Had fun.would like to visit again with family members. Family friendly resort!

I liked the kindness of the staffs the most. They did an extra mile. I have an 8 month old and they provided food for him like we give at home. Their food was extraordinary. Also activities area and garden area was maintained very clean. I felt like I didn't want to come back home from that place. Had great fun. A must go place

Swimming pool can be much better. And rooms were small

The resort is good but food serve n service was pathetic. Restaurant 'cloud In' need improvement.

Room was good ....i had booked suite room and stayed 3 days.

i had booked for half board...but food was not at all good,no option to select menu and repeatedly three days the same menu.Need more n more variety to be served.Had a bad experience

Water leaking in front of room, they have put artificial grass to cover it but every time you step, your feet soaks in water. We told in reception but nothing is done looks like its a permanent problem Hot water didn’t work well and there was power outage for about 20 min

A taste of paradise

Beautiful room with nice balcony. Garden spectacular and surrounded by jungle. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Great hotel in Thekkady

Good hotel, with alle facilities you need. Staff is great.

Breakfast is purely aimed at Indian guest. No international breakfast.

Bad experience for first night, fixed from second night

The extra hotel facilities were good - gym, games, garden. The venue for restaurant was nice. Once we got cleaner rooms, it was good stay

The rooms we were given were very dirty, mouldy, taps and bidets were leaking in bathrooms, no hot water in one of the rooms and wifi did not reach rooms. There was nothing the staff could do until the day after so our first night was not a good experience at all.

Hotel design is good.

Provided room is not plan for 3+1 people as booked. No cleaning. No stable wifi available in the room (room 402). All request to staff need to repeat several times, including obvious things like to give daily water and bathing supplies.

Nice relaxing exterior, small basic rooms, unwelcoming reception,mediocre dinner, good breakfast

The landscaping and exterior of the property is nice and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was good

But the property is very small. There is no area for morning walk etc. there are lots of steps in the property which is cumbersome for elderly ( I had my aunt and mum with me ) The gym and in door game area were cramped and didn’t have ball etc. the staff said they didn’t have spare ball for TT table. The staff at the reception was very rude and unwelcoming. We booked dinner buffet also along with our booking after seeing few good reviews of the same. But the dinner was basic stuff suited for north Indian vegetarians! Not many options for non vegetarians They didnt have accommodation for drivers which is a set back because we all travel long distances and the drivers needs good rest too. It will be good if they looked into this too in the future Hotel stay is expensive I would rate it a 3 star because the rooms are very small with just basic facilities The towels and toilet accessories were not kept ready. There is no separate plug point for the kettle. The cloth cupboard was too small
