About this apartment rental

This studio condo is minutes from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. It has been completely renovated in 2018 with chic, modern appeal. The condo has excellent storage space with 2 closets, white shaker kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, luxury vinyl wood flooring, tiled bathroom with tub and shower, new stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 2 induction heating units for cooking along with a full set of pots and pans. There is also a gas grill on the property for grilling. There is a brand new queen sized murphy bed as well as a couch that converts a comfortable full size bed and a chaise lounge that sleeps one person very comfortably. There are two rocking chairs and a table that opens up for four people to fit easily. Enjoy free wifi and cable tv with a 55 inch curved tv. Feel the luxury of being close to the shops and restaurants of Perkins Cove while enjoying the peacefulness and respite of being less than 5 minutes away. The condo is located in a private area away from traffic. No smoking; no pets; one parking space authorized.

Directions traveling South:

I-95 South. Take Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford). Turn left at light onto Sanford Rd (ME-109). Turn right onto Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Post Road (Route 1 South). Continue Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. When you enter Ogunquit Center, turn left onto Shore Road. Follow Shore Road until you see a large parking lot on your right. Bear right after the parking lot (still Shore Road). About ¼ mile on right is the Hillcrest Inn Resort at 512 Shore Road. Turn right on Pine Hill South and travel approximately 100 yards. Turn right into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

Directions traveling North:

I-95 North. Take Exit 7 (York/Ogunquit). Take left onto Blue Star Memorial Highway (Route 1 North). Continue Route 1 North for approx. 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill Road. Follow Pine Hill Road for about 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill South. Travel .2 mile and turn left into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

The unit is clean and has many kitchen supplies. If you are a tea drinker you’ll need to know how to use an induction cooktop in order to boil your water. It was a quiet, relaxing place for our vacation.

Alice was very kind, friendly, informative, and quickly responsive to my questions. Alice was also very patient and helpful in resolving a financial situation that was VRBO’s mistake. I give her much credit for how she handled and resolved the issue. Location was literally a two minute walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. I appreciate Alice, her hospitality, and her wonderful condo.

Alice’s apartment was exactly what my wife and I needed for a quick getaway with easy access to town and private parking. The listing was accurate and the apartment was comfy and very cool during a hot week. Alice was easy to contact and we could walk to town along the beautiful marginal walkway near Perkins cove. The property was very clean with nice updates throughout. It is walking distance to the footbridge and very close to Perkins Cove and downtown. My friend and I were there for some last minute R&R and Alice was very easy to work with and accommodating.

. Owner communication package was very clear. Place was very quiet and clean. When booking, I did not realize there was a walking bridge to Perkins Cove. Had to cut the trip 2 days short because of Hurricane Lee. Should of purchased travel insurance.

This condo was very comfortable and well equipped. There were 2 hotplates, plenty of kitchen supplies including spices and a selection of coffees. Drip coffee maker and a french press. Our trip was strictly to relax and we did. The owner Alice was very reaposive and helpful.

Hubby & I took a 3-day getaway to Ogunquit after visiting family in New England. This condo is immaculate, beautifully remodeled and in a peaceful location but only a 5 min walk to Perkins Cove. Great for a couple. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everehere. Would love to come back again.

Once in Ogunquit, Perkins Cove is and idyllic spot for eating, shopping and enjoying the Marginal Way. This property in Cape Neddick is a short walk right over the drawbridge. Perfect spot. Clean, stocked to spend time cooking. One request would be a dresser. Thank you!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We absolutely loved it here. It was just a short walk from Perkins Cove which was awesome because we didn’t have to pay for parking. Alice was very welcoming and made sure all questions were answered, made sure we got there okay, and checked in on us (over text) during our stay. Its fairly small so it was just right for a couple for a long weekend. I would love to go back again!

We came here the week after our wedding and had a wonderful stay. Everything was available except a stove, but they had a hot plate to use instead. The site was close to everything and we were able to walk to Perkin's Cove for dinner, site-seeing and shopping. We had a wonderful time and want to thank Alice for letting us stay here!

The condo was perfect! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! It was during off season, which was nice as the stores and restaurants weren’t overly populated! Ogunquit is under an hour from Portland, Salem and Boston so we were able to see the great tourist areas, but also enjoy the lovely little town of Ogunquit! I strongly recommend The Marginal Way wall just down the street! Absolutely gorgeous! Alice was really easy to contact and provided everything we needed and anticipated everything we might have questions about! We can’t wait to return!

Disappointed. Upon arrival we had a note that the large refrigerator was not working. Worse, the shared laundry was coin-op and the washer didn’t work properly. Had to wring clothes out by hand! Additionally, the laundry couldn’t be accessed before 9AM. The unit was close to Perkins Cove however, a good portion of the walk was on a curvy road without sidewalks. The unit was nicely updated and decorated. Alice did include chairs and towels for the beach.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed this studio condo. The decor was lovely and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed walking down to Perkins Cove and visiting the shops and restaurants. The trolley takes you into downtown Ogunquit, but it didn’t run as consistently as we would have liked. Other than a minor hiccup with the refrigerator, we have nothing but positive feelings about our week in Cape Neddick.
