Guests had an amazing time at the villa, enjoying the well-equipped house, beautiful pool, and great communication with the owner. Ideal for relaxation and exploring the surrounding areas.

Myself, my husband, adult daughter and boyfriend stayed for a week at the beginning of September 2024, together with our small dog. The gated property is simply fabulous, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need and more, we like to source local food and cook and ate outside by the beautiful pool and inside too in the stunning dining room when the storm came.
The property was spacious, cool and clean. The lady in the local boulangerie was very pleasant providing gluten free bakery too. We had a beautiful meal at the L'auberge Fleurie in Fayence and fantastic moules in San Raphael, but did not need to travel too much further as we had driven a long way from England and had visited nearby places in previous years but, simply, because the property was so lovely, we were just happy to be there and enjoy family time together in the peaceful surroundings. Communication with hosts and managers was really helpful throughout and we are so grateful for your attention to detail and your obvious care. Thank you -we would love to visit again

We absolutely loved our holiday at Les Colles. The pool is amazing , lovely temperature and being surrounded by nature was so special. Ann has thought of everything to make it a home away from come. The village is a short walk away and we used the bakery and butchers and the cafe on the square regularly . We have already booked for next year

We had a very pleasant time in a well-equipped and spacious house with its large and calm surrounding.
The large pool and the terrace with its deck-chairs were comfortable places for recreation.
The nearer (Fayence, Seillans, Tourrette, Callian, Montaroux) and farer (from St. Tropez to Nizza) surrounding could be visited without any problems by bike and car.
In the end always kind communication with Ann, the owner of the property.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. Ideally placed to allow for trips to the lakes, beach and Monaco. The villa itself flows wonderfully from indoors to out and has a really good feel about it. We did stay late into the season, following a significant dry spell and a little needed tlc is needed to the pool and surrounding area is the only reason I didn’t give this five stars. Unfortunately the village was closed for half of the holiday which is not a fault of the property but worth considering and bearing in mind if you travel during the last week of the school summer holidays. I would absolutely love to return but would come early in the holidays rather than the end. Ann was wonderful with help and communication.

Great property, home-from-home. Everything that you need to make your stay perfect is there. Ann and Eugene have thought of everything. Great to have your own pool, especially in those very hot days! We have stayed many times and hope to continue.

This villa has an excellent pool, perfect for our family of five and bigger than many others. It is in an excellent location - very secluded but near to Fayence which has everything you could need. There is a good bakery (La Grillotine) there which we found useful for breakfast. There are a number of Domaines around where you can buy some lovely local wine. Fréjus is only half an hour away if you want to get to the coast (well worth going on Monday evenings in July and August to see the fireworks from the beach). This is the second time we have stayed here. We came back because it’s in a great location, excellent value and just right for our teenage family of five.

We spent 2 weeks in the villa and enjoyed every day. It is a quiet area in close distance to the village. The pool is very nice and we spent a lot of time there in the warm and nice weather. The location is ideal for trips in the area and to visit restaurants in Fayence and shop at Super U. The villa is well equiped and cleaned and a nice outdoor area. We would like to come back at a later occasion.

Ann's house is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the Cote d'Azur but away from the hustle of the coast.
The house is very clean, spacious and well equipped. We went as a family of four adults but six people would not be cramped. A highlight is the lovely pool and the wilder garden area is a haven for wildlife.
The house is set in a quiet village about 45 minutes from the coast. The fascinating town of Fayence is ten minutes away, with its brilliant market, boulangerie and cafes.
Communication with Ann was first class and the property is accurately described in the listing. We had a great two weeks

We have enjoyed our time as a family very much, the house is very well equipped to the smallest detail, in the kitchen lacks nothing. The beds were very comfortable and we slept peacefully thanks to the canopy bed mosquito nets. If we had any questions we could always contact Ann or Peter and received prompt answers. If you want to complain on a high level, it would have been nice if the gorgeous pool had been heated a bit. The weather at the end of May / beginning of June was unfortunately not yet so warm. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation in the house, which we will remember with pleasure.

We had two amazing weeks in the villa where we enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the house itself. In the hot weather we spent many days just sunbathing and cooling down in the pool. We were 6 persons in our group and for us this villa was perfect.
Originally we booked it for 2020, but of course we had to postpone due to covid. In the dialogue we had with the owner in this process, we really felt that they wanted us to feel welcome as guests and make sure that everything was in order. When we arrived at the house, this impression was confirmed as everything was in perfect order and we could just settle in.
In the surrounding area there are plenty of villages, cities, beaches and nature to see and explore. The challenge is to choose where to go.
Thank you to Ann and Eugene for letting us rent the villa. It was perfect for us and made our vacation a time to remember for everyone in our family.

