Schönes Appartment mit tollem Blick
Die Wohnung (mit 2 Schlafzimmern) ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zwar nicht direkt in Puerto Cruz sondern gehört zum "Vorort" Punta Brava. Zu Fuß ist man aber in 20-30 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Hanglage, direkt oberhalb des Loro Parkes, was aber nicht störend ist. Ein Auto ist aber sehr empfehlenswert. Der zugehörige Gemeinschaftspool ist nicht sehr groß aber ausreichend zum kurzen Abkühlen und ein paar Runden zur Erfrischung vor dem Frühstück oder Abendessen zu schwimmen :)
Der Pool ist eigentlich per Solaranlage beheizt, die aber leider gerade defekt war- aber schwimmen war halt umso erfrischender.
Der Sohn der Eigentümerin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen oder Tipps (z.B. Restaurantempfehlungen o.ä.) immer via Handy erreichbar. Fazit: sehr angenehmer Gastgeber und absolut empfehlenswertes Appartment. Wir kommen wieder....

Schöner Aufenthalt in angenehmer Wohnung
Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick über die Bucht von Playa Jardin bis zum Leuchtturm. Eine steile Strasse führt zum Haus, weshalb ein Auto zu empfehlen ist. Den nahegelegenen Loro Parque kann man fussläufig erreichen. Wohnung und Küche sind mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet.

Ideal para el descanso
Es la sexta vez que estamos en la zona y recomendamos este apartamento sin duda.
Bien ubicado, siempre que tengas coche, limpio, amplio, luminoso, tranquilo y bien cuidado.
El apartamento tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario, tanto en la cocina como en la ropa de cama, toallas, etc.
Los jardines y la zona de piscina tiene unas vistas increíbles. Está todo limpio y bien cuidado.

Good not great
It’s difficult to say anything negative about this property when you have Jorge as such a lovely host, but our biggest complaint is the beds. They’re much too hard for our liking so we didn’t feel like we really rested during the entirety of our stay.
Other minor complaints are the noise and the location. On a map, the location seems perfect, but it’s actually up a fairly steep hill so we felt like you really needed a car to go anywhere (thankfully we had one). There are also many barking dogs in the area so sleeping with the windows open was nearly impossible, but it was too warm with them closed. This is not the fault of the hosts, though. Living with noise is the price you pay for staying in Puerto de la Cruz. It’s a great town, but after two stays there, we’ve decided it’s no place we want to be at night.
Otherwise, we found the apartment enjoyable. At first glance, the kitchen seemed sparsely supplied, but it actually had everything we needed once we got in and used it. It had a strong musty smell at the beginning of our trip, but provided we went just as the borders were opening back up, I think perhaps it hadn’t been used for a while.
The grounds of the property are well-kept. Someone is out cleaning or mowing every workday. It is lovely. The pool is almost too cold to be used. You must swim hard and fast to stay warm, but it’s really nice and pretty.
In general, we were satisfied with our stay. Be sure to ask Jorge to recommend some restaurants to you! He’s a kind and generous host.

EXCELLENT ACCUEIL
Appartement fidèle à la description et très confortable. Une belle terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et sur l'océan. Résidence très calme et très bien entretenue. Très bon accueil et grande gentillesse des propriétaires. Encarna parle un très bon français ce qui est un avantage vu notre espagnol hésitant. A recommander aux familles avec 1 ou 2 enfants, la visite du "loro parque" à 2 pas les comblera.

Gute Wohnung, gute Lage
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (selbst jede Menge Kissen und Zusatzdecken sowie ein Fernsehsessel sind vorhanden, ebenso deutsches Fernsehen und ein schneller Internetanschluss) mit einer schönen Aussicht auf Puerto de la Cruz und das Meer. Zum Loro Parque sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, genauso zum Strand. Zur Innenstadt oder zum Busbahnhof sollte man zu Fuß rd. 20 Minuten einplanen. Sehr praktisch. Das Bad hat leider kein Fenster (wohl aber eine leider nicht zu öffnende Dachluke) und nur eine Wanne mit Duschvorhang, was allerdings recht gut funktioniert, wenn man noch die körperlichen Fähigkeiten besitzt, unfallfrei in eine Wanne zu steigen. Nach dem Duschen muss man dann allerdings die ganze Wohnung erst mal kurz durchlüften, da die winzige Zwangsentlüftung dafür nicht ausreicht. Aber das stört nicht besonders. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung auch tagsüber sehr ruhig (kein Durchgangsverkehr). Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte man aber ein Auto haben (kann vor der Tür am Straßenrand geparkt werden), oder Taxikosten einkalkulieren, da man doch eine ziemlich steile Straße hinauf muss, um zur Wohnanlage zu gelangen (aber das ist auf Teneriffa halt sehr häufig der Fall). Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt. Kein herumliegender Müll oder Dreck, und technisch alles i.O.. Während unseres 3wöchigen Aufenthaltes wurde zumindest 2mal die Woche alles gefegt und gewischt, und einmal sogar die gesamte Außenbeleuchtung überprüft. Es wohnen als Eigentümer auch etliche Spanier dauerhaft in der Anlage.

Great location for a nice moment in Tenerife
We loved our stay and the owner is very friendly. There are very good restaurants close to the apartment. The view of the sea from the apartment is already worth it alone to stay in this apartment. To redo? Yes of course.

