Maravillosa ubicación y muy cómodo apartamento.

La ubicación es lo mejor de todo, la vista es maravillosa. El apartamento es super cómodo y espacioso para 4 personas.

Vale la pena pintar un poco el apartamento pues se ve un poco descuidado con manchas y algunas marcas de otros huespedes.

Hotel comodo y con excelente ubicacion

La ubicación es excelente, cerca al parque principal de Guatape. La comodidad de las camas perfectas y todo muy limpio.

El agua caliente solo funcionaba en uno de los dos baños y el ultimo dia no funciono en ninguno de los dos, el agua de las duchas sale con poca presión. No se podia ver la tele porque no tenia la antena.

Overall good value for money

The location is great.

Staff was very rude in forcing us to pay a 50% deposit via back transfer, although the reservation was guaranteed with VISA. Toilets are too small and there is almost no space to sit. Beds are short Many long black hairs laying around. Staff only speaks Spanish.

Very good

We liked the location of the building right by the bus station and a short walk to the square. A waterfront area is right across the street with a play area for the kids. We liked the hot showers and comfortable beds. We liked the homey décor and the nice façade of the building. The balcony was great for people watching, though it didn't have any furniture on it. The staff we met in person were friendly.

Communication with the hosts was confusing. Different people must have been messaging us with different platforms, asking us to pay in advance in complicated ways, and not realizing what the other said on the other app (WA and Booking). At check in, no one was at reception and we needed to ask a restaurant employee and a friendly guest to help us track down an employee. We made several requests for bed top sheets and a pillowcase before it was resolved. Our apartment door had one of the locks broken off, which didn't feel safe although the other lock worked. The noise from the nearby bar kept us up on the weekend. WIFI was spotty and cut out frequently. The living space had no curtains to block sunshine or offer privacy. With some changes this could be a top-notch accommodation choice.

during festivals parking will be a problem

plenty of space for 2 couples kitchen had everything you need having 2 bathrooms was convenient perfect location, walkable to most everything

the doors are locked from the inside at the entrance they only gave us one set of keys so the other couple had trouble when they wanted in or out of the entrance as the desk was not manned at all times we asked for a reserved parking space but they sold out by letting the public use their garage it would have been nice for them to save us a space since we were renting from them

it is very close to the town downtown, restaurants and shops. the room us clean has everything you need for a cozy stay, the employees are friendly, specially Sindy she was very helpful and kind! the view is beautiful as it is the town! We had a great time

No parking and tiny place. However, the location is excellent.

Excellent location, right in front of the main park.

The ad said the parking was included, but once we were there, we were told that it wasn't and that we needed to leave the car in public parking or anywhere else. The place looked clean overall, but I found some hairs in the shower drain and shower walls. The place was tiny no as shown in the photos, especially the toilets, very uncomfortable.

not much really

no windows no air conditioning hand sanitiser in the shower instead of shower gel staff were not flexible there was parking available for residents however they flat out refused to allow us to park there the apartment was filthy - hairs and stains on linen they seemed to be more interested in their laundry business than servicing the apartment rental customers very noisy and opposite the bus garage very disappointing

Great location, good value for money

great location, right by the bus station and next to everything you’d like to see in Guatape. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which came with 2 bathrooms.

It can get a bit loud because it’s proximity to restaurants and city center. It wasn’t too bad, definitely not the worst in Colombia but good to be aware

GREAT place to stay in Guatape.

The location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. It had everything you needed for a short stay. The staff were very attentive and very helpful, they were lovely.

There was no hot water in the ensuite. The front door lock was tricky to close and open, it kept getting stuck which was a nuisance. Some of the linen that was stored in the closet were stained, i think just ?old. However we took them downstairs and the staff changed them straight away.

Friendly staff, good location, very spacious

Some stuff in the room needs minor maintenance (door hinges slightly loose, wifi goes in and out, etc) but not too terribly bad. Also, the sheets on some beds were dirty when we checked in but they fixed that very fast.
