Mandy is a great hostess. Nothing is any trouble. GMH is our first choice in Blenheim.

very clean, comfortable, good facilities, continental breakfast with lovely homme touches - jams, hot cross buns, fantastic view out back to vineyards yet only 5 minutes drive to cbd. Very quiet. Very very comfortable bed.

6 star accommodation, with the queen bed being 11 out of 10
potholes in entrance gravel driveway. Everything else was good

The GMH Homestay was the absolute perfect place for us to stay while in the Blenheim area. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and accommodated our requests. The bed was perfect and the room spacious! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We ate our dinner in the backyard overlooking the grape vines and the mountains.
Being able to use the bikes to see some of the wineries in the area was a fantastic touch. I cannot recommend this property highly enough to anyone visiting the area! We hope to be back one day!

Proximity to town, museum exhibits and wineries and being located next to grapevines on a lifestyle property

Place was clean, host was lovely, bed was comfy. Use of bikes was terrific, a big plus. If you're planning on cycling, then this can make it worthwhile. Very close to town and convenient to the bike track. Hosts were very accommodating.
Room felt like a Residence Inn, so if you like that it's not bad. It seemed this was a bit pricey for what it was, but that may be Blenheim (if that's the case, I'd be more inclined to stay in Picton next time). Breakfast was just a few basics. Space is a bit awkward with husband working and other workpeople going by (house adjacent to business, and window facing to the driveway. If you like privacy, it's just a bit awkward, even though the people are super nice and respectful.

Nothing was too much trouble for Amanda.
We were made to feel very much at home.
The loan of bicycles enabled us to explore the beautiful winelands around the homestead.
There was nothing to dislike!

Breakfast all was required. Few to choose from and selection of variety of tea or coffees

This was a fantastic place. Amanda was incredibly welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with loads of fresh, healthy options with the homemade jam being a lovely touch! They also had bikes available which was a great way of getting round the wineries. I’d highly recommend this place