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage
Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern im Appartement. Das Appartement ist komfortabel eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Der Blick vom Balkon über den Loro Park und das Meer ist sehr schön. Die Anlage war wenig besetzt, daher war am Pool immer Platz. Der Vermieter Jorge ist sehr nett und hat u.a. gute Tipps zum Essen gehen. Wir können das Appartement und die Anlage empfehlen, ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Man sollte allerdings ein Auto haben, da die ruhige Lage mit etwas mehr Strecke zum Zentrum verbunden ist.(ca. 1500m).

Zu empfehlende Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung
Die Anlage, in der die Wohnung liegt ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Auch die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung war für uns perfekt, es gab Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein paar Restaurants fußläufig und in wenigen Minuten per Auto weitere.

sehr zu empfehlen....
eine gemütliche wohnung ,in der wir uns sofort " sehr zuhause" gefühlt haben.ruhig, ,mit guten betten und matratzen(erholsamer schlaf ist wichtig für uns) alles vorhanden,wenn man gerne selber kocht,wie wir. der herrliche blick vom balkon und die zentrale lage für unsere wander- und ausflugstouren haben uns so begeistert,dass wir gleich wieder gebucht haben für das nächste jahr. der nette kontakt mit dem vermieter war das sahnehäubchen obendrauf. :)

"Our family (2 adults and 2 kids -age:8 and 10) have spent a fabulous week in Puerto de la Cruz. We received a warm welcome by the hosts who were always available and helpful.
The apartment was comfortable, very clean and cosy with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the surroundings (Loro Park and the coastline). It is situated in a calm and quiet area. The location of the place is very convenient because it is in walking distance to the zoo, to the beach.
Our children were delighted to have the heated pool around despite the cloudy weather.
We highly recommend it!

"I stayed in April with my daughter and son-in-law who had arrived a week before me. The accommodation was attractively decorated, spotlessly clean, well equipped and with a beautiful view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable. There was a small and attractive swimming pool in view which was available for residents'' use and which we enjoyed using on a couple of occasions. The area is very quiet and residential but close enough to the town with use of a car. There is parking space outside on the street. The property owners, who live in another town, were very kind and helpful and came to deliver the keys and to collect them at the end of our stay. My son-in-law said that they met him and my daughter in the town on their arrival and directed them to the property, also taking them for a cup of coffee! This was much appreciated as I believe their journey had been tiring. Overall, our stay was lovely, despite some changable weather with sunshine for only about 50% of the time. The apartment was delightful with everything we needed. The only small criticism we have is that, although the television is large and flat screen, we could get very few English speaking television channels other than the news channels. There seemed to be no Wi Fi connection. In general we were very happy and we thank the owners, Enrique and Encarna and give a well-deserved 5 star rating."

"This was a perfect locat...
"This was a perfect location for us with a toddler. Walking distance to the zoo (Loro Parque) and to a sandy beach which our toddler loved. It is also in a residential area, so it is very quiet and relaxing. There is also a swimming pool at the complex which we can see from our balcony (so parents can watch their kids from "home") which was great for lazy evenings. We can also see "our beach" and the waves crashing from the balcony. Our hosts are really lovely people and very very helpful. They set up a cot for us and even provided a high chair. So this place is highly recommended for parents with kids or people wanting to really "get away" but yet be close to town (Puerto de la Cruz)... walkable, we managed to do it with our toddler without a stroller. Alternatively you can catch the free "train" from Loro Parque into the centre of town, and back. The only draw back is that this place it up the hill (probably true for most places which are not right next to the beach on Tenerife!), so 300m from the beach with a toddler might feel more like 800m. But in any case, highly recommended!"

Excellent accommodation was spacious, very comfortable & spotless with amazing warm pool and great views. Very helpful owners who met and guided us to the apartment and provided starter groceries to welcome us. We loved Loro Parque (Zoo with shows) just below the apartment, and the resort of Puerto de la Cruz was attractive. We walked from the centre along the coast to Bollulo bay which was a good walk and beach down the hill from the apartment was great too. We didn't stray that far as it was lovely at the apartment and pool. Hard to beat!

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment over Christmas 2011. The apartment is excellent, and has everything that we needed. We stayed in and cooked a couple of nights, eating out on the lovely balcony.
The views of the sea and Puerto from the balcony were even better than we had imagined.
The pool area was immaculate, and was never busy during our stay. The most we saw were three or four other people there.
A 10 minute walk to the beach, and to the bars and restaurants at Punta Brava, or a 20 minute walk to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.
The apartment is in a lovely quiet area just back from the Playa Jardin beach.
Finally we should say that the owners - Enrique and Encarna - were charming, and gave us a lovely welcome. I would recommend this apartment to anyone."

"The pictures do not do the place justice - the reality is even nicer than the pictures. The view is fabulous and we always appeared to have the pool entirely to ourselves :) It is within walking distance from the town and right next to the fantastic Loro Parque.

"The holiday apartment was extremely clean and smart. The area was very quiet, as the apartment is in a quiet residential complex. The apartment was very convenient for the Playa Jardine beach and for Loro Parque, as it was only a 5-10 minute walk away, but up a very steep hill. As the apartment was high up, there were good views of the coastline. It took about 20 minutes to walk along the sea-front into the town. The faciiities/appliances in the apartment all worked well and seemed like new. The pool and pool area was very nice and the water was heated, but it still seemed a little cool. Our children had to be well-behaved around the pool, as, although we were generally the only ones there, there were notices up to say that you could not play with balls/lilos etc around the pool."
