LACK OF HOT WATER,HAD TO KILL SCORPION IN MY ROOM ,THE DOOR WASNT ALIGNED,NO SINK OR TAP TO FETCH WATER BESIDES THE BATHROOM,NO MOP,NO SHOWER CURTAIN

Very nice and quiet location. A little far from the city center, the possibility of swimming in the pool and jacuzzi. Kind staff. We will be happy to come back. 🇸🇮

The flooring tiles in our room 2 was Crackling each time you walked, if hey can redo the tiling, and he room would be excellent.

Location not bad . Toilet was not working. There was no hot water

Very good

Great location, beautiful quarter. Plenty delicious restaurants around. The hotel is very clean.

The welcome a bit cold. internet doesn’t work in the room.

The staff make one want to stay under bad conditions because at the end of the day is about people

The people working there are trying their best. However the place need major renovations. The TV and Fridge I the room could not function because they are on Solar and Generator.

The swimming pool not taken care of. The garden around the property was not manicured, it looked like a snake could appear anytime

The hostess and staff let us know they were there when needed,without being overbearing.The room was super clean and cosy.Breakfast was served at a time convinient to us and not a minute later.The room faces the swimming pool and the view was amazing to wale up to.

Having to leave at the end of our stay.I liked the place so much i'll definitely stay there whenever i'm in Bulawayo.

I honestly expected a lot better from such a renowned Bulawayo lodge.

The quiet location and that they allowed us a few hours to use their gazebo for my nephew's birthday celebration.

The hospitality was horrible, the breakfast subpar. We always had to ask for certain basic amenities to be provided to us which they would provide not with a smile but grudgingly. Running water was barely available and we were only told on arrival that the TVs were not working regardless of the fact that they advertise that they have rooms with DSTV. The pool was also quite dirty as well. I would love to see this once iconic place of accomodation revived and vibrant again.

Breakfast was poor, I had to ask for utensils yet on my booking they were said to be available in the room. The bed was good n quiteness of the area. TVs were just display items not working, though blamed on load. shedding. When I arrived I expected my name on the guest list for that day but instead the reception was not aware of my booking.

Staff were friendly and they are doing their best to service the customers.

Found cockroaches, dead skin of lizards and poor electrification. A lot need to be fixed and it is far from city. A few renovations will definitely make this property a good stay.

Terrible location, very far from the main street and far from the center. Unprofessional staff that left a very bad memory of this city in our minds Normally, when you enter a city, it is the hotel and the hotel staff who give you information about the sights of that area and how to get there, remember that this hotel cannot give you correct information and it will cause you financial and time loss.
