The property is a little tired in places - superficial only - but offers loads of space, in and out doors, and is very clean and beds are very comfortable. The garden has enough space for younger lads to kick a football and pool is lovely and clean.
Facilities at the wider golf club are good - tennis courts aren’t used much and although appear a little tired are fine to play on.
We had three families in three nearby villas - very safe and fun for kids of multiple ages to walk between them.
Lovely safe environment and easy to get to the beach. Recommend !

Had the most amazing week away with my extended family. Check in process so easy and the lovely lady spent time explaining the local area. An amazing hamper was waiting for us, with some welcoming soft drinks and beer in the fridge.
The place is just so lovely, great pool, WiFi, air con and five huge rooms with big comfy beds and all ensuite.
The property is on a lovely urbanisation and is walking distance to have food out.
A cleaner comes midweek to change the towels and clean the bathrooms and the pool is cleaned out regularly but not once did it feel like there was peopl invading our holiday.
Was a perfect week and I will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The house was well fitted, 2 fridges which was a bonus! Fully air-conditioned, clean , lovely outside area, huge pool! Although back entrance via pool could have had some kind of fence as it was fully open and accessible, other than it was perfect!

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica. La casa es maravillosa. A pesar de haber tenido algunos problemas de mantenimiento, algo comprensible a principios de temporada, Jef y su equipo nos lo han solucionado de inmediato.

Superbe villa sans vis à vis et au calme!!!
La piscine à débordement est tout simplement magnifique et le jardin joliment arboré.
A l’intérieur, la cuisine est très bien équipée mais il y a un petit soucis au niveau de la plaque vitrocéramique qui chauffe mal si vous êtes nombreux.
Les chambres sont très agréables et disposent de leur propre salle de bain.
Juste un petit bémol pour les chambres du bas car il manque un petit peu d’aération.
La villa est proche du centre ville qui offre toutes les commodités nécessaires mais il est préférable de faire ses courses à Medina-Sidonia pour avoir plus de choix.
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances et je remercie vivement Jef d’avoir toujours été présent pour répondre à nos questions.
Je recommande sans hésitation !!!

La villa est magnifique et conforme au descriptif
Les équipements sont très complets et opérationnels
L'emplacement est idéal (proximité immediate du tennis et du golf), très calme.
Le village est à 5 minutes en voiture et très bien équipé en commerces et restaurants
L'accueil et le service de Jef, Dominique et Laura sont parfaits.

Tolle Villa, jedoch nur zum Teil bewohnbar
Mega Grundstück, tolles Ambiente, die Räumlichkeiten, die Farbgebung, großer wunderschöner Pool, aber, durch Überflutung der unteren Etage -> Keller, war eine Grundfeuchte in der Luft. Da es in der unteren Etage keine Fenster gibt, wird es lange dauern den Muff wieder aus den Räumen zu bekommen, wenn es überhaupt mal wieder wird. Die Betreuung durch Jef war grandios, er kann am Ende nichts dafür. Wir hatten dazu eine zweite Villa, aber auch in diesen Räumlichkeiten war eine Grundfeuchte zu riechen und zu fühlen, daher kann ich die Villen nur bedingt weiter empfehlen. Zu 6 Personen kein Problem, da dann nur eine Etage benutzt wird. Alles in allem haben wir dennoch schöne Tage dort verlebt

Une villa très spacieuse, conforme à la description qui est faite sur le site internet.
De toutes les villas dans lesquelles nous avons séjourné, cette piscine était la plus grande.
Jef est très prévenant et prend le temps de vous informer des sites à visiter, des restaurants, ... Jef répond aussi rapidement, au moindre souci.
N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçu de la qualité de la prestation.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia, ha sido espectacular. Una casa cómoda, espaciosa, bonita, acogedora. Beautiful Villa
We stayed for a week in August two families, 4 adults and 5 children. The villa was well equiped and the pool area was beautifully maintained. The recent renovation of the golf resort gives access to a lovely bar within walking distance overlooking the golf course.

