It will need to be filled in and signed prior to your arrival. The property and building are equipped with a set of electronic/smartlocks. You may open the door of the building by means of a smartphone app. If you prefer, I can also open for you from afar. Just call me at the time of arrival in order for me to open. The Neighborhood: Playa de San Juan is a town located at the mouth of the gorge of Guia de Isora, which was a fishing port which still retains the old dock. Still, it has now a larger infrastructure to adapt to the needs of the population. The most important point to visit the Playa San Juan is its beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag in 2012. The award of the UN, recognizes those beaches where quality of water and swimming area are excellent. Currently, it has become a trendy location, very clean and friendly with shopping and leisure facilities that have a high standard and are not expensive.
