The property is 250sqm ( 150 ground floor with direct access to the garden and pool ) two bedroom of 15 sqm , kitchen 20 sqm, 80 living room, bathroom, two toilets.
Upstairs, we have a huge Bedroom/loft (100 sqm) where we could feet two double bed fitness, bathroom, toilet dressing, lounge.