Spacious, clean villa with superb pool.
Very relaxing week in a beautiful house. This was our second visit to Benalup which is a great "away from it all" village. Beds comfortable and villa is well equipped. Lovely pool and gardens too!

Ruhig gelegene großzügige tolle Villa mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren!
Haben mit 2 Familien (insg. 9 Personen) einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Villa verlebt. Die Villa hat einen sehr schönen Erdgeschoßbereich mit 3 Schlafzimmern plus Bad. Die Schlafplätze im Keller sind nicht so vorteilhaft ( keine Möglichkeit für natürliche Lüftung, immer etwas klamm). Der großzügige Pool im riesigen Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Handtücher werden gewechselt, wöchentlicher Reinigungsservice und auch sonst Ansprechpartner bei Problemen vorhanden.
Kleines Manko: Die Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ( Pool: Steinchen platzen ab, Poolumrandung aus Steinen teilweise locker und gebrochen, Poolfugen nicht sauber...). Die Holzveranda ist alt und verzogen (Nägel schauen raus) und müsste dringend erneuert werden ( Verletzungsgefahr!). Auch im Haus kleinere Mängel, die mit etwas Aufwand aber rasch erledigt werden könnten.
Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist aber absolut in Ordnung und wir würden immer wieder gerne die Villa besuchen.

Sehr schöne Villa mit traumhaften Garten und großem Pool
Sehr schöne Villa, zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Wir wurden super lieb empfangen mit zahlreichen Snackereien und einem Obstkorb. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns kostenlos Kinderbetten organisiert.
Die Villa wurde unter der Woche einmal geputzt, was wir auch als super tollen Service empfunden haben. Auch der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt und der Garten wurde gepflegt.
Die obere Etage der Villa ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind toll. Es ist ein besonderer Luxus, dass jedes Zinmer sein eigenes Bad besitzt. Die Zimmer in der unteren Etage sind leider ohne Fenster und es müffelt ein wenig.
Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, allerdings nur noch zu sechst kommen, da die unteren Zimmer sich aufgrund der schlechten Luftverhältnisse nicht eignen um dort eine Woche zu schlafen. Der große wunderschöne Garten und der große Pool sind ein Traum und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Beautiful get away!
We had an extraordinary Christmas vacation made possible by the comfort and location of this great villa. Our family gathered from Germany and the U.S. to meet here, with five adults and five children. Jef was very helpful ahead of time; Dominique met us and settled us in with multiple sheets of helpful information for excursions and restaurants; both checked in with us through the week; and Laura cooked us a delicious paella. We enjoyed having the open living space for family time together every evening; and the children loved being able to play outside on the lawn, while we all enjoyed the sunset views. The beds were very comfortable, and the window night shades allowed us to sleep extra soundly. We enjoyed day trip excursions to Seville, Jerez, Cadiz, Gibraltar, and the White Hill Towns, which were all between 20-60 minutes away. We have rented homes in multiple locations in Europe and the U.S. and would highly recommend this beautiful spot. Thank you!

Just stunning!
We have just spent a gorgeous week in this amazing villa.The pool is kept immaculately clean, as are the gardens, pool towels, bedding and bathroom towels are changed regularly.The kitchen has everything you could need and more.This place is an absolutely fabulous choice for a getaway vacation. We would highly recommend this villa for families or for a group of friends.

Villa Eline is as described and the photos . The receipt by Jef was cordial and professional. We got great tips for restaurants and sightseeing. The setting is beautiful! The villa sits on a beautiful corner of the golf course with lots of privacy and a super pool. The facilities at the villa are of an exceptionally high standard. Spacious rooms, large comfortable beds, good bathrooms , fine cuisine . In addition, a problem with the TV was quickly resolved. The pool and gardens were maintained at least twice a week and the house was cleaned in between. In short; everything was provided for ten wonderful days. Thanks Jef !
