Pero en general me gusto mucho y si volvería a ir.

Me gusto el detalle de que haya una botella de agua mineral esperando. La ubicación me pareció muy buena. La conexión a internet era buena. El departamento es espacioso, fue cómodo en general, nos bañamos bien, no llegamos a hacer cosas como comer ahí o disfrutar del balcón que se veía muy lindo también.

Creo que le faltaría unos tomacorriente en el cuarto principal, en especial para los dispositivos como celulares. El Aire acondicionado del comedor creo que no esta enfriando mucho. El extractor del baño creo que no funcionaba o no tenia.

Heel aangenaam verblijf, maar zorg voor cash voor betaling

De host Alfredo was erg vriendelijk. Het appartement is prachtig gelegen met zich op het Congres en Palacio Barolo en bovendien zeer ruim. Al het nodige was aanwezig. De permanent bezette receptie was een meerwaarde en ook de opbergruimte voor de bagage (wanneer je bvb. een late vlucht hebt) was erg handig.

Het feit dat je niet met de kaart kan betalen was heel onpraktisch. Een internationale overschrijving lukte niet en geld uit de muur halen is in Argentinië ook al niet makkelijk én bovendien duur. Best dus voldoende cash bij hebben om te kunnen betalen!

Perfect everything!

Great host! Alfredo helped us with everything we need whenever we need. We really appreciate him! The apartment is spacious, clean and fully furnished which made us stay very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped very well too even though we didn't cook anything, and the provided coffee is so good! WiFi is great too! Washers and dryers are also available to use in a public area, which helped us a lot! We also love the wonderful view from the balcony: the congress hall, the square and the buildings around. What an impressive location!

Exceptional

Excellent location in a safe area of the city near the congress. Very helpful and friendly host who tried his best to accommodate our needs. Clean and well maintained apartment.

Security guard at the main entrance could have been more friendly but I guess that's not something our host can control

Well situated, owners were lovely.

Location was great, had a couple of issues which the owners quickly resolved. Properly takes payment in cash only. Bed super comfy, WiFi good.

Kitchen could have been a little cleaner: freezer was full of ice and there are no sharp knives or frying pans for cooking.

Amazing and Safe stay in Buenos Aires

The apartment itself is very nice ! It's modern, spacious, and comfortable! It's extremely clean and everything smells well ! the sheets, the towels, the hallway area. The building is super morden as well, with a private security 24h with garage/private parking. It's super well located in the heart of the city near an amazing Bakery. It's right in the Congress Palace Square and it's a safe area. The family owners that manage the apartment are amazing people ! Sr. Alfredo is such a nice person ! He takes care of the apartment very well he's always checking if something is needed. He picked us at the airport and showed us an amazing place for the breakfast :). The top floor of the building has a gym an amazing terrace and laundry machines !

Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully kitted out

We liked pretty much everything about the property. We were there after 8 nights in 4 hotels, so the extra space made a huge difference. The location is great, and there is a hop-on hop-off bus stop just outside the building. The apartment was absolutely sparkling clean, has all the basics like a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. It is also full of thoughtful little touches such as basic toiletries, which I wouldn’t necessarily expect in an apartment. And I know that nobody goes on holiday to watch TV, but the availability of Netflix, and being able to watch something other than the news in English was very welcome.

The only disadvantage was that there was only one key although there were three of us, so it meant we had to coordinate our movements a bit. Our Spanish did not extend to being able to communicate well enough with the security desk to leave the keys and explain our plans.
