We assure you that the three spacious and independent suites with a common comfortable living room and a kitchen will gurantee you the maximum privacy and comfort during your stay at the Villa. Each suite is furnished with a kitchenette, bathroom, TV, Nespresso machine and an internal and external wi-fi connection. It’s relaxing to enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace and take a walk in the garden among the lemon trees and a variety of flowering plants.
Depending on availablity, if you are coming by car and if you let us know in advance, we could arrange a guarded private parking spot on our premises for free. On arrival at the Villa, there will be Davide to meet you and welcome you. Davide speaks Italian and English. He is very reliable and could be called upon to drive you around the town. You can also call upon him for whatever assistance you may need during your stay such as grocery shopping and planning excursions, etc.
authority has decided on tourist accommodation tax payments due from the guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed breakfasts. The tourist accommodation tax ( 2.5 euros per person per night) is due for each night spent in Positano's accommodation facilities. Exemptions: children up to age 10

Everything about our stay was amazing. There are not enough words to describe how amazing and helpful Davide was during our entire stay. The villa was clean, well stocked, and had an absolutely fantastic view. The pool was perfect, again with an amazing view. The food and coffee trucks that are right at the top of the villa are extremely convenient and a spot we hit multiple times a day for fresh fruit/snacks/drinks/ect and they greeted us with a smile every time. We felt like family everywhere we went. Can’t wait to go back, and we feel like we left Italy with an addition to our family (Davide). You can’t go wrong with this property.

Our stay here in Positano was wonderful. My husband and our friends had a great time. We ha ha d the pizza chef one night and it was amazing. The views were spectacular and the pool very nice. David greets you at the villa and helps with any arrangements you might need. Perfect place for our vacation.

We have very mixed reviews of this villa. I stayed with a group of friends at this villa for a total of 4 nights. The owner, PierLuigi, was kind enough to set up transport from Naples to Positano which was very convenient. Upon arrival to the villa, it was very clear that the address listed on the booking was incorrect. This was brought up to the property manager, Davide, who met us at the villa. He said he would bring it up to PierLuigi, but we never heard anything back. The villa is located at the very start of positano, but the listing address was set to only steps from the main beach of positano which is over a 30 minute walk from the villa down/up hundreds of steps. Positano is known for its location on the slope of a mountain - with that comes stairs…however, we paid to be at the location listed on the listing. We reached out to PierLuigi ourselves and never heard anything back. We also contacted VRBO and are waiting for a reply from the owner.
While this address discrepancy was a HUGE disappointment, the villa is located in one of the most beautiful locations in the world - so of course the views were great. Davide was also very helpful with restaurant recommendations.
The layout of the villa is a bit disjointed. There are four levels - 1) bedroom with a main kitchen and living room, 2) a bedroom 3) third bedroom 4) a pool. You do have to go outside and down several sets stairs to get between levels. That being said, I would not recommend this villa for groups of friends looking to all hangout together. However, it would be nice for 3 couples who would like more private spaces.
The third bedroom was very damp and smelled of mold. We pulled out some of the blankets under the bed and mold was scattered throughout. There was also small drops of blood on most of the sets of sheets/duvets on the beds throughout the villa.
Overall, we were disappointed that the listing was not what was represented to us through the listing and the lack of communication from the host/owner when we expressed our concerns with the location and the cleanliness (particularly of the third bedroom). We will continue to follow up on this with VRBO.

This was my second time in Positano. First time we stayed closer to town, a busier area. This villa is located at the very top, so it’s a quieter area which was fantastic. The villa comes with a concierge/driver, Davide, which was AMAZING. He was resourceful and genuinely courteous. Beautiful villa, very clean. The views are better in person. Overall we were very pleased. We were a party of 6, including a 3 year old.

We had a girls trip to Italy to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and ended our trip with 5 days in Positano and stayed at this Villa. We were all so happy, comfortable and enjoyed everything it had to offer! Davide, is the host of the property and deserves his own 5 star review! He is so kind & hospitable. When we go back, we will stay here again!

Great place! Very private.
Our family loved our stay! The host was very responsive and communicated very well in advance. Our on-site host, David, was really helpful with arranging transportation and dinners for us! Everything was super clean and worked well. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the private patios. We would stay here again!

Stunning property
This was a real treat for our group of 3 couples. Davide was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. Lots of good recommendations and fun things to do in the area. Lots of stairs... so make sure that you are in shape.

