The perfect villa and beautiful location
We stayed as a family, had a wonderful time at the villa and kept busy with the pool table, pin ball and table tennis, whilst relaxing around a truly lovely pool. My daughter and I cycled around some spectacular climbs, and we all enjoyed St Paul de Vence, and the beach at Cagnes Sur Mer. Five stars, thank you!

Lovely Villa
Spent 3 weeks at Villla V with friends joining us at different times. Lovely Villa which is exceptionally well equipped. Pool table and Pinball machine particularly well used! Good location- several options for walks to St Paul. Brilliant communication from the owner, Carolina. Answered any questions promptly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa, Location and Owner
My wife and I returned to St. Paul de Provence for two weeks in Oct-Nov. We are planning on moving back to France next year. We couldn't have been happier with the villa and the support. The site is quite with a great view of St. Paul. One can easily walk to St. Paul from the villa and we took daily strolls through the streets. The villa is large, with a great dining room and living room. It was well heated on the days we needed warmth. The master bedroom was wonderful, cozy and a great place to read before calling it a night. Carolina was wonderful. She helped us prior to the visit with issues relating to our two Chihuahuas. She also found me a great accountant so we could talk about taxes, etc. before our move. You can't ask for a better site, villa or owner.

Beautifully equipped villa in a charming location
Having spent many family holidays in Provencal villas, I can say that this is the best equipped property by far. Not only was everything conveniently to hand, and where you expected it to be, it also catered particularly well for the kids. We stayed, six of us altogether, as an extended family of three generations. Nothing was too arduous for the oldies, there was plenty to entertain mum and dad, and the kids loved the abundant boxes of toys. Also the baby equipment was spot on, from high chairs to stair gates and bed guards. Parking too was fine for at least two cars. We particularly liked the salt water pool, which was less harsh on the eyes than chlorine, and helped with buoyancy, although getting in might be a bit difficult for the less agile. Our stay was for 2 weeks in late May, and the weather was pleasantly warm, mostly in the mid 20s, certainly warm enough for the pool, and with only one day of rain. The only thing worth mentioning is that at that time of year, the mosquitoes prevalent in that part of France, start to come out, so it is worthwhile taking the necessary precautions. Again, the villa was well equipped with netting and plug in mosquito repellers. The air conditioning, when needed, worked well and made for comfortable sleeping. The fridge, with ice maker and filtered water on tap, was very welcome. The 65" B&O TV was great, with the kids watching cbeebies a lot of the time. Outside, we made good use of the many seating areas, particularly around the table under the palm with the lovely view of Saint Paul. Although there were adjacent properties, you are not overlooked and there's a strong sense of privacy. The Webber barbecue worked well and was much used, as was the trampoline and kids' play area. The supermarkets (huge Leclerc and smaller Casino) were within 10 minutes drive, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Fine dining and gorgeous views at Alain LLorca en route to St. Paul. The walk up to St. Paul is well worth it, even though quite steep in parts. There's plenty to see and do in this area, with good tourist information and guide books provided. All in all, a hassle free holiday in a lovely setting.

A week without a care
I was looking to escape the heat in Paris for a week and Villa Versaille was the perfect escape. The house and garden are beautifully set up, with endless areas to relax. The pool was amazing and hard to leave, but the villa is so well located, there were also many trips to Saint Paul and destinations up and down the coast. Even the dog was in heaven with hikes and dog beaches nearby. Carolina was a pleasure to meet and was eager to help with any matter. Will be sure to come come back in the future.

Stunning Villa
We so loved our stay in this beautiful villa in St Paul de Vence. The location is perfect as it is very private yet near all the amenities the South of France has to offer, with fabulous views of St Paul. The villa was warm in the winter and cool in the summer, the gardens and pool are well maintained, the infinity pool is glorious. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the living area is great for entertaining with the pool table and large screen TV. The owners were warm and welcoming and made our stay unforgettable - we will be back!

Paradise!
This is a well equipped and very clean house for up to two families with fun things to do such as ping pong, billiards and swimming in a large private garden.
The villa has a calming effect and you can feel yourself relaxing from the moment you arrive.
The location is excellent as it is close to a selection of supermarkets, large outdoor shopping mall and the motorway.
The air conditioning was great to have in the hot summer months.

Excellent home from home!
We are a family of 5 and it was our second time staying at the property - this time for October half term (previously in the summer). We love the property which has a beautiful aspect looking up at St. Paul and a discrete, quiet location. We would definitely recommend this for getting away from it all for some R&R somewhere warm.

