Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating when I called to say I'd be arriving late.

Our room at the Mariner was comfortable and roomy. We were there for 2 nights. Loved that our room had a refrigerator, not a tiny one. My only regret was noise above us and on both sides of us. We could hear walking above and talking from the rooms beside us. I would definitely go back but only during the week, not on a weekend.
I loved there was an indoor & outdoor pool as well as an outdoor hot tub! Also, very beautiful sitting on chairs on the hill.

Comfortable room with a nice view of the ocean in the distance. Really liked the ladies at the front desk.

It was very clean and I felt safe as a single woman alone. The check in staff was very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I’m picky about that. It was quiet in mid October, not sure how it would be in peak season. Having a full refrigerator and a microwave was a nice bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay. View is amazing. Glad it’s off the beaten path from town. Very charming. I wish they had coffee pots in the rooms

Great motel nothing bad to say about this motel . Everything was perfect. The view from the bacony was beautiful. Every time I go back to Ogunquit for a few days , I will always return to this motel for sur.

We were only there for one night, but it was an enjoyable stay with a glimpse of the water to enjoy. We would definitely stay again.

It was wonderful. Got the off season price so it wasn't insanely expensive. The room was great. The room was amazing. It is centrally located to all the stuff. I was very happy with the whole thing.

Mark the Inn Keeper was fantastic. He was personable, caring, and friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful. He made homemade muffins and popovers. There were also fresh fruits and hard boiled eggs. The coffee was delicious as well. We highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the quiet location away from the busy town but close enough to enjoy the beach and Perkins Cove.

Noise level with other guests was terrible. tried to call and complain, office was closed by 8p. Noise went on unattended until almost 4a. spoke to hotel staff the next morning it was like: Oh well, sorry.........

Nice property with friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious room. Sunny pool area. Good coffee in the morning. It is a good distance from town (not really walkable) but there is a shuttle stop across from the resort.

Very comfortable.
2 min drive to beach or 17 min walk.
Beautiful beach and short drive to town.

The place was well maintained, and rooms clean. My only complaint was the TV. It was so SMALL on the wall that if had Binoculars could have seen and watch it better. Plus, the fact had very FEW channels to watch. As older folks we don't stay out late and when get back to room (about 8:30PM) like to relax and watch TV. Other than that, the place was good.

This was a cute nice property. It served all of our needs. Transportation to town was a bit difficult due to traffic but we had a great time.

I have been staying at the Mariner for eight summers each time we visit Ogunquit. It is a beautiful place with a lovely view of the Ogunquit River.

The Mariner was nice enough and cheaper for the time of year compared to other places, but a little further from the main beach. The only issue we had was the time of year we went in August which was absolutely mobbed with people, and trying to park near the beach was not a happening thing. if you want to go to Ogunquit Beach in August, get up early and get to the parking lots as soon as they open or pay the absorbent rates so that you are close enough to walk. You could walk.
Footbridge Beach(connected to the main beach) is actually only .7 miles so you could walk to that beach, although my wife was healing from a foot injury so that was a little too far for her to walk.
We did try both pools the outside one was a little too cold for my taste, but the inside one while still cool was warm enough.

We really enjoyed our stay! Quiet, nice view, and close to dining and tourist attractions

Price Gouging. It was a regular motel, but easily the most expensive of our trip. Even worse, it wasn't even relatively close within walking distance to attractions. We were so disappointed, we just got up and left. The air conditioning rattles all night and the ceiling is so thin, it woke us up at 3:30am when the people upstairs got up to use the restroom.
The pools and hot tub are nice. No breakfast offered either. Only coffee.

We loved staying at the Mariner resort as a family with young children. The hotel room was spacious for the kids to play. A full fridge and microwave to have lunch after swimming in the pool. We enjoyed the pool because it had a shallow end that was safe for young kids. We will definitely return next summer!

This was probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in years!!!! Our room was made up and cleaned perfect EVERY day- the only *concern* is i REALLY did not need a new soap every day!!! Nice gesture but not needed. WE also loved the pool/picnic area...

Nothing fancy but definitely a nice motel. The room was clean and the area seemed pretty well maintained. The motel was just a few minute drive away from Ogunquit Beach. One word of caution though about the area; be sure to have something planned for your meals, especially dinner. Very little in the way of delivery options and even door dash was not successful as they could not locate any drivers for me and all the restaurants stop delivering earlier on. Good thing I packed protein shakes because that was my dinner one night. But other than that, it's a beautiful area and I have no complaints about the motel whatsoever. I would definitely go back again. : )

Had a great three-night stay here. There are so many choices around Ogunquit but the Mariner had friendly staff, a great location and big spacious rooms. We loved the Adirondack chairs outside each room, and the pool was great (had indoor and outdoor but neither heated) as was the hot tub. Generally it was quiet, and it was nice to have a microwave and full fridge. Coffee/tea at 7am was nice - otherwise you need to bring your own food or dine out like we did. I wouldn't advise walking down the highway for food just due to lack of sidewalks all the way and so much traffic. We drove into town for dinners and paid to park on the beach road and would recommend that. Lovely stay - we will have the fondest memories!

Usually a great place to stay, but this time we were in a room that someone had smoked in, and then the staff had covered it up with an air freshener spray, which made it worse. They didn’t have any other rooms, so we were stuck there. They offered us a discount, but it I’d rather have a clean room. Lots of choices up there, so we probably won’t be going back.

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff are very nice. Flowering bushes and lovely views, grills for cooking out and lovely outdoor pool. Our beds were firm and the linens fresh white and soft. We recommend adding a vertical grab bar to get in and out of the high sided bath tub.

The overall condition wasn’t as expected, floors were dirty, room was barely cleaned, bedding was uncomfortable. Room is in desperate need of an upgrade.

Hotel was wonderful! Loved the pools and hot tub, sitting on the lawn looking out over the tidal river was amazing! Rooms were so clean and nicely updated. We will definitely return!

Wonderful weekend. Cooking in the gas grille and enjoyed the sun

I've stayed a handful of times, and they never disappoint. I wish late check out was an option, even if for an additional fee, but other than that- no complaints. Staff friendly, place is extremely clean and well-maintained grounds. Beautiful flowers.