Better than we could have imagined!
This place is a dream! From the second we got there until the second we left, we had the most enjoyable time.
When we first arrived, David was waiting for us at the Hotel Agave (the neighboring hotel). It was very easy to communicate with him and meet at the right place and time. David, who was the unsung hero of our trip to Positano, helped us with our bags and showed us to the villa. We obviously had only seen the photos online, and we absolutely blown away by the villa in person. Each of the bedrooms is on their own private floor, each with a bathroom (one has 2!), and a kitchen. The room were very clean, and nicely air conditioned. The pool and view were a slice of heaven.
In terms of location, the villa is at the top of the hill in Positano. This makes for a absolutely gorgeous view, but there it is a bit of a walk to the grocery store or town. There is a short cut path that takes about 10 minutes to get to the start of town, so it was not so bad. Also, David was there with his orange van (and excellent playlist) to take us to/from town during "business hours" (~8am-7:30pm). This saved us a lot of money, since taxis to/from town are Euro 25 for a 4 person car and Euro 40 for a 5+ van.
The villa is next to a hotel, which sometimes makes it feels like it is a part of, but it is not. There is a private beach that the hotel offers chairs and umbrellas for, which are not included for villa guests (cost Euro 100/day and Euro 25 to use the elevator). Therefore, we went to the other beaches in Positano and enjoyed our private pool.
Overall, we absolutely loved this villa (and David!) and hope to get back here soon. You will not be disappointed by this villa and Positano in general.

The Villa was more than we expected
The villa was spacious and beautiful. Davide was the absolute best and helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend this villa to anyone interested in staying in Positano and needs the common space to share with members of your group. The stairs can be a bit much but whenever we needed a ride Davide was always available to help us. He secured us reservations at all the best restaurants and set us up with a boat rental to Capri with a fantastic captain.
Very happy with our trip and our decision to stay at this location.

Good house, great view
It's a little hard to figure out from the pictures, but the top unit's the only one set up for socializing - there's a decent-sized living room and outdoor patio. Middle and bottom units are smaller, and the pool is outside the bottom unit. Be ready to climb a lot of stairs - about 200 or so to get from the bottom unit up to the road. Overall, the house is fine, showers are small. But you're really paying for the awesome views, and Davide was super-helpful in helping us make reservations and making sure everything went smoothly.

Attractive property in stunning location !
This is an ideal place to stay for a family who wants a bit of separate space, but if you go down toward the ocean, each little apartment is less well equipped than the last one so you need to plan to use the top apartment for any kind of kitchen or laundry activities Davide is super helpful with restaurant recommendations, making a reservation and other helpful tips, as well as getting you back-and-forth to town, unless you want a serious workout each way which is fun, too ! The one glaring negative was a dog barking next-door almost every day when his owners left for the day. Makes it tougher to enjoy the pool which is lovely

The view, the flowers, the tile work, especially the tile work. This is an immaculate property throughout with too many extras and special touches to mentionDavide is the man. He got us reservations when and where we wanted, was a wealth of information, and just generally made everything easy.We had three couples and a friend so the rooms were perfect;4 bathrooms A joint breakfast in the top apartment was the start of each morning. There is a fine grocer nearby and a very fine restaurant just down the hill a little ways. Anyway, I will be back. What a bargain for a stay in Positano. Thank you Davide for all your attention and help. Regards,Greg

The pictures do not do justice to the villa--it is a very special place. We spent 4 nights with our family of four--two teenagers. Each of us had our own space on separate levels of the villa with our own bedroom/bathroom/kitchen area/terrace area. All of us loved the house. The views are spectacular from all of the rooms, the landscaping is beautiful, and the pool is very inviting (& larger than it looks in the pictures). The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped with beautiful ceramic dishes. It was hard to leave the villa because it was so lovely. Davide was very helpful with advice of things to do and to drive us into town. We were able to enjoy Positano while being separate from the crowds of tourists.I highly recommend hiring a boat for a day--we went around Capri and along part of the Amalfi Coast. We were able to swim in beautiful caves and coves, jump from cliffs, and experience the beauty from the water. We also had delicious pizza from the wood-burning pizza oven.

Gorgeous Villa Perfect for Couples or Family
Our family of 6 stayed here and loved every minute. It is perfect for 3 couples and two of the rooms even have space for 1-2 small children. The property is even more gorgeous than the photos, and the host Davide was so friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool everyday (it was heated so could even go in the morning and at night.) We had no issue using the furnicular to the private beach located down below. You should note that it is about 25 euros to take a cab to town, and it would be about a 30 minute walk if you did decide to walk. There are a few little markets about a 10 minute walk away that sell amazing meats, cheeses and produce. All in all great villa and I would rent it again.
