Very clean and spacious room. The owner provided us free parking.
The building was old and the style of the room quiet old fashioned. The breakfast was poor and it was served in another building.

Very good staff,great customer care.

Good location - grocery store down the street, restaurants nearby but almost all were closed on the Wednesday night that we were there. Also close to Paestum (less than 30 minutes)
Decent towels & wifi
BUT none of this mattered, because of all the negatives
We stayed at 3 star B&Bs, agriturismos and hotels across southern Italy during our trip in April 2023 with super clean accommodations, excellent staff, and beautiful breakfasts. This place did NOT measure up to 3 stars. It's a few rooms in a couple of buildings. We stayed in a large studio with a decent kitchenette but not sure how clean the dishes were. The bed sheets were paper thin- definitely not commercial-grade. (I don't think the pillows had pillow protectors.)The sofa had a broken leg, the desk chair fabric was ripped. There were stains on the walls, couch and bedspread. The balcony was on an angle, the patio furniture was rickety, dirty and rusty. The walkin closet was more like a storage room with a drape for a door, a couple of hangers, extra pillows & blanket on the floor, a loose safe box (that could easily be removed - not very safe). Renovations began on the unit next door at 8:30 am (jack hammers/drills/hammering), so not restful.
We had another couple staying in a unit in the other building. They had hairs in their bed which turned them off immediately, and not all the electrical outlets worked.
The breakfast room opened late. It had stained disposable tablecloths that easily could have been replaced. Breakfast consisted of a coffee, 2 pastries thrown on plates with bare hands, no gloves or utensils. For 4 people we had 2 knives, no other cutlery. (Proper utensils, pleasant staff, clean tablecloths, maybe fruit or yogurt would've been nice.) We had pre-paid for 2 nights but left after one. We were concerned about the lack of cleanliness and security (the keys were in the door when we arrived). At all the other accommodations, we had to provide our passports for registration with police (as is normal across Europe.) We were not asked for them at this place. Made us wonder if it's a legitimate B&B. If you are looking for a 1 or 2 star place, this location might be fine for you.

Beautiful apartment, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Thanks for the coffee machine. The owner was very helpful. No problem with early check in and late check out.
It will be nice to have some glasses for cold drinks.

The apartment has a nice view, it’s super comfortable (the bed and pillows were a real highlight) and clean! The breakfast is in a different building but worthy the walk (nice croissants, cake and coffee)! Parking is in front of the house and free! Totally recommend it!

Nice room with large balcony and sea view. Very close to the beach and city centre in walking distance. Owner and staff were very nice and helpful, the owner even carried my luggage upstairs.

Fabulous position and view.

Great view, big rooms, big balcony, nice owner who was very helpful. Lot's of restaurants nearby. Beach near was closed but 15 minutes walk to a good one on the main road.
Bed was very hard, no coffee facilities in room. Breakfast was not as advertised, got given some pastries and French toast from a packet.

The actual room is comfortable, clean, and has a nice view
unfortunately, there obnoxious unplanned noise throughout our stay.
there was construction outside of the window all day long both days
there was also a political rally with a loud PA system at Sunset for two hours the first day, and then the gals in the next room were very loud when they came home at four in the morning.
☹️☹️

Comfortable room, great view, nice staff.
Absolutely incomprehensible faucet in the shower. I would have liked more variety at breakfast, there was only pastries every day.

The location was terrific and the staff very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay in Agropoli spending one day at the beach, walks through the village and exploring the castle and museum. Also had some great meals.
No complaints.

Large suite with 2 airconditioning units and a large balcony. Great view of the sea and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The host, who speaks very limited English, is very sweet and helpful.

Delicious breakfast and spacious apartment with amazing Sea views! Our host and staff were very friendly and accommodating! We traveled with 2 adults and 2 children and 1 dog. This place is close to everything, restaurants, shops, supermarket, castle, historic town center. We had a great time walking the pier which is just steps from our apartment.
