Casa Lola is far more than just a beach house: its finishings and furnishings are of the highest standard; and its situation, in the southeast corner of Roche, offers direct access on to the pine forest and unimpaired views over a carpet of green.
Within the exclusive residential area of Roche, the house is 1.2km from the fabulous Roche beach and also from the protected coves known as the Calas de Conil (there is actually a lovely walk through the forest to the latter, starting from your back gate). It is 700m to the local shop, pharmacy, bar, and tennis courts. Bikes are strongly recommended to get the most out of this house, for both cycling to the beach and for trips into the forest. We can help organise cheap rental if you require more. This is a house for those people looking for comfort and tranquility as well as sand and surf. As a beach house, Casa Lola really is a bit of a luxury; and its location in a cul-de-sac backing on to the forest is totally peaceful (at night, all you will hear are the owls, the nightingales, and the distant waves!). For those of us who live here, we know that this corner is Roche's best-kept secret!
It is a 10-minute drive into Conil. Jerez, Cádiz, and Tarifa can all be reached in less than 40 minutes, while Seville is about 90 minutes. The "white villages" of Vejer and Medina are just 20 minutes away.
Accomodation at Casa Lola is on two floors. The ground floor comprises of a luxury kitchen with traditional tiled floor and sunny breakfast area, a large open-plan sitting room and dining room, and a bedroom wing that contains 3 good-sized bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en suite), plus a W.C. The first floor contains an even larger bedroom with its own bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom. Bathroom fittings, like those in the kitchen, are of the highest standard.
There is central heating and an open fire for the colder months.
Outside, there is a huge covered terrace for eating and sitting, along with a luxury BBQ. The terrace overlooks the pool (10x5m) and then out on to the forest beyond. The garden has plenty of lawn for playing.
A 10min walk will take us to the local shop, pharmacy, a couple of bars and restaurants, and childrens’ playground. Roche also has its own tennis and padel courts and five-a-side football pitches. In the summer months, there are several beach bars/restaurants to choose from within walking distance, some of which are now staying open all year. A 5-minute drive will then provide you with a far larger selection of both bars and restaurants. The area offers an endless list of activities and if you book with us, we provide you with detailed information on all our recommendations, details on local amenities, and our up-to-date guide to the best of everything! You could spend a wonderful holiday here without a car, and just hire bikes; but, assuming you will have a car, it’s 15 minutes to Conil, 20 minutes to the hill-top village of Vejer-de-la-Frontera, 30 minutes to Cadiz, 40 minutes to Tarifa and Jerez, and 90 minutes to Seville, all of which are well worth visiting.

La casa es una preciosidad, perfectamente equipada. La ubicación es perfecta, tranquila y en plena naturaleza, aunque alejada de la playa. Para ir a la playa a diario, es recomendable ir en coche, aunque es posible ir andando pero está algo lejos. Hemos echado de menos, aire acondicionado en el salón, aunque hay aire en todas las habitaciones. Muy cuidado el jardín y la zona de la piscina. Si podemos, repetiremos!

We know the area well but this was our first time in this villa. The best one we’ve stayed in. Layout worked really well to enable separation of bedrooms between different groups. High quality roomy villa with pool and private gardens in Cabo Roche
Quality furnishings and decorated with style, this substantial villa provides spacious high quality accommodation in an exclusive resort with a pool and a variety of nearby beaches. There are two terraced areas with outside seating for dining and relaxation and c.8 sunbeds by the pool. Its easily the best standard of accommodation we have ever enjoyed in Andalucia and I would highly recommend it.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Casa Lola
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene in Casa Lola und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Haus ist am ende einer Sackgasse und der Garten/Pool grenzt an einen Pinienwald und somit war es sehr ruhig. Es war herrlich, entweder zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad durch den Pinienwald an den wunderschönen Strand zu fahren. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig ausgestattet. Etliche Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und Gäste-WC, eine geräumige und sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche und ein Aussenbereich mit den beiden gedeckten Sitzgelegenheiten und Tischen. Innen wie auch Aussen war es sauber und entsprach den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Einzig das Internet war leider nicht überall zu empfangen und zeitweise kaum vorhanden. Die Verwaltung über DosXtremos, können wir empfehlen. Von der Reservation, über die Übernahme wie auch Abgabe, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Andrew und Maria sind sehr angenehme Verwalter und haben uns einige gute Tipps gegeben und waren immer zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder nach Roche reisen und ein Haus über DosXtremos mieten und können guten Gewissens eine Empfehlung abgeben.