We had a wonderful second stay at this beautiful villa which has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We enjoyed visiting the nearby villages, Monaco by train and St Tropez by boat from St Raphael as well as beaches and mountain gorges. We also found time to relax by the villa's amazing pool in the peaceful garden. The air conditioning ensured a restful nights sleep.
You wouldn't find a better place for a holiday. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa, we had a wonderful holiday

We were impressed with the house, especially the outdoor spaces, and the extra effort the hosts made to support our stay. The rosé from the recommended vineyard was a great addition to our stay.

A wonderful holiday in a wonderful villa
We enjoyed a tremendous family holiday in this beautiful and well-equipped villa. The villa was all that we had hoped for and was beautifully decorated with many lovely touches.
Although we mainly stayed in the villa enjoying the large and well-heated pool and the garden wildlife (no tortoises sadly but lots of different birds) when we did venture out to see the local area we were struck by the beauty of its villages and its friendly locals.
We are so thankful to Ann and the property manager for providing us with such a stress free experience and for answering all our many questions quickly and helpfully.
We would definitely like to return in the future

Perfect
This villa was the best we have ever stayed in. It is tasefully decorated, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly want for a perfect holiday. The garden is totally private and the pool is properly heated for swimming morning , noon and night. It is also big and a good depth with steps along one side. The garden has sun all day and tables and chairs to eat in the sun or shade and loungers to relax. It was lovely to have the air conditioning for a restful night in the comfy beds.
There were lots of places to visit close by as well as trips to the coast and a train trip to Monaco along the coast which was fantastic. There are also supermarkets close by as well as a bakers, butchers and Restuarants in the village a short walk away.
We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to return again as many others have. Thank you Anne and Eugene for letting us use your amazing villa.

Perfect villa for our week in Provence
This villa is a fantastic place to stay. It is very well equipped and comfortable, and the property manager is very accommodating and helpful. The pool is excellent - very large and has a good depth which is perfect for our active children.
We ate outdoors for every meal, and the terrace is great for this being just outside the kitchen which has all you could need.
The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms nicely furnished. The air conditioning is a blessing as the nights can be very hot in Provence.
The location is also lovely. We visited Fayence which has a lovely market and a convenient Super U that is only a few minutes drive away. That said, it was nice to be able to walk from the villa to the bakers in the village to buy croissants in the morning. We also had a day trip to St Tropez and watched the fireworks from the beach in Fréjus (which are free every week in August).

Home from Home Feeling
This was our fourth visit to this property.
It is just like 'Home from Home' but with the added benefit of a lovely pool.
The property is first class in its cleanliness. It is spacious and has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and in general.
English TV for those who want it.
Located in a quite residential area but not remote.
This villa is very private and very welcoming with the owner being easily connectable and always happy to help.
Would definately recommend and looking forward to our next stay.

This house has everything you need and more
This is a wonderful place to stay. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped, from the beds you can just sink in to to the boxes of toys to the well set up kitchen. The pool was probably one of the best we have encountered, always clean and certainly very inviting in the heatwave! (We were also deeply glad of the efficient air conditioning as the temperature soared in the second week., allowing for continued good sleep). The steps all along the shallow end of the pool made it perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter , allowing her to develop her confidence enough while we we there to ‘swim’ on her own with armbands. The out and indoor eating areas were clean, comfortable and fresh and more than spacious. It’s also in a great location, Fayence is a beautiful village and the markets are well worth a visit. Anne and Eugene were attentive and helpful hosts and their restaurant recommendations (Auberge d’Fleurie and La Glorie de mon Pere in Seillans) spot on - we would add les Deux Rocs also in Seillans- we ate well. Stefan and team for cleaning and maintenance are second to none too. Overall a great holiday in a great property, thank you.

The only villa to choose!
As the electric gates close behind you and you skip up the few steps to the rear of the property and the pool area, a feeling of complete calmness comes over you. The holiday has begun! The pool is large, very clean (heated) and inviting, and great for fun and games or some proper swimming in the morning. Or lounging about watching others and enjoying the views over the garden and out across the valley - especially stunning at sunset. A large outside covered communal dining table is the essential get together point for the entire family morning noon and night - with the extremely well equipped kitchen and BBQ close by. Fridges galore for the Rose, beers and soft drinks. Spotless bedrooms/ensuites all with air conditioning. Living room with Sky TV/DVD/Books if you are unlucky enough to get some inclement weather. Just everything you could want.
Lots of little villages to visit for an aperitif close by - Seillans a favourite. A great supermarche on the way to Fayence 10 minutes away. Grasse worth a visit for a morning stroll and lunch, and Cannes and even St Tropez for a breakout dinner. Lake Cassien for water adventures a favourite for our grown up kids.
This is our 5th stay here and we can't praise the villa and the service and attention to detail of its owners enough. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning, the photos do not do it justice
Having just returned from a lovely relaxing week at this fabulous villa my family & I can’t wait to return. Everything you could possibly need is available to you at this incredible property & Anns attention to detail with preholiday literature is brilliant. We as a family are not at all fluent in French but got on fine in the area although we didn’t go far as we were more than happy to laze around the pool all day & eat and drink at the villa most evenings. I can not recommend this villa enough for a 5 star property, absolutely brilliant

