Paradise in the jungle with large spacious rooms and a good restaurant

This is a lovely property out in the jungle. We watched butterflies and birds from the window in our room. The staff in the restaurant and the front desk were amazing and so was the transport service that took us to the airport in Brazil. It’s unfortunate that it was raining so that we couldn’t enjoy the pool.

We were not able to walk into town. The restaurant is very good which is lovely since it’s a bit of distance to get into town.

Súper recomendable

La verdad que fue un lindo combo,la piscina con temperatura ideal,las instalaciones súper cómodas,la carta a precios accesibles,la comida riquísima,el desayuno variado,el trato del personal súper cordial,la ubicación dentro de la selva hace que sea muy pacifico todo,la verdad que volvería a venir!

Por ahí tendría a alguien que esté más pendiente del área de la piscina, porque pasaba que se ahogaban insectos en el lapso de la tarde y quedaban ahí, pero fuera de eso todo genial

Disappointing

There are beautiful things like garden, swimming pool and other little things.

Cleaning in the restaurant and rooms. The staff is other item for review in this hotel, they have many bad manners with their guests.

Overall would not recommend this place.

Facilities are run down, the safe lock in the room did not work, no basic tea/coffee in the room, the breakfast was poor, pool was not clean.

Aesthetic housing in the forest with good infrastructure

Great location in the woods. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. The rooms are integrated into nature, everything around is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Large room size. Pleasant balcony. The restaurant cooks very tasty, very friendly staff and good prices. I was especially pleased that the menu has dishes of local cuisine. Parking place right next to the room on site. Very safe. We lived with two dogs. Very cool that the hotel is pet friendly. In the morning I saw monkeys in the trees, just super!

Very strange, but: There is no kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Water is paid. It's strange for this type of hotel. The policy of the restaurant at the hotel is nothing to take away, nothing to be delivered to the room. Although they made an exception for me, because my wife did not feel well. For which many thanks to the staff! The pool is not cleaned well enough, leaves floated in it for the whole day and no one cleaned them. The check-in was not fast, because at first the cards did not work, then it turned out that someone was already living in the room offered to us, while the staff went there despite the "do not disturb" sign. As a result, the settlement process turned out to be somewhat long. Pretty poor choice for breakfast. All these comments are not critical. All this did not affect our father in any way. We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

It could be longer, if we weren’t planning to visit other area of the country.

Location was great.. breakfast was good

We had a problem with our flight and we missed 1st night. We explained the situation to the hotel receptionist and manager. They agreed to only pay for 2 nights. When we had to settle the balance before checking out, we were surprised that we had to pay for 3 nights. The receptionist refused to get in contact with his colleague or manager and he only sticked to booking reservation. We came from Lebanon with 17 hour flight. We had a problem with our internal flight, they didn’t allow us to travel on time. The afternoon tickets were sold out and we had to take the morning flight of the next day. The way the hotel dealt with us wasn’t pleasant even though we liked the hotel, its facilities and assistance with activities.

Nice stay in the selva.

The restaurant had a lot of vegetarian and veggie options. They were very accommodating. The pool had a bar and served food. Very beautiful sunsets.

The showers were not very warm in the morning, you could hear loud neighbours and the shower overflows a bit if you're not careful.

Good value for money.

the view- all the trees around the hotels, the room was comfortable.

The pool was dirty, there were ants in the bathroom and the waiters at the restaurant didn’t know much English but you can get by with it.

the place was fine, it was a lot cheaper then alternatives booking shortly upfront, but: all pictures are dated from before 2000 at least,the floors are sticky, the fridge is noisy and nothing has been refurbished since the first picture was taken.

Pleasant

The restaurant was quite good. Nice meals and drinks. The breakfast was very complete (Bread, eggs, juice, cheese, jamon ham, fruit salad, etc.)

It wasn’t so comfortable. We experienced noises several times. The first day I wanted to take a small nap, but some worker of the hotel was cleaning the pathways with an air blowing machine so sleeping was impossible. The next day, in the middle of the night, we could hear very loud music until 1am and when we complained about it the next day, we felt that the receptionist was mocking us, saying that the music “was coming from Brazil”.

Fine if you’re on a budget

Affordable hotel for one night to visit the Iguazu falls.

The hotel is in poor condition and is in high need of some reconstruction. Hotel furniture needs to be upgraded as well. Didn’t like the load music that was constantly played in the restaurant and pool area. Also the restaurant menu could use an update: few selections and poor food. Staff doesn’t speak English very well so keep that in mind.
