Location of the cabin was perfect for us and the pool was a great bonus

This was my first time renting with Itrip, and it was wonderful. We rented the Zip-A-Dee-Doo cabin and I would highly recommend the company and the cabin. Our accommodations were wonderful and just as pictured on the website. It's always great when reality meets expectations!!
I will definitely rent through Itrip in the future.
Our vacation was relaxing and easy breezy just like we wanted.

Me and my husband stay 6 to 8 times a year in a cabin we have family in the area this was the best one yet clean and quiet

Myself, hubby, and 11yo son stayed for a week and had a blast. You can tell the cabin is older in the cabinetry, appliances, doors, etc. but it was a great deal. This was our second time booking with iTrip, and I can confidently say we will exclusively book with them should we stay in any of their available locations in the future. We had a few issues that arose, and after emailing they had them fixed insanely fast (like before we got back to the cabin that afternoon). We had some other issues that we didn’t tell them about, mainly because it was in the middle of the night on our last night, but I have no doubt they would’ve remedied them. The beds were very comfortable. So comfortable in fact, my son has been begging me to purchase their linens. I looked them up online, and let’s just say they did NOT skimp on the price on those. The shower downstairs had very hot water, pressure was good. The pool table upstairs got a lot of use, it was a really nice touch. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use any of the jacuzzis/hot tub due to the issues. But again, if we had known about the issues sooner I know they would’ve fixed them. Only things I would note is- bring an oven mitt if you plan on cooking. We had to use washcloths from the bathroom. And if you and your spouse both have a need to use outlets (for things like CPAP machines/phones/alarm clocks), I would suggest sleeping in the bedroom upstairs. There is only one outlet that is easily accessible next to the bed downstairs. And if you plan to spend time out on the back deck, bring some bug spray or a big zapper. Luckily I saw another review mentioning this so I brought a zapper. There was an extension cord in the desk in the living room that helped with that as well. One thing they didn’t note in the listing is, the TVs in the main living room and in the loft living area both have smart TV capabilities. So that was a very pleasant surprise. Overall a good experience. We never stay in the same cabin/house twice, but if we did we would probably consider staying again just for the superb customer service alone. Thanks again iTrip for valuing your renters!

The cabin was everything it promised to be. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Loved having their own spaces. Will definitely revisit in the future.

This cabin was very nice and just as described. It was convenient to Sevierville. It offered access to free activity tickets which was a nice perk. Parking was good. I liked that it was in a resort community. Overall, we had a nice stay at this cabin.
There was room for improvement. The doors inside had trouble closing. The hot tub cover was broken in a way that made removing it necessary rather than just pulling it back. The inside of the hot tub was very rough/gritty. The lighting inside was dim and there was no lighting on the front porch other than plug-in string lights.

We wanted to stay out side of pigeon forge
And it was outside but close enough to drive into the town

It you want quiet and serene this is the place to stay. It was clean and decorated like a cabin should be. We took our 2 grandsons (12 and 10}. They stayed in the loft! It was like their own little paradise! The pool table and hot tub kept them from their technology! Family time together! We’ve stayed in several cabins and my husband said this was the best! Try it! I’ll bet you’ll love it as much as we did!

The cabin was BEAUTIFUL but again owners have ignored continuous comments at the deck furniture. MOST UNCOMFOTABLE furniture I have ever sat on. The base is beautiful but apparently $200 -300 is to much for them to replace the cushions.

Overall there were things that NEED UPDATED AND CLEANED…. The hot tub was broken, the kitchen counters were cut up like someone used them instead of a cutting board, the grill was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, there was mold on the main level bath, the shower curtain upstairs had mold on the bottom of it, the towels were old old old, no potholders, and the upstairs toilet ran ran ran…. Overall it was nice but needs TLC.

My husband and I along with our young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were able to enjoy the pool table and hot tub, and slept well in this comfy cabin. The short distance to all the restaurants and activities was so nice. We'll hopefully be returning soon.

This cabin was amazing, plenty of room for 2 families, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

The property was as described. Very roomy, quality beds, clean, good amenities. It was a great fit for our family. And after booking we found it came with discounted tickets for area activities.
Only complaints were the need for some repairs. Everything technically worked but the microwave was falling apart, the dishwasher was rusty and didn’t clean dishes well, the upstairs pullout bed was not great, and the jets in the hot tub weren’t very powerful and the light didn’t work. I’d still stay there again but fixing these few things would bump it up to a 5 star rating.
8.0
The property is nice but kind of tired-looking. The deck was dingy and the hot tub was finicky. Many of the doors inside don't close and latch properly. The view from the deck was limited by the trees directly behind the deck. Very nice pool table but no bridge and one of the tips was missing from a cue stick. It was nice and clean, but not exceptional.

