We loved the accommodations. Only request is 2 more chairs for the balcony. We had visitors and not enough chairs. The washers and dryers were unacceptable so we had to drive to the laundromat downtown. The washers were very stinky! We stayed for a month and it was very nice.

We had a very nice stay at the condo. Very close and walking distance to Main Street. Beds were very comfortable.

As expected, no access to sauna and hot tub was a let down however.

Clean place. Wel stocked kitchen with essentials like coffee, filters, spices. Comfortable beds and furniture. Fireplace worked well as auxiliary heat

Pool was drained. Kids were very disappointed about that. Condo was in great condition. Bus stop was a 30 second walk and then 10 min ride to beaver run. Town was easy to walk.

Everything was great except not having access to the spa area (the pool and hot tub were emptied) . I would have chose a different place if I knew there wasn’t a hot tub as that was an important amenity for us.

Do not stay here
Despite the close location to town, I would look into alternative options. We had a terrible experience in this very outdated apartment. First of all, there was no information on where the garbage or the pool/hot tub were. We texted to find out but did not hear back until the next day. When we finally found it, the hot tub was COLD when we tried to use it, the sauna barely got warm, and the pool looked cloudy/unclean. The overall "clubhouse" was not in the best shape which was a shame because we were excited to use the amenities. The light bulb in the master bathroom was broken and there was no conditioner. Also, the neighbors are EXTREMELY rude and inappropriate. They left an awful note on our car and it made the stay uncomfortable to say the least. The community is also filled with dogs on the premise and there was a neighbors dog barking until 1AM. The unit has a dog bowl inside the unit and there is a sign in the master that says, "A house is not a home without a dog", which would seem that the owners are pet friendly. We had a friend come by with their dog. I got a call later in the day while we were in the middle of the slopes skiing that the dog needed to be removed immediately. Being on the slopes, it was impossible to get there quickly. We were charged a fee which we were OK with since we were not clear on the rules and that was in the contract. They then charged an additional 3x that fee since we didn't get the dog out quick enough which is absurd. There was no damage left to the place and the animals did NOT stay the night. I had to fight to at least get a portion back. Now they are not responding to my messages. I would understand if there was damage but we left the place clean and tidy. What a shame. Lastly, to top off our terrible experience, the cleaning people barged in on us 2 hrs before check out time which is unacceptable. They were quick to charge my card a substantial amount (more then what we paid for a 3 nights) but not quick to meet our needs or issues during our stay. Despite this experience we still had an amazing time enjoying Breck.

Ski Trip
This was a great property to stay at.
The property was clean & well maintained. When we had an issue with the parking pass. SkyRun was very diligent in solving our issue. The bus stop is near the property & you can walk into town if you desire. The only issue was how dry the air was in the property, we made sure to boil water to get some humidity back into the air. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was a comfortable property for a month stay.

Very nice - On Shuttle Route
Property was very comfortable and enjoyable during our 5 night stay. Easy to pop down to shuttle stop for a quick ride to the Village. It’s not even that bad of a walk if you don’t want to wait for the bus. Enjoyed soaking in the tub after being on the slopes all day. Kitchen provided everything we needed. Loved the fireplace!

Great location
I’m giving a three star review because of just a few things that need attention. There was a mouse scratching in the ceiling every night. There must have been pets there before our stay. I am highly allergic to dogs and suffered during our stay. The kitchen needs quite a few new items. The baking sheet were so rusty that we could not use them, could use a few more pots. We had five people, there were five towels. No extras. So we had to wash quite often.
The condo is in a great location, the beds are very comfortable, parking was nice. It snowed a lot and we didn’t have to worry about having to clean the truck before driving. If we stay again, we will bring towel and kitchen items. But we did enjoy our overall stay.