Fantastic Outdoor Living Space
The swimming pool was perfect and larger than we expected. It was really enjoyed by everyone; youngest loved diving into it, eldest loved lazing on an air bed and there was still room for me to swim! The pool was a perfect temperature and we enjoyed swims in the evening with the pool lights on. Bliss. I loved the fact that it was salt water rather than chlorine which dries my skin out.
The table tennis table was enjoyed too. We have stayed in other villas which offer table tennis, only to find flimsy tables. This table is a Cornilleau outdoor table so was great to play on and very easy to put up. The Boule court was great too and provided lots of fun.
The villa is a home from home. Very comfortable. The Kitchen was very well-equipped and didn't want for anything.
The location was peaceful and away from the masses on the coast. We visited the surrounding villages which were all beautiful. Mons was our favourite, the highest village in the immediate area and well worth a trip if only to sip a wine at L'Auberge Provencal which has amazing views.
The Village of Fayence is only a short drive and has a well-stocked Super U supermarket.
We did also visit the coast which is very accessible and only about 30 minutes drive if you are missing the crowds!
This was a perfect holiday in a beautiful part of France. I have visited France many times and this area has to be one of the prettiest and friendliest areas that I have known. If you want peace and quiet away from it all, I would highly recommend it.

the villa is situated on a beautiful large lot with a great view to the forest.
The pool was wonderful in terms of temperature, the villa has everything for a perfect stay. Air conditioning everywhere and the kitchen has many things to cook well.
Beds were ok, not all of them, by the way.
Villa is a must, we stayed with 3 small children.

"Far from the madding crowd" ... but not too far!!
Les Colles was perfect for us. Set in a quiet, rural but also residential area,it was an easy walk to the village and just 10 minutes drive from Fayence. We didn't want the hustle and bustle of the coast but did want reasonable access to our favourite haunts. Being an easy 15 minute drive to the motorway ticked that box completely. The property itself exceeded the description being , spacious, well equipped and functional yet retaining its rustic charm. Outside the heated pool was fantastic for us and the table tennis table (dead easy to open and close) the scene of many a hard fought battle. Sunbathing was a joy with plenty of comfortable recliners and umbrellas to hand. We invariably retreated to the large canopied pergola at some point to escape the blazing sun - a great place for a tranquil read. The grounds were extensive and totally private with glimpses of the surrounding mountains from several view points. Vehicular access to the property and parking was refreshingly simple and uneventful - not always the case! . We ate well at reasonably priced local restaurants with Seillans being our favourite haunt. To summarise a perfect spot for both families or older couples like us who want the climate and "savoir faire" of the Riviera but also value an unhurried environment with plenty of peace and seclusion

So good we keep returning!
The Villa is situated in a quiet area and the grounds are surrounded by trees. There is a lovely view across the grounds and out across the mountains.
The pool is salt water, not chlorine, and is lovely to swim in. At one end there are steps down in to it then it slopes towards the other end where it is too deep to stand.
The Villa is lovely and has tiled floor throughout. There is airconditioning in the bedrooms and sitting/dinning room but on all our visits we have never needed to use it because the Villa has always remained at a comfortable temperature anyway.
Only point to note is if you don't like Geckos then you may not want to sit outside as they are always around on the buildings stonework. They are NOT a problem though (we certainly do not mind them at all) but if you have a phobia of them you may need to consider this point.
So to sum up, a lovely Villa with a lovely pool, well furnished and well situated. The owner is always very helpful and we certainly intend to keep returning.

This was our second stay at this amazing villa.
The only word that comes to mind is "amazing". What a beautiful place to stay. The grounds of the villa give the impression of being far away from civilization yet your close enough to walk to the beautiful village. The villa itself is wonderful and beautifully decorated. If you like to swim, then look no further, the pool is Magnificent. I loved the fact that it was heated and some evenings I found myself sitting in the pool for hours. I found the location perfect for day trips to Nice, Monaco and St. Tropez. This was our second trip and I can't wait for our third!!

Fabulous villa, we wanted for nothing!
This villa is an excellent property, spacious and very well equipped, we literally didn't want for anything. The pool is a great size and, due to it being heated, meant we were in it day and evening, we had to drag the children out to eat! All bedrooms are spacious and cool (so pleased for the air conditioning) and decorated beautifully in keeping with the stone villa. The area is beautiful, unspoilt and not touristy at all - perfect - with the local village having 2 lovely restaurants, bakers and butchers. We ventured out to Cannes, Saint Raphael and Saint Tropez, all within easy reach of the villa, which is about a 30 minute drive to the coast. The next local village to ours, Fayence, was lovely and lively with bustling markets and a good range of restaurants and a huge lake was only a 10 minute drive away where we did water sports and an inflatable assault course - this is a great day out for the family. We all absolutely loved this holiday and will definitely be returning. Thank you Ann for your quick responses and help to the many questions I fired at you, you were a great help!
