Tutto perfetto

Spiaggia privata dell’hotel molto bella, con lettino e ombrellone gratuito, bar aperto fino alle 23, wifi anche in spiaggia. Perfetto l’autobus per arrivare alla zona hotelera.

fatal servicio no vuelvo a reservar con ustedes cuando realice otro viaje.

pésimo servicio desde la recepción no me pudieron dar solución cuando llegue y encontré la habitación que había reservado sucia todo tirado con comida echada a perder las camas sucias y destendidas y cucarachas y me comentaron en recepción que ellos no sabían y no eran responsables de mi habitación y al siguiente día fuimos a reclamar y nos dijeron que no sabían nada que era muy aparte el hotel y los condominios y al final nadie nos pudo apoyar solo ofrecieron la habitación de junto pero ya la iban a ocupar otros huéspedes fatal servicio con ustedes no vuelvo a confiar.

Sowohl meine Begleitung, mit eigenen Zimmer, als auch ich würden hier leider nicht erneut buchen.

Lage in der Hotelzone war gut und ruhig. Personal/Security war stets nett. Bar, Restaurant, ATM und Pool waren in der Anlage vorhanden und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar.

Leider wurde die Unterkunft vorab überhaupt nicht geputzt (Haare im Abfluss, Besteck in der Spüle, Getränke von vorherigen Gästen und fleckige Bettwäsche). Die Armaturen im Badezimmer haben auch schon ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Es gab an einem Tag gar kein Wasser und die meiste Zeit über stand kalt duschen an der Tagesordnung. Wifi Verbindung absolut unbrauchbar, was das planen von Tagesausflügen in der Unterkunft unmöglich macht.

Las ventanas estaban muy sucias, la puerta de entrada quebrada e inservible completamente y se me cayo la lámpara del baño encima, esta mal colocada en los plafones. Fuera de eso, estaba bastante habitable. Sin duda volvería.

Nada agradable no volvería ni gratis

Solo la vista al mar porque ni se puede acceder a la playa

Las instalaciones demasiado muy viejas el cuarto feo los baños de afuera dañados no es agradable pues la verdad le falta mucho mantenimiento tenía cosas dañadas mucho mosco en el cuarto los platos del restaurante quebrados el precio me parece caro para el hotel además no te dan bn las indicaciones de cómo abrir allí nos tuvieron y no responden con facilidad el WhatsApp.

Melhorou ao longo do tempo mas o impacto inicial foi negativo.

O imóvel em si é bom e de bom tamanho, além de ter uma vista linda e dar direito à utilização da praia e da piscina do hotel, que são muito bons. Equipado com pratos e talheres, microondas e frigobar.

Não ficou claro no ato da reserva que era um RB&B. O imóvel é bom mas falta manutenção. O proprietário precisa revisar antes do hóspede entrar (ar condicionado pingando muito, internet não funcionou por boa parte do tempo, hall social mal acabado e “largado”. Falta uma cadeira, para sentar só tem as camas. O Diego, funcionário do imóvel me atendeu muito bem qdo foi acionado.

Creo que me gustó el que tenía buen acceso a la playa

No me gusto las habitaciones que se me otorgaron, considero que no es una buena relación calidad precio, escogí una cosa en la aplicación y me dieron otra cosa completamente diferente, no vi en las fotos las habitaciones que me entregaron, el lavabo del baño estaba roto, y no teníamos papel higiénico, en la segunda habitación no funcionaba toda la parte donde está la televisión, ahí mismo el internet, y toda esa área no tenía luz, no tenía señal de celular en el área donde entregaron la habitación y cuando pedí el wiffi en el lobby me dijeron que no se podía porque no estaba hospedada en el, que yo estaba en condominios de renta, de igual manera jamás me quisieron prestar un camastro y creo que se debe a lo mismo.

Overall it was good, but for the money I wish it was more updated and renovated.

Beautiful view, interesting style, exceptional customer service, clean towels and sheets.

Condo needs more maintenance as there was mold, kitchen sink almost broken, shower curtain was dirty and was hard to move. Some air purifiers would make a difference.

Not worth the price or the headache.

We are enthusiastic adaptable travellers but this place was terrible. The view was lovely but otherwise many concerns. We stayed one night and left, no refund from property.

All day construction noise (concrete hammering) from upstairs unit, see photo of long-time construction project). Broken cupboard doors, no microwave, dirty shower curtain and window curtain, no saucepan or kettle, dirty fridge and floor, no hot water in sink. One towel on arrival (housekeeper did bring more), older linens, old sofa. Buyer beware!

Biggest compliment was there was no way to lock the door. We were not given a key and once you entered the door code the door wouldn’t lock !very un safe No service no maid no clean towels or other wish and very few chairs or places to set inside or out

The location is great, very accessible to public buses, and with a nice beach area away from big hotel resorts, it is peaceful, the views are really beautiful.

The property is a condo inside an all-inclusive hotel. It is managed by an agency along with other properties; it is not a single owner. You can ask for access to hotel services at a premium. Customer service is terrible (not by the hotel but by the agency - the hotel staff is good). We were promised a kitchenette, but the facility did not have a working station to cook. There is an electric pan you can see in the pictures, however, it was broken. They promised to deliver a replacement, but it was never delivered. The whole exchange was very unprofessional - the owner got defensive, and everything was managed by WhatsApp messages. We did not have a trash can for three days. It was delivered on the last day. Kitchenette equipment is only viable for microwaving food/beverages; the fridge is small, but it can store food for two to three days. The mirror in the main room had a crack; we reported it to avoid liability, but they did not say anything about it.

Mooi complex

Het uitzicht is prachtig. Dichtbij is een gomart waar je je boodschappen kunt halen. Mooiste strand tijdens ons bezoek aan Mexico was hier. Ook fijn zwembad

Helaas hadden wij geen WiFi en 1 handdoek. Gelukkig vonden wij de linnen kamer en was 1 van de twee problemen opgelost.

Its right at the beach. A top location for the money. Its a lil far from like the busy area so if you like peaceful places this is the place to go

No wifi as advertised, black mold in bathroom

The view from the balcony is incredible, seriously beautiful. If you don't mind not having internet and a moldy shower, this would be perfect. Owners take forever to respond so you are on your own.

- TERRIBLE communication with the property, no response regarding non-working WiFi, which put us in a difficult spot as we needed it to work from the room. Had to pay my phone company for enough data to hotspot my laptop due to this, would rather have cancelled and gotten a refund as I lost more money overall than I paid for the room. - BLACK MOLD on the shower ceiling - Broken handle to balcony door, difficult to open - Sheets for loft bed dirty, and bed was not made so we had to make it ourselves.

Unique experience in Cancún

The place is very nice, clean and organized. The host is always available for anything you need. I like that it has a bus stop really close to the Condo and people there are very welcoming and friendly. I am coming back soon with my family this time. Cancún was unique and I want to explore more about it. It is a huge space for a family.

My very expensive camera was stolen from the room… this is not **** paint is falling off the walls and it’s not up to standard, you can’t change the temperature of the shower even. Difficult to find the room in the property, not marked clearly

Its not a hotel. Its like a private air bnb. You don't check-in with the hotel. The key is in the room door upon arrival. And you have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Good budget option!

The location is great, it is right on the beach and easy to access from the busier parts of the hotel zone / Cancun downtown via bus or taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful. Communication was easy with the owner via what’s app. As you can expect, it is not a luxury stay but it is a good deal if you have that in mind with your expectations!