Another fantastic stay
Another summer another fantastic stay in this great villa in this beautiful part of the world. The property, its gardens and the pool are fantastic and very well maintained. It's also a great base for exploring and we visited a number of old favourites as well as some new towns. People-watching over brunch at Coffea in Vence was great fun and the new mall and it's wonderful eateries at Polygone are a great addition to the area. Highly recommended!

Ideal Holiday Getaway
I've travelled to a vast amount of places over the years and have stayed in various villas but VillaV has by far been the best experience I've had to date. Apart from its beauteous and breathtaking surroundings, VillaV is a finely maintained property that catered for our needs and is what you'd expect from such a property.
Upon arrival, the villa was clean and tidy; the pool was very well kept, the bedrooms were also very neat and uncluttered and the villa in general, was immaculate. What makes VillaV stand out is the togetherness of each segment of the house and the facilities it had whether it be the sauna or the spacious BBQ area or pool table and home cinema. Furthermore, the villa was located within 30 or so minutes from several points of interest (fine restaurants, breathtaking scenery and attractions and cities like Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Saint-Paul and various other activities) making it an ideal place to stay.
Overall, VillaV along with its customer service has been a highly pleasurable and unforgettable experience and I would urge anyone considering to stay here to do so!

A glimpse of paradise
Villa V is an amazing property at the heart of the French Riviera. It has everything you need and more. The host is an incredibly nice lady and gave us a very warm welcome, she suggested good restaurants in the area and informed us about day trips we could take to nearby cities (Eze,Cannes,Villefranche,Antibes...). The house was spotless and the amenities were very well maintained. Wether you're a group of friends looking to have fun or a group of couples who have come to relax, this property is the perfect refuge for you.

The perfect place to enjoy Provence lifestyle
We're two families with teens & kids and have been staying for a long week-end in Villa Versaille for the 3rd year in a row. The location is really great, with a fantastic garden, very quiet surroundings, you can just sit on the terrace over the stairs in the afternoon sun or under the moonlight, facing the St Paul hill and simply enjoying being there& now: kids laughing around the pool... appetizing smell of BBQ... a taste of local olive tapenade, French bread and cheese... one of the cousins plays the piano inside... then maybe comes a Spring storm, but you should still go out for a while under the terrace roof in the evening and you'll hear frogs singing down the valley, celebrating their precious rain time. Or maybe you''ll just forget about going outside, because there's so much to do inside as well, with a full collection of DVDs, a diversity of books, fitness equipment, toys for the kids, and a billiard to keep everyone busy until quite late into the night...

Another brilliant stay in Villa V
We have just returned home to cold and wet Scotland after spending another brilliant holiday in St Paul de Vence. It’s our third time at the Villa and we really love it and hope to return in 2016. There is so much to do. We both spent hours and hours each day in the pool and had great fun racing the giant inflatables we bought. Arran entertained us all on the piano every night and Owen beat dad at table tennis five days in a row. We also loved watching the huge TV in the evening and there were loads of DVDs. We even let dad watch some of the tennis from Wimbledon. We also had great fun playing with Smudgy the cat who is really sweet.
We did lots of day trips too. There are loads and loads of places to visit. We enjoy visiting Tourrettes and buying violet sweets there. We also went to see the sweet factory at Pont-du-Loup this year and got to try lots of samples. St Paul de Vence town is fabulous. The café in the square is great for breakfast and the ice cream shop is our favourite.

Beautiful villa
The Villa was perfect. We had two families sharing the space which is very large and comfortable. We had three children with us, they love the pool the billiards table and a ping-pong. The setting is just perfect and the location was wonderful for excursions to the beach, the alps as well as a day trip to Italy. I would highly recommend this house, every detail was though through. The owner and the Consierge were available and helpful with any questions we had.

Amazing Villa, Great Family Break
A very relaxing stay with a view to die for of St Paul De Vence. We really loved the privacy mixed with the accessibility of the Cote D'azur. A great home from home for our extended family. Our group was a mix of three generations (six adults and three young children) and the property suited everyone and catered for all needs. We loved the pool (with pool fence for the little ones!), very social indoor/outdoor areas and various cooking facilities. The house had everything you might need which made for the most relaxing holiday, keeping all extremely happy and safe. You will need a car but there is lots to see very near by without any long road trips. We were delighted with the excellent advice and help from Carolina (Owner) and Virginie (Concierge) both before and during our stay. They were always available if needed and directly contactable. A superb villa and amazing location for a perfect family holiday or group. We would love to go back tomorrow!
