Lakeside Cabin is a rustic lodge which overlooks a beautiful lake and is set in woodland within the grounds of the owner's trout farm. Set just half a mile from the picturesque hamlet of Sheldon, and seven miles from Honiton, this property can sleep two people. This all ground floor property has a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking and a covered veranda with furniture, leading to a large lawned area and an unfenced lake just 15 yards away. There is also private trout fishing available in the lake at an extra charge (please contact the owner for more information, there is a 10% reduction for guests). Lakeside Cabin is a wonderful holiday base and is ideal for fans of fishing.

Covered veranda with furniture, leading to large lawned area and unfenced lake 15 yards from property. Trout fishing at lake open to the public 7am -5pm.(10% reduction for guests). Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no vaping. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: As this property is situated in a valley, there is no mobile reception. Note: Due to the unfenced lake, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Parking is 50 yards from the cabin and access is along a graveled path.

Sheldon is centrally located to explore attractions further away, such as the City of Exeter with its ancient Cathedral, High Street shopping and arts centres. Historic Honiton is also nearby, giving you a chance to find out more about the honey exports that gave the town its name and, a few miles south, you'll find the unspoilt beaches of Exmouth and the rest of the Jurassic Coast.
