Einfach perfekt 🤩

Perfekte ruhige Lage, absolut liebevolle Gastgeber ( Deutsches Paar ) ich wurde sofort herzlichst empfangen und füllte mich nach wenigen Minuten wie Zuhause. Dankeschön Euch beiden !

Met our needs very well for a 1-night stay.

Friendly and helpful host. Good breakfast. Convenient and quiet location not far from the main part of town, with good mountain views.

Four adult cyclists stayed here on a tour of France.

Located on the outskirts of town. 10-15 minutes walk into the centre. Friendly hosts. Cold beer, soft drinks, wine and snacks available. Bike storage available.

this city is absolutely adorable

The hosts are super nice and made their best for us to have the best experience. The property is quite well located, and the view on the mountains from our balcony is gorgeous.

They just bought the place and renovated it, some more decorations and facilies may come after, it is actually very good.

Nice place to stay

Quiet neighbourhood in walking distance from the town center, so it's nice to go out for dinner and then have a quiet and peaceful night. We especially liked the balcony and the lovely view! Renovations were still ongoing when we were there but almost finished. Rooms were done and the radiator worked perfectly for heating. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy. Very friendly hosts who basically just took over the BnB.

Walls are pretty poorly soundproofed...

Not what we expected from a small Bnb.

Location is very close from city center. Rooms have been freshly renewed. Place is clean.

Rooms where clearly recently renewed however the common area was still under construction and not available to the guests. Owners only speak German. No English - No French, which made any type of interaction difficult. We also experienced some issues with heating (the rooms were freezing when we arrived and we had a few electrical issues when putting everything on…). If you mind noise, be mindful that walls are thin and you can easily hear your neighbors. In a few months, when everything will be set, I’m sure the place will be great but I would wait a bit before visiting.

Quiet, private parking place, decent breakfast

The place has changed owner and is under restructuring, it shouldn’t be open for booking yet. Rooms freezing cold, double bedroom has 1 bed + 1 sofa, double room has toilet in the aisle. New host doesn’t speak French or English, uses Google translator. To be reviewed once finished.

Exceptional

Petra and Leo are very kind, warm people. If you are in Castellane. This is the place where you have to stay. Both are so kind... We had a nice room, quite big. Bed was comfortable, towels soft. Very nice breakfast where we had a nice chat with Petra and Leo.

This was a nice place. The owner was kind. The facilities were basic.

The owner was very nice and helpful. He also spoke english fluently.

The restroom was private, tough located out side the room (this is for one room only).

it is a place worthy of visiting and staying

The host are very nice, welcomed me outside and explained to me everything before I was going to ask. Cannot beat the view. Very tasty Belgium cholocates. Cute dog.

No air-con so it was hot, so I need to open the windows, then there was mosquito. But in the night it was cool.

Fantastic stay!

Absolutely superb stay - the host was charming, helpful and friendly, the location was beautiful, quiet and had a great view, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend BnB Castellane without hesitation for a long or a short stay.

Exceptional

The accommodation is situated in a quiet dead-end street, just outside the village centre, close to a large supermarket. It is run by a very sympathetic, helpful, social couple. Both did their utmost to make the best of our stay. My son and I were offered an upgrade to a more spacious room, with seperate beds and a balcony. An extra early breakfast, on the day of our visit to the Verdon Gorge, was no problem. The food offered was fresh, varied and plenty - we could even make our lunch!

No points of improvement - keep up the high standard!
