A fantastic stay particularly for couples, where you will be treated.

The hosts were amazing. Sevi and her family go above and beyond to meet your needs. The breakfast was delightful, the rooms have an amazing view over Kefalos and you can rent a car from them really easily. There is no air conditioning, but when we asked, Sevi provided us with a fan right away, amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as the location of the apartments is a bit of a walk away from anything. If you are confident enough, hire a quad bike. We had an amazing time touring the island on quad bikes during our stay. Sevi called a local quad hire company and they came and picked us up and then dropped us back at the apartment when we gave the quad bike back! Everything is set out for you, but you do have to spend a bit of money.

No air con but a fan was provided immediately on request.

Great views, great hosts, and right on budget. Just book it!

We loved everything about our stay at Panorama Studios! Theodore and his family were amazing hosts and provided great breakfasts with homemade ingredients each morning. We were surprised, and very grateful, to have our room upgraded upon arrival. The view from the room was unbeatable and if we are ever back in Kos, we will certainly be staying at Panorama again to enjoy the views and the amazing hospitality.

Perfect place to stay

Our stay was fantastic! Hosts are so lovely and very helpful with tips on where to go visit and eat (especially as we were slightly out of season so not everything was open). Breakfast is delicious with home made marmalades, and ingredients from their garden. The location is stunning with a view straight over the beach and mountains. 3 different beaches were within a 20 min walk of the property. We were happy with all the room facilities, especially having a little balcony to look out at the view. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Hard not to return

Beautiful location, lovely people running the place, great food and attention to detail. Incredible views and have their own car hire company too at a great rate. Great tips on where to go and what to see.

Shower badly designed, water goes everywhere. Lights had no dimmer so were too bright.

Exceptional

The hosts are incredibly kind, the view is amazing, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect because of the nice sandy beaches surround and for those who doesn't like the loud big cities is also a good choice. We warmly recommend it to everyone.

Nice, clean, well located, and hospitable. All the things are well-thought-of for the guests. I came here with my family and I can not say any negative comments about this facility. Owners are nice and helpful and well communicate with people. Breakfast was good and sufficient for the guests because they try to meet the all expectations of their customers who come from different places in the world. And also they can assist the visitors with renting a car. While you book a reservation for accommodation you can ask to them assisting rent a car. Thanks to Panorama Studios for their hospitality. Batteries have been re-charged.... very relaxing

The breakfast was great, husband loved the fact it carried on until 11am! He's not much of a morning person! The View from our room was prob best in town. The staff were fantastic.....we even got a anniversary cake delivered which is over and above. We didn't hire a car... but did hire a quad bike which was was a great way of getting around. Next time would prob go a bit later in season as a lot of shops/restaurants/shops etc not open.

Excellent location with a lovely breakfast and friendly staff

Clean, spacious room with an exceptional view. The host was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent (lots of local produce and homemade goods). A great stay, would highly recommend.

The hospitality is awesome, great breakfast with some home made products, including soft boiled eggs from their own chickens! Rent cars from the owners of the place, you won't regret it :) Everything is arranged very well.

There was some work on the building because we came very early in the season; it'd be nice to be informed that the work started before 8am in front of the room.

Personel in Panorama Studios is very nice. The view from the hotel is amazing. Verry confortable beds. Homemade bakery verry delicious. They also have car rent. Many thanks for your hospitality. Take care.

Only one little minus- the shower. When you want to take a shower you make a flood in a whole bathroom.

Amazing views and owned by a really nice family!

It is run by a really nice family who do everything for the guests to make it a perfect, relaxed holiday. The breakfast ist very good with homemade products like marmelade, banana bread, goat cheese from their own goats an eggs from their own chickens. The view is absolutely amazing!! Its on a hill where you can see the sea in all directions. There are a lot of beautiful beaches in the area.

Would definitely come again.

Peaceful setting with wonderful views. Family run hotel with excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly, helpful and make you feel very welcome. There are very nice beaches and three restaurants all in walking distance. There is also a bus stop very close to the hotel, which comes in handy as the property is slightly outside the centre. However, they also have a car hire at very good rates.

Very good

The breakfast was very nice with local products! The host family was very helpful, they arranged for us a scooter and a quad rent. Some of the best beaches of the island are nearby and reachable by foot.

The floor of the toilet gets easily full of water after the shower.

Perfect stay in Kos :)

We had a lovely vacation in Panorama Studios. We had a lovely room on the upper floor, and it was very nice, very big and had everything you needed (maybe an umbrella on the balcony would have been nice). The views are breathtaking also the location is perfect, you have lovely beaches and you can get to everywhere in around 30 minutes. The whole Family is so extremely nice and helpful, we felt like we were staying with our own family :) The breakfast is also very delicious, all the freshly baked goods and all the home made products were sooooo delicious. Maybe a different bread option would have been nice, but Greece is not known for it's bread, so we were expecting that. We can really suggest Panorama Studios as it was a perfect vacation for us :)

exceptional location with stunning view exceptional location in terms of possibility to chose all types of beaches local produce-sourced breakfast family-owned, very approachable, very helpful owners

one must not forget it gets very windy in Kos/Greek islands in the summer, hence staying on top of the hill makes you really feel and hear the wind:)...not much use for our beautiful terrace during our short stay unfortunately:)...however, the whole location is prepared for the windy conditions and you can for sure hide behind and still fully enjoy

Heart-warming place with the incredible view

As a first time Greece visitor we can say that we valued hosts homemade breakfast very much (the local food). The hosts are warm and very friendly, we felt very comfortable. Also, the view is incredible, very peaceful neighbourhood. I have to mention Scooby, their cute dog, my girlfriend fell in love with him. 😄

Perfect stay near Kefalos

Very good location away from the crowds yet close to the facilities of Kefalos, e.g. some very nice restaurants not packed with tourists but with locals. Hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!