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus in einer großen Villen-Siedlung
Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos des Anbieters. Nichts geschönt. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, Pool und Außenanlagen gepflegt (Poolwasser wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert). Ausstattung der Küche ungewöhnlich gut. Wir hatten sogar einen "Zauberstab", Mikrowelle, großer Backofen, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill, großer Kühlschrank, großer Gefrierschrank - perfekt. Der Wasserdruck ließ manchmal ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, was im Süden ja häufig mal der Fall ist. Eine kleine Absprache beim Duschen war hilfreich. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit dem sehr sympathischen Verwalter Andrew und seiner Crew. Zu unserer Überraschung war der Zeitraum unseres Aufenthaltes (24.9. - 8.10.18) wohl schon absolute Nebensaison, d. h. Temperaturen wie im Sommer (30 °C und mehr), aber die Siedlung war wie ausgestorben. Die Siedlung verfügte nur über einen kleinen Minimarkt, einen Bäcker, Apotheke und eine Eisdiele. Zum Einkaufen im nächsten Supermarkt musste man ca 10 km fahren. Der Strand in der Nähe war ein Traum - mehrere Kilometer lang, feinsandig, türkisfarbenes Wasser und wenig Menschen. Ein tolles Strandlokal mit gutem Essen, das aber schon um 17:00 Uhr die Küche schloss. Überhaupt hatten wir in der Gegend Probleme, vegetarische Mahlzeiten in den Restaurants zu bekommen. Eine Mitreisende hat bei den weniger Malen, die wir in Restaurants gegessen haben, wirklich nur Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce bekommen. Fleisch- und Fischesser kommen dagegen voll auf ihre Kosten. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus.

It is a very quiet place and excellent for calming down.
The showers need a little bit more pressure and we would have enjoyed some German TV channels, which were not available.
However, the kitchen was very well equipped and in total we had a great time at Casa Lola.

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped, located amidst a nice and quiet immediate environment allowing relaxing times.
It is as well located in order to combine exciting visits in great places such as Seville, Cadix... with relaxing stays at the beach (let me recommend the Bolonia beach in particular).

Incredible Memories
We loved our stay at Casa Lola, everything was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with a bathroom and it was fixed immediately. The house is designed to host big groups and we really enjoyed the proximity of the area to Sancti Petri, Cadiz, Conil and the local beaches. Andrew and Maria were incredible hosts, they accommodated all our requests in a timely and professional manner. Our group left with incredible memories and we all hope to return very soon.

Fantastic villa on a beautiful spot
We were impressed by this beautiful house. Very complete. Every room, kitchen, sittingroom and 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, was very large and tasteful furnished. A lot of space inside and outside the house. Outside two porches, one with a great diningtable and the other with a lovely lounge set so you can choose to sit in the sun or not. Large swimming pool with lounge beds with a view of the forest.
The cars could parked on the property. Ten minutes from the beaches and the city of Conil de la Frontera.
We were with 7 adults and 3 children. Unforgettable!!

Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus für 3 Familien - 6 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder - gesucht, und haben es in Roche gefunden.
Die Angaben zum Haus, Ausstattung und Zustand waren korrekt. Haus und Grundstück sind gepflegt und sauber.
Alle Mahlzeiten im Freien, Baden im Pool und genügend Platz für Freizeitbeschäftigung haben wir genossen. Ebenso bietet das Haus mehr als ausreichend Platz mit seinen 5 Schlafzimmern/Bädern, Küche und einem sehr komfortablen Gemeinschaftsraum – alles in guter und moderner Ausstattung.
Mit Fragen kann man sich an Andrew von DosXtremos wenden, der immer erreichbar und hilfreich war – auch schon während der Reisevorbereitung.
Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und den super schönen Strand von Roche.
Wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub und kommen wieder !

