Excellent location and friendly service, nice rooms.

We got a room with access to Club Level. Very nice room and very friendly and smiling service at the Club Level. Breakfast was awesome. Gym was large and well equipped. We loved that you get a pitcher of water in the room and you can refill it instead of having plastic water bottles. Location is great right next to Glorietta Mall and with easy access to MNL.

Very pleasant and comfortable.

Good spread of food, excellent service by the staff. Nice location with malls aplenty nearby as well as eateries. Near the international airport. Public and private transportation easily accessible too.

Ein schönes Hotel, welches ich zum dritten mal nun gewählt habe. Leckeres Frühstück und eine normale Umgebung herum.

Leider kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, um durch Erkältung einen Tee zubereiten zu können.

OLD Dark and Dingy. Move on.

Location is great just walk straight into the Mall. Breakfast was good but same as previous COLD.

Parking its a booking .com con. In the choices you can pay extra for parking and high speed internet which is actually free throughout. There was no parking when i arrive and had to pay another 300 for valet its a total scam, Room old fashioned and very worn out. A bit of new paint hiding out dated old fashioned furniuture. Television old small and again out of date with a rubbish set of channels. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Dirty windows dark bathroom cant even read shampoo bottles.

Beds is comfortable , breakfast is very good loads of choices, staff are very friendly and helpful . Location is great near of everything easy to access.

Room is a bit dated and only has shower bath love be lovely.

Our family's stay was excellent. We were comfortable and staff are respectful and friendly.

customer service & internet - Ms. Thea from front desk went beyond her duties to made sure we were accomodated and feel welcomed. providing netflix/filipino channels are awesome, thank you for going beyond to provide us these awesome amenities.

hours of the pool access - us traveler wanted to explore more during days, and prefer to take advantage of the hotels pool or spa during nights. 7pm is a bit too early for closing during weekdays access.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff… do yourself a favour and stay at the Dusit Thani.

The Dusit Thani is situated in a great location, within easy walking distance of several major quality shopping malls. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which has a wide variety of options and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Old and badly needs a proper refurbishment

The locatiom

The management that does not attend to guests complaints about Dusits old run down room with floor that slopes towards the.middle.of the room. Very old broken furnitures in that very tiny room of Premier Studio. I wonder how bad the standard room if the "Premier" is in such a bad state. The absence of customer service from the management who seem to deliberately offer such pathetic premier room to leave the guests no option but to upgrade to have a somewhat decent accommodation. Even the suite that we have paid to get an upgrade has utterly disgusting smelly toilet bowl that emits very foul smell of human waste even when not in use. I asked the HK to put some disinfectant which was only good until the bowl is flushed again and the foul smell returns. The aircon in the room that left us sweating through the night as it does not make the room cold enough. The room, garden, pond was a total disappointment to say the least. The STAFF were good

Dusit is a great place to stay with family especially on memorable ocassions.

I enjoyed staying at Dusit this is actually our second time and will surely come back. Staffs are very accompdating and understanding when it comes to request.

I expected a lot more, having stayed at the Dusit Thani on Guam a few times. Not worth my money.

Room service sucks. Slow. They even forgot to serve catsup with the French fries!

Good value for money

Staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and very polite . Japanese restaurant is absolutely gorgeous , and they have excellent food and service .Very impressed!!!!

The hotel needs a few things to improve as it looks a bit tired inside, also for a five-star hotel it should have a at least a few drinks included in the mini bar,also didn't get coffee topped up every day,without us asking.

a true home away from home

The staff looked after myself and my pregnant wife so well. When my wife water broke un-expectantly, the Duty manager offered nursing and support. The front desk, the concierge, valet parking and housekeeping all contributed to comfortably wheelchair my wife to my waiting car at the front door. we were able to take the short drive to Makati Medical Centre where baby Callum arrived a few hours later. Our sincere thanks to the hotel, management and staff for their great care.

A 5-Star Hotel that offers good value for money. Will definitely come again.

- Very decent price considering it's a 5-Star Hotel - Accessible to everything (shopping malls, restaurants, transportation) - Spacious Deluxe Room - Staff are very courteous and approachable - Breakfast is AWESOME! SUPER LOVE IT!

- some room fixtures are a bit outdated (the hotel is older than I am) - windows need some cleaning
