A dream come true

This establishment is owned and run by a family, who did everything in their power to make our stay memorable in the best of ways. Because this was our honeymoon, they decorated our room with flower petals, and even gave us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate out first day in Santorini. They also gave us the first breakfast for free. This is one of, if not the best hotel experience we have ever had. The helpfullness was never ending, even though we kept asking about things on WhatsApp, and the kindness never tired. We were simply amazed such good people still exist.

Honestly, I cannot find anything to put my finger on. Everything was just superb. If anything, it was so good it made our other experiences seem less good. lol

A peaceful stay close to any attraction in Santorini

perfect location to visit Santorini. close to the airport, 10 min by car from Thira and 20 min by Oia. The location have a private parking and it’s 5 min walk from the sea. The owners are perfect, they suggested amazing location and booked restaurants and attractions for us. Definitely recommend this one!

The perfect place to stay and explore the island of Santorini

A wonderful family-owned hotel a short distance from the noisy centre of town. Tina and George were warm and welcoming hosts, providing tips and recommendations for things to do and see on the island. lovely breakfast with great coffee. Highly recommended.

The place was well situated with private parking making it easy to access. The room itself was quite simple but clean. The shower was quite flooding the bathroom which is a bit small. Breakfast was ok.

The place is a bit old fashioned and would be better with renovation.

Very close to Kamari beach. Rooms are big and very clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. They accommodated our request of late checkout. famous pubs, bars and restaurant are very close to this property. We enjoyed our stay.

Reliable and kind staff

Good quiet location, far from the noise of the touristic part, but close enough to reach by foot. The room is spacious enough for two. The staff is very good and ready to share a bit of history knowledge with you.

Santorini is generally expensive, with prices in restaurant and bar close to western europe prices.

Best experience ever

Beautiful family hotel with a nice pool, just a few meters from Kamari beach, private parking, plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, many supermarkets nearby, very good choice for breakfast. What is really extraordinary is the hospitality and kindness of the owners, Tina and her husband. Very highly recommended!

Dream vacation

Everything was brilliant. The cleanliness is top notch. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The hosts are so nice and always willing to help. Tina is the one who is handling everything booking related and everything about the breakfast (which is very vast and always extremely fresh). She wakes up every morning at 6:30 to make it. George, her husband, is the one who provides all the information about Santorini, what to visit and what to not. If you have any questions about anything on Santorini (transportation, places to visit, scouter renting etc), go ahead and ask him and he will provide. Me and my girlfriend totally recommend this. We just spend 5 brilliant days here. Recommendation for future tourists. Do not eat at the restaurants next to the beach. They are expensive and the food doesn't meet up the price. Ask the hosts for recommendation. They will know better

Great accommodation, great hosts

The property is a few steps from the beach. Very friendly and clean room. The hosts are dedicated to their guests. Everything you need, such as transfers, instructions about the island, places to visit, restaurants and so on, they will explain to you.

Best little hotel in kamari.. hidden gem

Spotless clean, quiet, peaceful, perfect location for everything.. breakfast was lovely. The owners are a lovely couple and make you feel very welcome Gave us great advice of where to go on our day out on the quad bike. Feel relaxed and refreshed after 4 lovely days.

Absolutely amazing

Tina and George were very kind, extremely attentive, helpful and polite, always with a pleasant smile and attitude. The hotel is beautiful, close to the beach and the restaurants/shops. I can absolutely recommend! We will definitely be coming back soon!

great would highly recommend especially for young families.

the host was amazing. she looked after us so well. it was our first holiday abroad with our baby and she has set things up just right with highchairs and cots. she also offered lots of advice and was brilliant with our baby girl entertaining her!

Fabulous, friendly and fun!

It's a very friendly place, homely almost. Tina and her husband are very welcoming and will make sure you have everything you need during your stay. The hotel is centrally located, close to the beach and restaurants/shops. The bus stop for the bus to Fira is only a 2-minute walk away, which is super convenient. The swimming pool is lovely, as is the entire outdoor area. Wifi is good (there are 2 different networks - one for the room and one for the reception/outdoor area) and the place is clean. I also loved the fact I had my own little balcony with enough space to dry beach towels. etc.

Being a coffee snob, machine coffee is not my thing. But I don't even consider this a negative, as it's a personal preference. The Cretan Bakery opposite the bus stop does decent coffee and there are few other places in Kamari where you can get a nice coffee.

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and town. A grocery store around the corner by the bus stop and plenary of bakeries and restaurants to fill your belly. The breakfast provided was the standard European breakfast of fresh pastries, yogurts, jams, honey, cold meats, cheese, fruit, veggies and hard boil eggs. It hit the spot not to heavy, but filled you up for adventures. The host of Chez Sophie are wonderful and kind. They were super helpful arrange our transport around Santorini, the trips to and from the airport. Our flight came in late and we received a warm welcome and ice cold water from them. They are a delight. Our boys felt right at home. The bathroom was modern with a nice step-in shower. The beds were comfy and you could open the windows for a ocean breeze, and to hear the crashing waves at night. The room was spacious and we had a view of the ocean and sunrise. It really does look like the photos. It was just so relaxing and amazingly comfortable stay. Thank you! Tina was awesome at arrangements.

The staff ist very nice and friednly, ready to help with any questions one might have. I was staying only for one night but the personnel really welcomed me and helped with any matters I had. The location is very convenient, but far enough from the main road so one can enjoy a quite night. Only 10 minutes from the airport.

Great Santorini experience

We had perfect stay in Chez Sophie. We got room with beautiful view, room was very comfortable and clean with small fridge and balcony. We had everything we could need. Swimming poll was gret, looked amazing and water was very clean. We enjoyed our breakfst as well. Location is superb as well, very close to the beach but not in first row which make it more peaceful. What was the best was atmosphere, staff and owners. We got so much help and good recomendations that made our stay even better than we planned starting from restaurants, helping in renting a car and showing us what we need to see being first time in Santorini which were all true gems. We would definitely come back and recommend to everyone as great experience. Thanks you!

The staff are amazing and so friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They are amazing people. The location is perfect and the pool area is very relaxing. We will definitely be coming back on the next trip.
