Adorable and charming beach house only one block from the Promenade and beach. Living room has lovely gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD player, free wireless internet and internet radio. Surround sound includes Onkyo A/V Receiver, with a combination of Polk and Klipsch speakers in a 6.1 configuration. Kitchen is fully appointed including coffee pot, microwave & dishwasher. Dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms are just off the living room downstairs; 2 Queen Bedrooms. You will find one full bathroom downstairs with shower. As you go upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed. Skylights accent the master bedroom and bathroom which has a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Pac-N-Play included for convenience. Front deck faces south for a little extra sun with just a short walk 2 minute walk to the beach. Parking for 3 vehicles.

The house was a perfect getaway for my little family. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite. The location is perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definetly come back again.

There was some questionable things as far as cleanliness, there was a hair clip and half drank soda in our room. And the sheets had some small stains. The bring said though, the house appeared clean and the communication with the property manager was great. Very prompt responses. I’m only giving four stars though because I don’t feel I can give five stars to a place that charges you for cleaning and also asks you to clean before you leave. That’s one thing about VRBO and VACASA that I feel is wrong. Shouldn’t have to do both.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and absolutely love it. It is a perfect location and a reasonable price point. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. The check in process is so easy. There is plenty of room for everyone and the beds are comfortable.

The house is well enough stocked and clean and the location is great. The only reason I would not rent it again is the beds. The mattress upstairs and the one in the downstairs bedroom on the left are very uncomfortable. There seems to be no structure left and they both sag like you are sleeping on a hammock. Also, the sheets are made for a thinner mattress, so they slip off the corners any time you move around.

Great location, short walk to beach and downtown. Very cozy and loved the fire place. Kitchen well stocked - also bathrooms. Highly recommend and will be back. One negative - would like to be able to turn fountain off at night - is rather loud for sleeping in one of the bedroom.

We loved staying at this location. Place was close to the beach and everything else. Tub was amazing and so relaxing The only thing I would recommend is for the tv system to be upgraded. They had way too many remotes (5) to get the tv to function. We followed all the instructions to get the Apple TV to work, but it didn’t work.

This is the 2nd time staying here . Very disappointing, the refrigerator and freezer smelled of fish. Had to throw out the ice.The beds downstairs smelled of urine, every morning ,all mattresses need to be replaced they smell and are sagging, baseboard in front bed room dirty, not enough wash cloths for 4 people, lamp in one bedroom wouldn’t work, furniture needed vacuumed. No matches . Sad to say we will not be back and will not recommend this house again

A very comfortable and clean home. It was very spacious for everyone, my 2 teenage girls had their own room. The room upstairs was great, separate from our kids and having our own bathroom was nice. No need for an air conditioner because it was always in the 60's and windy, but it was nice. Only thing was the shower head upstairs had low pressure, but other than that, everything was fantastic. Walking around was wonderful and so great for families with 2 teenagers. It was so nice to return to a quiet place. The outside was ok, lots of weeds and just needs a clean up. I give this place a 5 star overall.

Good experience, nicely close to beach and boardwalk. could have used a few basic essentials that we ended up having to buy like plastic wrap and something to use to wash dishes. Also, only 1 wash cloth in the entire house. Had 8 people and could have used more. A few less breakable Knick knacks would help. A/V system needs to be simplified.

Very quaint, lots of decor that made it feel warm, welcoming. Under the kitchen sink, needs some attention by housekeeping. Loved all the night lights. Could only find 2 wash cloths in the whole house, otherwise had what we needed. The locks were great. We are birders, all three of us in our mid 70s and the home fit our needs. Thank you.

My family rented this home for a week at the beach. It is in a great location only one block from the Prom. It’s super close to all that Seaside has to offer. The two bedrooms downstairs and living room futon were perfect for our children and my mother-in-law. The upstairs master is also very nice. It has a big jetted tub and walk in shower. There were some issues with things being clean. The tub was quite dirty and the coffee pot had old dried coffee in it. There are also very few wash rags (although plenty of towels!) and the kitchen doesn’t t have things like plastic wrap or foil. The TV situation had about 11 remotes and two full pages of directions. My three teenagers couldn’t figure any of it out. That was fine though because we didn’t come to the beach to watch TV! Overall it was a pleasant get away.

Spent a long weekend here as a family of three. The place was dialed in and it was clear that the owners were experienced and thoughtful renters. Kitchen stocked well, low key quiet neighborhood, easy access to town. Very happy and pleasantly surprised how enjoyable seaside was! We will be back.

This was a girls trip for 3. Between the charming space and the fully supplied kitchen we had a great time. The walk to the heart of town along the Prom was beautiful and fun for all of us and having a quick drive to the outlet mall or the grocery store made it perfect.

This house was good, it had everything we needed for a weekend get away. We have a 2 year old, so we had to move some of the owners belongings to ensure there were no accidents, however otherwise the house worked out great. It was only a couple blocks to the beach and a couple blocks from a city park. We were within 5 min by car of everything (Outlet stores, Broadway, Aquarium, Grocery Store, etc...)
