was the day of the check out? So check out was supposed to be at 11 and the maids kept opening my door😳 at 9 and 10 o’clock in the morning. very weird and uncomfortable.

Friendly and super responsive staff; clean and comfortable rooms; great location.
Closet space was great. The lack of dresser/drawers for clothing storage was very inconvenient, especially traveling with children.( what about putting a small dresser or additional shelving in the closet??)

It was clean, offered free breakfast, and the staff was friendly. We really liked the fire pit and appreciated how updated everything was.
The bar/restaurant didn’t open until 4, the pool area was shaded the majority of the day, and the pool chairs were bad quality. The water also tasted and smelled for sulfuric, even from the bar. I couldn’t drink it.

No tenía cocina, cuando en el ofrecimiento lo decía claramente inclusive en las fotografías, la nevera que tenía la habitación no funcionaba, el personal nunca dio solución y al final dijeron que la culpa era de Booking. El hotel tiene parqueadero pero lo cobra aparte, me parece absurdo.
El desayuno debería ser variado, todos los días fue el mismo menú.
Las luces de la habitación son insuficientes ya que no tiene una luz central.

Nothing due to so many issues I had.
The a/c unit in our room makes a massive clicking noise. I asked to please move room and I was moved 4 times. The other room was not cleaned when I entered. The next room a/c was being repaired and items were everywhere.
After spending 2 hours fixing g my room situation. The next day after returning from the Disney parks when I entered my room no one had cleaned the room or left us new clean towels.
When I went to the front desk they said that they would clean the room at the end of your stay and if I want clean towel or the trash thrown away then I would need to do it myself. The room trash would need be placed outside your door which made all the hallway smell due to everyone trash was outside. If you needed towels then you would need to get them your self everyday.
Parking is $27 a night per car also well mandatory.
Also for the amount of money you pay to stay at the Marriott you should have your room clean daily with fresh towels and trash to be thrown away.
I will never recommend not stay at an any Marriott.

The location, how the room looked, the breakfast was amazing.
No one came for housekeeping even when we requested it. We had to go to the lobby to get clean towels and supplies and personally brought back our dirty towels because no one came.

Decent location. Good sized room and quiet.
Room had weird layout with bathroom running the length of the room. TV had to be angled to see it from either sofa or beds. Shower had poor design and leaked onto the floor also poor water pressure. Room service never came despite asking front desk. Breakfast was ok nothing to get excited about.