Excellent Property
We stayed away with in this fabulous house for a week and wished it was for longer. Casa Lola is very spacious, with excellent facilities, all you could need - home from home.
It is situated at the back of a residential village looking out onto a pine forest and about 10 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach.
The surrounding area is very rural, the beaches are white golden sand going for miles and local restaurants are excellence.
Also recommend the 'grand prix' at the local karting track (not cheap at €35pp and minimum 6 people for the grande prix package) half an hour karting and great great fun.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet residential area - at least it was in May half term. The house is neatly layed out for 2 families/groups wtih 5 double/twin rooms and has loads of space - inside and out. it's not overlooked and the house (esp the kitichen) is well stocked with everything you need. We had a really enjoyable week and seriously considering going back next year...

Mooie, rustige plek aan de rand van de natuur. Huis opvallend schoon, goed onderhouden. Enige minpunt: matrassen v/d bedden zijn aan de harde kant. Iets om mee rekening te houden: de 1e strandtenten gaan pas laatste weekend april open. Aanrader: bezoek het oude Sancti Petri, prima bereikbaar met de fiets. Hier ervaar je nog iets van het authentieke Andalusië, beeldschoon. Complimenten voor beheerder Andrew, hij staat klaar op afroep en heeft goeie tips voor de omgeving. Sevilla: 1,5 uur rijden, Puerto Banus: 2 uur rijden. Maar eerlijk gezegd wil je deze heerlijke plek helemaal niet verlaten!

Droomplek. Je blijft fotograferen!
Roche is een rustige woonwijk met luxe woningen, nauwelijks hotels, brede geasfalteerde straten en weinig hoogteverschil. Het omringende natuurschoon is onbebouwd en zeer mooi. Vanuit Roche zijn (ook voor de niet-geoefende fietser) mooie tochten te maken. Via Novo Santi Petri is een lang fietspad aangelegd naar Chiclana de la Frontera.
De woning ligt aan een doodlopende straat, de foto's op de site geven een eerlijk beeld van de werkelijkheid. Fraai ingericht met authentieke, originele antieke elementen en grote schilderijen. De keuken is zeer compleet uitgerust, er is ook een grote bbq. Tevens: wasmachine, droger, strijkplank, grote vriezer, goed functionerende wifi enz. De auto kan achter het hek in de schaduw worden geparkeerd onder een luifel. De tuin is volledig omsloten. Elke slaapkamer heeft airco.
Vrij uitzicht over het bos (loslopende paarden), 's nachts de geluiden van de uil, strand op 20 min. lopen door het bos of enkele minuten met de fiets. Heerlijk om 's avonds nog even anar de ondergaande zon te gaan kijken. Keuze uit talloze kleine baaien, elk even mooi. Dit is de costa van de Spanjaarden zelf. De -in de huur inbegrepen- fietsen zijn van een matige kwaliteit (roest). Beter: fietsen huren voor 11 euro per dag en deze laten bezorgen door Conil Bikes ([email protected]) bij Juan Rodriguez (spreekt ook Duits). Voor boodschappen is een auto nodig (10 min).
Beheerder Andrew heeft veel moeite gedaan om alle strandtenten, restaurants en andere tips te verzamelen en van commentaar te voorzien. Erg handig! Tip om rekening mee te houden in verband met koffie 's morgens op het (rustige!) strand: de meeste strandtenten gaan pas om 11 uur open. Andrew van Dos Extremos spreekt uitstekend Engels en bleek zeer betrouwbaar in het nakomen van afspraken.

The property is fabulous!
The property is fabulous. The rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. The description is accurate and the photos only give a hint of the little paradise.
We ate out but also cooked in and found everything we needed. The kitchen is a charm to work in.
The upstairs master bedroom provided privacy.
The backyard is so expansive, as it gives onto a wonderful park. I hesitated, as we visited on the cusp of the high season and could have had an ocean view. However, I did not regret the choice at all. The patio view of the park gives one a sensation of privacy and tranquility. Although I love the waves, we were protected from the winds and serenaded by birds at dusk. We walked to the ocean and easily found parking when we my mother wanted to join us.
The pool is clean and refreshing.
I visited with my mother, for her 75th birthday (from Canada), her friend and my husband. It was a perfect ending to our 2 week visit of Barcelona, Granada and Sevilla.
Andrew and his wife were communicative, good spirited and helpful. They provided restaurant suggestions and food shopping directions. They even printed out our boarding passes for us.
I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We enjoyed our stay and found the house very comfortable. It is a perfect house for a big group. There is a wonderful pizza restaurant close by that served grilled organic veggies and really good pizzas. We loved the outdoor space, really beautiful. Thank you!