This cabin was fantastic and included ziplining squirrels!!! Well maintained with a beautiful view. We hope to book again next year!

I was very impressed with the property overall. The cabin was spotless. We had plenty of utensils and towels for our family. We loved the view from the balcony of the mountains. We also loved the pool table and hot tub. The entire decor of the cabin was great. We kept finding nice touches that we hadnt noticed before. I personally loved the huge painting as you walk in the front door. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was as described. It was very clean! The location is great. You are not too far from anything. Me and my family would definitely stay here again. The kids loved the pool table, and the hot tub.

Check in process was awesome. Only complaint we have is the hot tub wasn’t hot enough and the jets didn’t work very well. Our last night there, the hot tub wasn’t working at all.

This cabin is great and the location is very quiet because it's well out into farm country. About 10 to 15 minutes down the narrow twisting roads and you're right in the heart of town with all the excitement and necessities you could possibly desire. We'd happily stay in this cabin again. The only negative we dealt with were the ladybugs and stink bugs, and there's nothing anyone can really do about those in the autumn or winter. Where there's a way to get in, they'll find it. Other than that this place was very good!

Overall the property suited our needs. The parking wasn’t great for more than 1 vehicle and the lighting wasn’t fantastic. All that being said the only serious negative aspect was how uncomfortable the bed was. I enjoy a firm mattress, but that was a rock. Would stay again, especially with a new mattress. Conveniently located, but still secluded with a decent view off the back deck.

wished for better view from back porch a couple of pics were misleading when booking but I enjoyed the stay. Not a deal breaker should I want to book again.

Hot tub and tvs did not work properly and I notified the maintenance team Saturday. I had to pitch a fit to finally get maintenance to come and check it out, Sunday night. The hot tub ran constantly and was pretty annoying. The house was clean (the grill not so much) and we enjoyed being there but we were not able to enjoy the hot tub.

Cabin was as described. The Property Manager was always attentive to our requests/concerns. However, there were a few concerns. First, the septic tank alarm went off in the middle of the night, all night, our first night there. It was EXTREMELY loud and we could not get any sleep. The property Manager responded to our texts, and came over the next morning with someone who addressed this and took care of it, but we were dog tired after having driven 7 hours and got no sleep...Secondly, the cable kept going out during our stay. Turns out, there was a leak over the fireplace area where the cable box was located, and when it rained, water soaked and shorted out the cable box. The property Manager was again attentive to our needs, and a cable technician came to repair it the first time. The next couple of times it happened, the cable company reset it from their office. Next issue was the hot tub that would turn on, very loudly, in the middle of the night for a couple of hours. It never turned on when we needed to use it. It seems like an older model.
Overall it was a nice cabin, but feel that the owners can update and modernize some things, as well as check more regularly for repairs before a renter arrives.

Good place to visit
We loved the cabin. It had everything we needed. The hot tub such a nice place to relax in. We enjoyed the location of it too. Being off the main area in Pigeon Ford was so nice and relaxing. It was also only about 20 min. drive in to town. Also being able to use the free tickets on some attractions was nice.

Nicely Appointed Cabin
We were happy to find this cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed.
Bathrooms--all 3--were clean, hardware in good taste and style.
Toilets and shower/tubs all clean and in good working order.
Hot tub also working well.
Kitchen had a nice refrigerator, range, and sink.
All the important things were done well and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Thank you for the good experience---good at the cabin and good with the office/online experience!

Spring break getaway
The cabin was a perfect size for my family. We enjoyed the games that were provided for game night, great view of the mountains, and not too far from the attractions! Cabin was clean upon arrival did have a little issue with a few critters, bug spray was provided in the cabin. We enjoyed the spa tub and hot tub also.

Zip A Dee Doo Family Thanksgiving
It was a very good experience. Cabin was very clean and welcoming. My son and wife and 3 children 4yrs 7yrs and 9 yrs old drove from Killeen area Texas and loved the cabin and the hot tub ,the location being in the mountains . My son is a Major in the U S Army and we have not been together for 2yrs !It was a great memory for all. My daughter and husband were with me as well. The kitchen was well equipped and we all sat around the table for Thanksgiving dinner.
The only thing I would say I wish the fire place would have shown more of a flame as it would have made the room cozy more like a real fireplace but then I love a fireplace to set a cozy feeling in a cabin .
We did a lot and did take advantage of the explore 1free ticket as every little bit helps. We all had a great time and have made some happy memories.
Thank you
Patty
Ps maybe we could do it again next thanksgiving if everyone s schedule works out!
