About this apartment rental
Our light and spacious apartment, set over 2 floors, is situated in a private gated community just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach. Burriana is the most popular beach of Nerja famed for its many bars, shops, restaurants and beach side chiringuitos as well a wide selection of water sport activities
The apartment has a large living/dining room with a comfortable seating area & an extending dining table. This leads via patio doors on to a south facing sun filled terrace with a table and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast or a well deserved glass of wine.
The apartment has the benefit of Wi-Fi & air conditioning throughout.
The well equipped kitchen has marble surfaces, a built in cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor there is a new second bathroom, which features a walk in rain shower and sink with vanity unit.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, plenty of storage and doors out to a lovely Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has full size twin beds & fitted wardrobes.
The recently re-fitted first floor bathroom also has a walk in rain shower, sink with vanity unit and heated towel rail.
The apartment has an allocated private underground parking space, a large beautifully maintained garden area and most importantly, use of the shared swimming pool.
Burriana Beach has over 30 restaurants and bars and if you would like a slightly longer walk, Nerja town centre (including the famous Balcon de Europe) with its gorgeous traffic free cobbled streets and vast array of shops restaurants and bars is a mere 15 minutes' walk.

Clean , roomy, everything you need, great hosts , sorted a problem within 15 mins when our teens locked us out of the property! Location fab , 5 mins to beach but set back far enough to be away from busy area. 10-15 mins walk to old town passing restaurants and you can walk along an elevated path against sea front or go through the streets. Supermarket 8 mins walk uphill. Highly recommend.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in a lovely gated complex with pool. Situation was perfect, easy walk to beach which offered restaurants and shops. Approximately 15 minute walk into the beautiful town of Nerja.

Lovely apartment, very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, towells etc. Nice balcony and good air con. A 5 minute walk down to the beach, restaurants and bars, a 9 minute drive into the centre of Nerja, 20 minute walk back mostly downhill. Parking is useful to have, but would suggest a small car as the car park is a bit tight - but we found it very handy to have.

My daughters and I enjoyed an amazing holiday staying at Gillian's apartment. It truly is a home away from home. The apartment itself was just perfect for us in terms of cleanliness, facilities and location. It is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. The communication with both the hosts and the letting agent was excellent from the initial enquiry stage and after booking. Nothing was any trouble. We will definitely rebook in the near future. Great 2 bedroom apartment with 2 nice bathrooms. Location cannot be better, close to Burriana Beach, Balcony de Europe, supermarkets and buses. The unit is spotless and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped especially for longer stays as we stayed for six weeks. The small balcony is a real sun trap and we enjoyed many meals outside. Finally, the owner and John of the management company were incredibly helpful and even arranged for a taxi to the airport.
Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in Nerja.

Great apartment in a very convenient location. Only 10 min walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, fully furnished and equipped in everything that you may need during your stay. There were complimentary beers, a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, which was a very nice gesture from the owner.
The only issue we had was the unclear directions. We spent over an hour driving and walking around the area trying to find the right place. The estate is not signposted very well and finding it on the first day was a bit difficult.
Despite that it is a lovely apartment and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Nerja and surrounding areas.

It’s uphill but tbh if you can’t cope with hills Nerja prob isn’t for you as it’s built on a hillside. Great water sports on Burriana beach.

We had a fantastic trip to Nerja, made even better by the apartment! Location was fantastic, apartment was clean & well equipped & the grounds were lovely, we even braved the pool!!!
The only downside was that we were only there for 5 days as could’ve easily stayed longer!

Description failed to mention outside steps. As one of party has disability it was hard to climb last set of stairs due to no handrail.

Great location. Close to good supermarket and close to a beautiful beach. The gated complex was lovely. The well equipped two level unit, was adequate for two people.
However anyone with mobility issues might be concerned with having to climb 20 exterior stairs to the front door. We really appreciated the prompt and and helpful assistance of

This is a lovely property, in a clean and quiet urbanisation. As stated it is near the beach and not far from 2 large supermarkets. The facilities in the apartment were excellent and additional bed on the landing was useful for our teenagers to have some space.

Couldn’t be happier, property was as exactly as advertised. Spacious, super clean with everything you could ask for. Lovely area only 5 minutes walk from the beach. This is the second time we have stayed and it is to the extremely high standards as we have come to expect. Perfect location, layout and amenities. It is a home from home, well worth getting an online Mercandona delivery. This made the property even easier to enjoy, as we said last time, we just we we owned it!

Great Apartment
Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, it is quite hilly so a short taxi ride to the town was our choice but getting a cab was always quick and easy costing about 7 euros. Kitchen was well equiped and the apartment was very clean. Really good communication prior to arrival. Would definitely book again if returning to Nerja.