Rec amenities not available
Place was clean, communication with host was great, location was good. Had ample cooking, grilling, cleaning, bedding and basic bathroom supplies. Board games and TV for entertainment.
Only gripe is that property management has yet to update the listing to show the pool house and hot tub access is currently closed and unaccessible. I found this very misleading and unprofessional as it was a key criteria in which we used to choose a place to stay.

Beautiful Place
I rated this place a 4 instead of a 5 because there was issues with the door. We kept getting locked out. It was fixed, but was told this had been an issue before. Also, the pool was closed and the kids were really excited about it...the reason why we picked it. Closed probably due to Covid, but didn't know about it until we arrived. Other than that, we had a nice place to stay while exploring the cute town and surrounding area.

Great time.

Great property at a great location.
The condo was VERY clean and had all of the essentials anyone would need. It is very centrally located to town and the trailhead of Quandry Peak (which is why we were there). The property management was very prompt with replies to my questions and we had no problem with check in or check out. If in Breckenridge again, we would stay here.

I spent a week here for the Breck Epic bike race. It was a fabulous place to come home to each day after a long effort.

Nice place, maintenance needed
Condo was nice. We had issues with the front door lock and master bedroom blinds; it was easy to deduce, from involving management, that these were issues with previous guests and hadn’t been fixed or communicated properly. (Who has a complicated locking door process and doesn’t leave written inspections?) Jacuzzi put off a powerful plastic smell and 2 of us had to get out of jacuzzi because of burning throats and sinuses. Management need to work on maintenance items

A hidden gem in Breckenridge
We've already stayed in this beautiful condo numerous times. Don't be put off by the outside looks of the complex, once you step inside the condo you'll feel the warmth and coziness of this rental. The owners put a lot of effort in the nice furnishings, the high end mattresses and the well equipped kitchen. Everything is sparkly clean and of high quality.
While the location is about a 15 minute walk into town, it is also very easy to hop on the free shuttle bus that takes you to Main Street, the ski slopes and the gondola on Peak 8. We've only stayed in this condo during the ski season, but with the huge balcony and the BBQ outside, we might consider coming back for the summer and enjoy the mountain views. Can't recommend this condo high enough!

Clean but overpriced and dated property
My family of four (2 small kids) stayed here in March 2019. Overall, this property is overpriced we booked late and this was all that was available.
Pros:
1) clean
2) ample amount of kitchenware to cook at the condo
3) close location (though not close enough to walk anywhere - must take shuttle or drive)
4) booking process was smooth and the SkyRun property manager communications are frequent and helpful
Cons:
1) the condo is dated; the pool and hot tub are located in separate building that looks like it was built in the 70s and hasn't been updated since. We didn't let our kids swim in the pool because it looked gross
2) no laundry in the condo; have to go to a laundmat type place on the property
3) this condo was very dark (even if you plug in the Christmas tree that they leave up year round); needs more lighting
4) they will give you EXACTLY the number of bath towels as people in your reservation REGARDLESS of the number of days you are staying
5) the beds are lumpy - if you like to sink into the bed this is the place for you!

Cozy Breckenridge Condo
Adorable condo. Well equipped, clean and cute! Great location. Easy walk to town or RIGHT on the free shuttle line. Definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable, well stocked condo -excellent service
Property is well maintained and layout is good. Basic supplies are the best we have had renting. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and a good range of pans etc - might sound silly but this really matters. Outside of racquet club frankly does not look nice at all, but once inside the unit is warm and comfortable and we highly recommend it and SkyRun as a rental company

Perfect place and a great deal
We were told that we the first guest in this property after a remodel by the owner and were encouraged to let them know of any items we found which reflects well on the the management. The owner of this property has done a very nice job with the remodel and everything in the place is new. Things I really liked = The large master bedroom and king bed. I liked the balcony with nice views of the breck slopes (unexpected being 5 mins north of town). I liked the covered parking and quick access from car to door just up one set of stairs. We also enjoyed the instant-on gas fireplace. Thanks to the folks at SkyRun and the property owner for a nice job on this place. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.