Beautiful apartment
We had an amazing stay in Gill's apartment. We were travelling for a wedding and had lots of friends and family staying in other apartments - everyone was very jealous of Gill's and said how beautiful it was! The extra welcoming touches were really lovely and we have already recommended the apartment to other people! We would definitely return!

Apartment is gorgeous, everything you could possibly need is accounted for in the kitchen. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Apartment is short walk to Burriana beach and shops, about 10-12 minutes to the centre of Nerja. Also fantastic supermarket within 10 minute walk of the apartment. Couldnt fault the apartment or location at all. Highly recommend!

Nice Location
Good. The kitchen area was a bit small, but it was nice having the dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer which both worked well. The kitchen cupboards and fridge were full of things left over from previous tenants which we didn't use and were still there when we left. Needs to be sorted out and rationalised.
There seems to be a bit of a problem with the drains. The downstairs bathroom was smelly, which didn't matter as we didn't use it anyway. The upstairs bathroom was fine except there is a problem with drainage from the shower, even after some vigorous pumping from the plunger.
I think the TV was just Spanish channels, but that was OK for us. The internet was fast and reliable so we were able to connect our laptop up and use the TV in that way.
All in all, can't complain the location was excellent and it was nice to have the underground parking. This would be essential in the summer. The community gardens were nicely cared for.
We didn't use the swimming pool as we were there in November/December. However it looked very nice and was kept filled throughout our stay.

Birthday Break in Nerja
Location of apartment and facilities very good. Unfortunately the overall cleanliness was very poor. Dirty utensils and pots, used baking trays left in the oven, floors not swept and cleaned properly, shower plug holes full of hair, coffee pot not emptied and had mould spores forming on the unused coffee. We messaged the property manager who came out promptly to deal with an issue we had with the safe. He apologized for the lack of cleanliness and asked if we would mind putting the dirty pots in the dishwasher and explained the previous guests had been very MESSY. Not an ideal start to our holiday. We left it in a much cleaner condition than we found it!

Wonderful week
I stayed at Gilliam’s apartment with 3 friends . We had a lovely relaxing week . The apartment was really clean and very well equipped . The complex is pretty with well maintained gardens and pool . I found communication with Gillian and her property manager extremely easy and they were both very pleasant and helpful . . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if returning to Nerja . We loved Nerja So many places to eat and drink , lots of pretty little streets to explore

Second stay at this fantastic apartment
This was our second stay at this apartment. Again it was super clean and really well equipped. Modern and spacious and set within lovely well maintained grounds with a great pool. Only a short walk to Nerja and Burrianna beach. Cant fault it. We also forgot the pram for our 2 year old and asked John the property manager where the nearest rental place is. Within 10 Min John called and dropped of a pram for us that he had and let us use it for free for the holiday. Absolute life saver. Would definitely recommend this apartment you won't be disappointed.

Perfect base for a great holiday!
Absolutely stunning apartment, comfortable and all the facilities you need to have a great break. Great kitchen, lounge and balcony. The balcony would be a bit tight for 6 but perfect for 2 to enjoy a glass of something cold, air con works extremely well. Bathrooms are great and well equipped, bedrooms are of a good size as is the wardrobe space. Centrally located to the beach and shops, however if you struggle with walking you might need a taxi to get into town. However for us a great walk to walk off the one of many good meals enjoyed all over Nerja. Only disappointment is we do not own the apartment!!

Amazing all round
First of all thank you so much for allowing us to check in early and check out late as it cut out a lot of stress. The apartment is spotless and well maintained. It is so close to Burriana Beach and the town is only a few minutes walk. Every day we went to the swimming pool and most times we had it all to ourselves. The apartment is so big and is fitted out with everything you need and has great wifi. Beers, wine and water was left there for us what was a really nice touch. There are bars, restaurants and supermarket 5minutes walk away. We really truely loved our stay and thank you for making everything so welcoming and nice. Thank you Gill for all the helpful information before our arrival and making our booking so easy. We really look forward to booking with yous again in the future as this is perfect for us. Spain at its best
Had a lovely 11 days in this property. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was in a very good position for the seafront. We ate out each evening, so did not make much use of the kitchen, but it had everything you would need. We found the balcony small but it was in a lovely position and we had the sun for most of the day, including early morning breakfast which was lovely. The beds were super comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and there was shade available if needed. All in all a really enjoyable stay and I am hoping that we will be able to return at some time in the future.

Clean and tidy, good bathrooms and kitchen, secure complex with short walk to beach. Nice walks locally. Balcony a bit small if you wanted to sit out. Underground parking fine for small car but a bit tight for an estate. Street parking nearby was fine in January

Large apartment close to the beach.
Really great apartment close to the beach. Didn’t attempt to use the underground parking, it looked very tight, but no problem parking on the street next to the complex entrance. Pool is lovely and grounds well maintained.
Balcony was small and could have done with more toilet paper and washing up liquid. Otherwise very well equipped.
